Thank you for my stewards and the committee for looking after me, I was fed like a king.

Today the condition of every single exhibit thrilled me, all very clean and an absolute pleasure to go over. We had a lot of dogs not performing in the rings, I hope we gave everybody more than enough time to settle their dogs, to get the very best out of them. Placings were evidently given a lot by the schooling of the exhibits, thanks to each and every entrant.

Class 229

Bulldog junior.

1st No. 520

Unverdadero Stand N Deliver.

Mr & Mrs D.Kent.

7 month old, white bitch with attractive red head marking.

When stacked, this baby girl has the most wonder appearance front on her wide jaw and wide nostrils surrounded by dark pigment. Round dark eyes, flat skull with very well placed finerose ears, good length of skull with excellent lay back. Her shoulders well tacked on with good width of chest and depth of brisket, leading down to well boned forelegs and feet slightly turned out, high on toes up on pastens. Very good length of neck retaining an arch and strength. Slightly dipping at withers and rolling over her lans to a healthy tail. Very good rear angulation and well muscled rear second thigh which gives her a very powerful look for such a feminine youngster. Perfect front movement and when settled I started seeing the usual bulldog roll and rear skimming. The delight of going over this girl was her dentition, which brought a smile to my face. Dog and handler presented in pristine fashion. Best puppy in breed and puppy. UtilityPuppy Group 1.

2nd No.516

Kikuchi BooBoo Bear

Mr L Evison.

13 month pied boy.

Front on this boy has a fantastic wide jaw which caught my attention from a distance, lots of substance and well balanced, well placed rosed ears. Flat skull, dark round eyes, great lay back and length of skull. Good width of forechest with more than enough brisket. Powerful neck with length, has tuck up which follows his top line, great barrel rib which nips in at loin. Good rear angulation when stacked, moved well when settled. Another dog shown in excellent condition with a well turned out handler.

3rd No. 521

Andlare Carbon Copy.

Mr & Mrs Shaw

14 month old.

A lot to like about this young girl. I look forward to seeing this team out more, white female with red markings, great flat skull. Lovely, well placed rose ears. Well muscled rear with great angulation. When settled there is a lot to admire on this young girl.

1st No.517

Kikuchi Yogi Bear .Mr L Evison

2.5 year old, red male.

Very attractive head markings. This boy excels in length of skull and a perfect layback. Very standard in size, which I am estimating is bang on the desired weight. Ear placement correct. Flat skull with deep furrow running up from stop to ociput. Full nose roll, not impeding his nostils in anyway, width of jaw matching his size. Enough bone down to slightly turned out feet, up on toes and short nails. Lovely eye rim fitment, good length of neck and rising top line subtly going over loins to a healthy free tail. When stacked, great rear angulation, true barrel rib and a healthy tuck in at loin to create a not over done pear shaped body. This boy is in great condition, hard choice between him and reserve best dog, as both have different attributes. Moved him twice to get a good flowing movement, but seen more than enough to warrant his placing. Best of breed.

2nd No. 522

Andlare Gee Wizz for Arrenica

Mr & Mrs Shaw

19 months old, white

Lovely round eyes, dark as coal. A beautiful square front, very attractive tack giving a very pleasant image front on. Coat immaculate, ear set second to none. Walked her width. Great rear angulation, front pasterns strong. A very pleasant picture when viewing in the line up. Again, I will look forward to seeing this team benefit from having more time back in the ring.

Open.

No.511

Blenhiemstar City Limits.

Mr & Mrs Braso

Another dog who was unusually unsettled today in the surroundings. Two years old, red and white again another fantastically fit dog,fit for function his width of jaw catches your eye from a distance. Open nostrils, again, a dog with a great length of skull would well off for bone and in fore legs . A powerful arched neck, good tuck up, moved with ease after a couple of resets, walking width, with a gentle roll and rear skim. Good rear angulation when stacked correctly. Dog and handler turned out well.

Reserve best of breed.
