Great Harwood Agricultural Show
25 May 2026
Thank you very much for the invitation to judge at Great Harwood Agricultural Show. It was an extremely hot day, and I was very conscious of the conditions for both exhibitors and dogs. I therefore tried to keep movement to what was necessary, particularly as the temperature rose. Fortunately, we were able to make good use of the shade as the day progressed.
My thanks to Janet, Tim and Trish for their excellent stewarding. You kept the ring moving efficiently throughout the day, which was much appreciated. Finally, many thanks to everybody who entered and supported the show. It was a pleasure to see such a good selection of hounds and terriers.
