Airedale Terrier

1. Edington-Hall & Ballinger’s Est Etiam Novus Angelus mit Wendaire (Imp Ukr) JW. 2 yr old dog carrying good bone, well-muscled all through and very well presented. Clean neck of good length, strong level back, brisket reaches the elbows, ribcage of good length and ribbing well sprung, nice and short in the loin, firm croup and tail set on high. Masculine head which is well proportioned, flat skull, dark expressive eyes, good ears, clean cheeks, strength to muzzle and scissor bite. He stands true in front and has compact feet and when gaiting, he was clean coming towards but could be more accurate going away. Good quality jacket. BOB.   

Parson Russell Terrier

1. Hughes’ Ruffntuff Topgear Tommi. 11 mth old dog. Smart puppy who was very well handled here. I liked his balance and outline and he also pleased hands on. Good length to neck, firm backline, ribcage of good length and easily spans, muscular loin and tail lovely and straight and of pleasing set. Nicely proportioned head with good skull, expressive almond-shaped eyes, ears of good set and correct dentition. Pleasing angulation front and rear and he stands pretty well in front on compact feet. Moving well on the go around with good carriage and nice and firm going away. Jacket of good texture. BOB & Best Puppy.

1. Harris’ Nahearadh Sky Full of Stars. 2 yr old bitch. Of sufficient length in body, she is feminine throughout with pleasing neck, firm level topline, good length to ribcage and tail of correct set. Attractive head which is well balanced, moderate width to skull, expressive eyes of good colour, ears pleased for size and set, strength to muzzle and scissor bite with nice big teeth. Pleasing angles front and rear but would like a touch more breath to chest. On the move she pleased on the go around, holding her topline as she goes, and she was ok coming and going. Reserve BOB.

1. Holt’s Ch Coriend Let’s Do Justice. This 4 yr old bitch was shown in pristine coat and condition and very well handled here. She carries strong bone and is long and low as desired. Crested neck of good length, firm in topline, excellent ribbing with very good length to ribcage, well-muscled loin and tail just right for set and carriage. Pleasing headpiece with feminine expression; good skull, dark brown eyes of correct placement in the skull, feathered ears correct for size and set, strong muzzle and scissor bite. Very good forequarters with pleasing forechest and she stands on good feet. Gaiting well on the go around with pleasing carriage and she also went well coming and going. Very good texture to coat. BOB.

1. Phillips’ Ettology Worth The Wait. 10 mth old bitch who is full of quality. She appealed for type, presented a lovely outline being compact as desired and elegant all through. Slightly arched neck of good length, pleasing topline, good depth to brisket, short loin and correct croup. Beautiful head and expression with narrow flat skull, excellent eye and ear, slight stop and correct dentition. She stands true in front on correct feet for the breed and also pleased for hind angulation. On the move, she was accurate coming and going and also went well on the go around. Correct markings and lovely rich tan. Best Puppy.

2. Chamberlain’s Lasagesse Killer Queen at Mistioak. 9 mth old bitch who is quite different to the winner being a little more refined but she also has plenty to like. Very good neck which is slightly arched, correct topline, pleasing rib development for age, short loin and correct croup. She has good feet although could stand a little tidier in front but she is firm in the rear with a good turn of stifle. Gaiting, she pleased going away but is a tad exaggerated in front action at the moment. Very good markings and colour and another who was well handled here.

1. Phillips’ Ettology Worth The Wait

1. Wood & Leonard’s Ch Lady In Black at Witchstone. Two very nice bitches competed in this class with the win going to this 3 yr old. I thought this girl excellent for type and she presented a superb outline. Long, slightly arched neck, classic topline, good depth to chest, excellent ribbing, short in the couplings, correct croup and tail pleased for set and carriage. She has the best of heads with good length and lovely clean wedge-shape, dark almond-shaped eyes which are obliquely placed, correct ears, slight stop and scissor bite. She stands well in front on very good feet and is firm in the rear with well bent stifles. On the move, she was excellent on the go around, carrying herself well and with drive from the rear. Very good coat and colour. BOB.

2. Harman’s Ch Nasabe It’s On The Cards for Boimans JW. 3 yr old who was very well handled and also scored in outline with clean neck of good length and slightly arched as desired, pleasing topline, very good ribbing and depth to chest, nice short loin, good croup and tail set on low and of pleasing carriage. Feminine head with flat skull, very good eye, correct candle-flame shaped ears and scissor bite but could be a little cleaner through the cheeks. She has correct angulation front and rear, stands on good feet and when gaiting she pleased all through and just pipped the puppy winner on the go around in the challenge for Reserve BOB.
