1st Disley’s Ohoka star attraction at Snowleana

Well named, 6-month-old feminine fawn and white bitch puppy, she was balanced and had strength but remains elegance in abundance. Super outline on the stack, already showing great depth of chest and the best top line here today. Quite an established showgirl already moving with a long easy stride, just needs to tighten in rear, but time is on her side. She shone for me today and was awarded BOB, BP and puppy group 4

Almost 3-year-old brindle male who was nice for size just felt today he was carrying too much body, short fine coat , oval feet with well arched knuckles, naturally he stood over a lot of ground, well handled

Another quality fawn and white feminine bitch headed this class presented in superb condition both muscular and cleanliness

Long and lean head with clean cut jaws alert expression with the most beautiful rose ear fine and small. Well arched muscular neck leading to well laid-back shoulders. Moved well to win this class

2nd Williams Eryri Sweetie Pie

Stunning in outline, just today not in the coat condition of 1, very pretty bitch with an enchanting expression, moved soundly just a tad wider in front than the winner.

Quality Tri dog puppy who was out to enjoy his day , makings of a lovely hound just need to settle to be able to be assessed fully. Really lovely head and expression with that cheeky beagle glint in his eye, and cheeky he was, made me smile BP

20 month old bitch with a super harsh coat, liked her for size and great topline and set on of tail . Compact body with slightly domed skull and moderately defined occiput. Showed good rear drive on the move BOB

Quality male in super coat and muscular condition a real eye pleasing exhibit. Stunning head which was long and lean with such a dignified expression. Correct dentition, clean muscular laid-back shoulders. Well tucked up abdomen with Boney back rising correctly in a graceful curve. low set tail, which was well feathered and carried correctly, moved so well with effortless power BOB and Group 4

Another striking male presented in lovely coat and condition, cracking front assembly, just preferred top line of winner , moved soundly with power

1st Cyprien Jocerik Ella Angan

Feminine youngster headed this class not the easiest of hounds to handle so full of her own importance. Flat skull free from wrinkle, dark eye giving intelligent expression. Strong neck free from any throatiness leading to muscular sloping shoulders. Well sprung ribs which were deep, muscular hindquarters. Excellent feet with well arched toes. Tail carried correctly on the move, when she decided to cooperate, she moved with great freedom. BOB GROUP 3

2nd Pritchard Jones Mission wild wind of Luanda at Affrhoda (imp svk)

Quality male Loved him for size and substance unfortunately not settled on the day and insisted on clamping his tail which affected his topline on the stack, presented in rock hard condition, lots to like. I hope he settles and starts to enjoy his time in the ring

Upstanding stallion hound of considerable quality. Such a balanced hound with many breed attributes to admire. When he entered the ring, he immediately caught my attention with his sheer commanding appearance, long head carried high with dark elliptical eyes. Velvety rose ears and perfect bite. Long neck free from any dewlap.

Deep chested with drawn up belly, fantastic feet with well arched toes. His coat was of great quality being harsh. On the move he was so sound free and active, effortless I could have watched him all day, and coped so well in not the best of rings for such a large hound. BOB and HOUND GROUP 1

7-month-old black and tan quality male who I thought had the most beautiful outline on the stack. Correct angulation front and rear liked his dark almond eye, excellent on the move really driving from his rear, tail carried a tad higher than I would prefer

PBGV Bitch puppy who unfortunately was carrying too much weight today. not really cooperating with her handler but her movement was sound. Would prefer a harsher coat. Very pretty with a beautiful head and expression.

7-year-old stunning Borzoi male presented in fab condition, not showing his age at all in stature or movement, aloof hound who looked through me with his dark almond shaped eyes , arched neck which was well muscled. Slightly sloping pasterns and good feet. Moved so very well to win a lovely class of oldies.

Youngster of immense quality, pleased to see he is maturing so well since I last gave him puppy group 1 and he pushed hard again for top honours today, a close call. Just love his jet-black almond eyes giving intelligent expression. Moderately long with good ground clearance. Well feathered tail carried correctly on the move where he has tremendous drive from his rear.

Exuberant bitch puppy who I thought was my group winner but just a little untidy on the move in the rear. Lovely for size and length and great ribbing, feminine head carried well

 Quality bitch puppy with many breed qualities to admire just needs to tighten up in front
