1. Foley’s ÉCLAIR CERERA DE ELKA GVYBES ZYNE FOR LEYENDA (IMP LTU) Dark brindle. Compact body. Balanced head with correctly placed bat ears. Correct shape eye. Good muzzle to skull balance. Open nares. Short coupled body. Close fine coat. Moved as well as he could on challenging ground surface. BOB
2. Young’s LEYENDAS BEDAZZLED Brindle body, not quite the body & head balance of winner, with strong muzzle with open nares. Ears set a bit high. Feet could be tighter. Okay on move. Good fine close coat.

2. Featherstone’s JAYSQUARS BETE NOIRE AT FEATHERTTOR Black with typical head & well positioned neat ears. Eyes were very small & watery, Correct bite & pigment. Short coupled body. Well boned, good tail set & carriage. Coat of excellent texture, but lacking in places.

1. Hunt & Oliver’s SONGSHIJA CHIEF KWANGCHOW Red dog with super head & expression. Dark oval eye, well positioned ears. Correct bite & pigment. Well presented coat of good texture but had left some of it behind. Good cat feet. Moved steadily. BOB
2. Thorman’s PETER PARKER AT NAMROHT Lovely head balance with okay ears, good bite & pigment, but eyes very small & watery. Super cat feet. Could be shorter coupled. Well boned & bodied. Good tail set & carriage. Well presented coat of good texture. Not as settled and did not show to his best advantage.
MINIATURE SCHNAUZER GRADUATE (5/2)
1. Gavin’s VIOLACEOUS MY GIRL Pepper & salt girl . Feminine but could have had a bit more substance. Correct body proportions. Balanced head with dark oval eyes, well positioned ears & good bite. Short coupled body with correctly carried & set tail. Neat feet. Well prepared coat of excellent texture. BOB
2. McGarrigle’s WLANIMU’S LUCK FAVOURS THE BOLD FOR IGGLEWICK (IMP UKR) Black & silver. Short coupled cobby body. Front construction a bit too upright & could have more bend of stifle. Well presented coat but lacked texture. Head not as balanced as 1. Tail well set but could be carried better. Good feet.

1. Whitcombe’s ARKANGATH ZOLA BUD Balanced head with well positioned ears, correct eyes & good bite. Cobby body but not quite the required balance. Could be shorter in loin and neck could have more length. Good feet, well set & carried tail. Well presented coat of correct harsh texture. Steady on move.

1. Young’s CH CHESTERHILL OCEANS ORCA AT ANORIEN JW Beautifully present dog in excellent well presented coat of correct texture. Lovely masculine head with dark almond eye, good bite & correctly placed ears. Balanced body shape with well laid shoulders. Correct feet. Tail well set & carried. Sound & free moving. A lot to like about him. BOB

1. Burton’s HIGHLA DREAM MACHINE Exuberant boy who was a bit too much for his handlers, so not seen on the move to his best advantage. Head a little long but with good eye, ear placement & bite. Well grown black of good shape & size. Good feet. Well presented coat of good texture. Tail well set & carried.

1. Moores & Speakman’s ONYX DEMOLITION THROUGH ATARAKSIA Mature bitch that oozed quality. Beautiful head with dark almond eye, well positioned ears, correct scissor bite. Head well carried on well laid back shoulders. Short coupled body of good size. Good bend of stifle. Correct tight feet. Excellently presented coat of super texture. Sound & free moving. A great deal to like about her. BOB & G3

1. Speakman, Moores & Isherwood’s AFTERGLOW HONEY MONSTER AT SACHEMIC Super Apricot baby of correct shape & size. Lovely head balance with dark almond eye, good bite & well positioned ears. Head well carried on well angled shoulders. Short coupled body. Coat coming through very nicely. Totally balanced & free moving on challenging ground conditions & shows great promise. Definitely one to watch. BOB & PG3
2. Youngs ANORIEN THE WICCAN Sweet black who is lacking confidence at present so did not make the best of himself. Good shape & size. Lovely head with correct shape dark eye, good bite. Well positioned ears. In good coat for age. Balanced body with tight feet & well set & carried tail. Promising youngster who will hopefully be better in a different show environment.

1. McAuley’s ANORIEN STOLE THE SHOW FOR BRYRON Black of correct shape & size. Sweet head with good eye, well positioned ears, correct scissor bite. Lovely body shape & size with well laid shoulders & good hind angulation. Short coupled. Beautifully presented in excellent well textured coat. He unfortunately was another who fell victim to the dreadful ground conditions and his rear movement reflected this. I hope to see him again on a different floor surface.

1. Heslop’s FLAMUNA SUCK IT AND SEE Black of good body size. Correct size oval eye, but could be darker. Well positioned ears. Scissor bite. Balanced body. Excellent well presented coat of good texture. Moved true either end, although did not make the best of herself on the difficult ground. Well set & carried tail. Neat feet.
2. Rogerson’s NOSREGOR FALLING IDOL Stylish black pup who had left his coat at home, but what was there was good texture. Lovely head balance. Oval dark eye, strong well positioned ears, scissor bite. Balanced body with well set & carried tail. Needs to tighten up either end on the move. BP

1. Rogerson’s TISPITZA’S DAMNED BY RUMOUR OF NOSREGOR Cream boy who was another who had left his coat at home, but again had good coat texture. Lovely balanced head with dark oval eye, good bite, well positioned strong ears. Head well carried on correct shape short coupled body, reasonable front & rear angulation. Moved true front & rear and free moving. BOB

Correct shape & colour eye. Moderate angulation either end of well shaped body. Excellent feet, well knuckled. Head well carried on long neck. Well set & carried tail. Moved out strongly & very soundly. A lot to like. BP & PG1

Correct wedge shaped head of correct skull/muzzle proportions, good stop, dark almond shape eye & correctly positioned ears. Body balanced with neat feet. Tail well set & carried. Well put together and sound on the move.

ADULT GROUP 1: Hazelhurst’s ORCAVOE ROMEO AT CORROLL Beautifully presented cream Lhasa Apso dog in excellent coat & condition. Lovely head balance with correct eye, bite & well placed ears. Head well carried on good neck going into well laid shoulders. Correct tail set & carriage. Excellent forward reach & rear drive from well angulated rear. Caught my eye when he came into the ring and did not disappoint.

Still very young, but with lovely head balance, dark correct shape eye, well placed ears, correct bite. Head well carried on well laid shoulders. Well set tail Sound & free moving. A lot to like.
PUPPY GROUP 2: Connett’s BURNSETT OBSESSION WITH ORCAVOE Very smart compact black Lhasa Apso. Sweet head & expression. Lovely body shape. Well constructed and beautifully presented in super coat for age. One to watch.

2. Roulston’s IVYJEWEL OCEAN BREEZE Very raw 6 month old Boston Terrier baby but pretty head developing, with good eye, ears & muzzle. Good neck length & balanced short coupled body. Needs to tighten up either end, but another very promising pup.
