Two very nice puppies at 10 months old.

1. Bishop’s Baudolin Tobi Terpet for Kyntilly (imp CZE). Just preferred the head of 1, good reach of neck, strong top-line, good musculature throughout, balanced fore and aft, quick light footed gait, RBOB & BP.

2. Burrage’s Galbraith Galaneia Sametova (imp FIN). Not quite the shoulder of 1 but balanced, strong top-line, as much length of loin as I would like but quick ground covering gait.

2. Burrage’s Lojza Garex (imp CZE). Very nervous exhibit which was unfortunate but good head and expression, balanced fore and aft but somewhat ‘hocky’ on the out and back, hard condition throughout.

1. Fewings’ Komiion Symphoniques at Sarminja. Feminine head and expression, correct furnishings, nice reach of neck, balanced angulation, elbows quite tight to the ribcage, easy ground covering gait, BOB. 

2. Bishop’s Ulmo Bohemia Des Hauteurs De La Sole at Kyntilly (imp FRA). Male with correct head planes, good top-line, moderate shoulder, well muscled behind, easy ground covering gait.

1. Thomas’ Montelle All Is Bright at Sunnystone (AI). Lovely 15 month old male, beautiful head and expression, correct hind angulation fore and aft, strong top-line, well set tail, correct feet, absolutely sound ground covering gait, BOB.

1. Simons’ Brucephela Quito Berry. Just preferred the head of 1 and balanced stride on the day, well set ears, good dark eye, balanced fore and aft, shown in good coat and condition, RBOB.

2. Redman’s Holbam Celtic Little Mix. 8 year old bitch, a picture of balance in profile but not quite the movement of 1 on the day.

 

ENGLISH SETTER

1. Naulls’ Nellasett Truly Truly. 13 month old bitch, feminine head and expression, well set ears, balanced but moderate angulation fore and aft, good reach of neck, level top-line, fair reach and drive on the move, a little untidy behind on the out and back, BOB.

1. Pearson’s Bournehouse Augustus at Yessandi JW. Masculine head and expression, correct head proportions and well set ears, good reach of neck, level top-line, correct croup, shown in good hard condition, parallel ground covering gait.

1. McLoughlin’s Arabin Silver Panda. Nice head proportions, well angulated fore and aft but completely distracted by the ‘treats’ on offer which made the exhibit somewhat hard to examine, good bone, correct feet and pasterns, moved well in profile but a little ‘all over the place’ on the out and back, RBOB.

1. Box’s Fernstart Heart’s Desire. 22 month old bitch, correct head proportions, good eye, nice reach of neck, good top-line, good angulation fore and aft, light footed ground covering gait.

1. Turner’s Gwendariff I Won’t Forgetu. 8 year old male, correct head planes, excellent angulation, good feet and pasterns, easy languid ground covering gait, a picture in profile.

1. Edwards’ Chelmscote Daddy’s Boy. Preferred the rear angulation of 1, although lacking in ‘ring craft skills’ this is a very nice puppy with good head, correct bone, good feet and excellent angulation fore and aft and when concentrating moved to advantage, RBOB & BP.

2. Tyler’s Sassjend Jessica Rabbit. Good head and correct shoulder but straight in stifle which limited reach and drive on the move.

1. Head’s Quinstone Sapphire Sunset. Nice feminine head and expression, good top-line, balanced angulation, good bone, feet and pasterns, easy ground covering gait, BOB.

2. Way’s Incantator Fabulinus. Masculine head, shown in good coat and condition, correct bone and feet, absolutely sound on the move.

3. Edwards’ Howcastle Josephine of Chelmscote.

1. Davis’ Rochevale Palm Reader JW. A nice 3 year old but she could make so much more of herself, feminine head and expression, moderate angulation, correct reach of neck, strong top-line and moved with a good gait when moved at a steady rather than fast pace.

2. Edwards’ Chelmscote Key Component. Nice 6 year old male, strong head, good bone and really sound on the move. 

3. Tyler’s Ansjoros Goldilocks.

1. Sladden’s Khyannes Villette at Canemaman ShCEx (imp HUN). 7 year old veteran, correct head proportions, lovely shoulder, good bone, correct feet and pasterns, nice croup, tail set and carriage, easy light footed ground covering gait.

1. Smith’s Affilato Bullseye. Italian Spinone. Charming head and expression, good reach of neck, strong top-line, correct croup and tail set, good bone, easy languid gait, BP.

2. Watts’ Oakmarsh Mischief Maker.  Retriever (Chesapeake Bay). Very nice Chesapeake, a little reticent to start with but very well angulated and absolutely sound ground covering balanced gait.

Two Welsh Springer Spaniels.

1. Fisher/Burchmore’s Lenamore On The Rocks with Fonntanelli (AI). Spaniel (Welsh Springer). This bitch had more moderate angulation and less reach and drive as the competition but was balanced and covered fair ground on the move, feminine head and expression, good bone and correct feet.

2. Burchmore/Bowd/Smith’s Lenamore Renegade (AI). Spaniel (Welsh Springer). Very nice male, correct head, good reach of neck, strong top-line but moved wide in front on the out and back.

1. McDonald/Westwood’s Roanjora Cremant De Savoie avec Eusanit JW. Irish Red and White Setter. Impressive Red and White Setter, masculine head and expression, good angulation fore and aft, strong top-line, shown in excellent coat and condition, impressive ground covering gait, BOB.

2. Watts’ Oakmarsh Little Acorn JW RATN. Retriever (Chesapeake Bay). Very nice female Chesapeake, balanced angulation, good bone and feet, correct croup, absolutely sound on the move, RBOB.

3. Irshad’s Droveborough Super Trooper.

1. Dunnett’s Hoedun Does It Matter. Retriever (Flat Coated).  13 months old, lovely head, nice reach of neck, excellent angulation, good tail set and carriage, nice feet and pasterns, lovely example of the breed.

2. Kent’s Laurellakes Mon Amour at Merryvista. Spaniel (American Cocker). Very well handled and presented, good head, nice top-line, moderate angulation viewed in profile giving balance but a little untidy on the out and back.

3. Rice’s Tiamaria Bella Rosa.

1. McQuade’s Maddouse Diamonds R’forever. Retriever (Flat Coated). Another lovely Flat Coated Retriever, well proportioned in head, good top-line, excellent angulation, good croup, tail set and carriage, out-moved the competition.

2. Hutton’s Piccorino Portatore D’amore. Bracco Italiano. Very nice 3 year old Bracco Italiano male, good bone, nice feet and pasterns and absolutely sound on the move. 

3. Gammon’s Martgarian Zantara JW.

1. Gammon’s Glenbrows Reminiscent. Hungarian Vizsla.  Very nice Hungarian Vizsla, lovely head and expression, well set ears, good top-line, correct bone, absolutely sound on the move, very well handled and presented.

2. Wright’s La Scales Berlin with Chazbaz (imp HUN). Spaniel (Cocker). Very nice Cocker Spaniel when settled showed to advantage, in particular on the move, balanced throughout and a nice example of the breed.

3. Middleton-Collins’ Berrymeade A Fool in Love of Jasperleigh JW.

1. Hush’s Benrowan Esprit VW. Retriever (Golden). Lovely veteran Golden Retriever, 9 years old, excellent angulation, good top-line, nice bone, good feet and pasterns and could move all day.

2. Merritt’s Sperant Pamplemousse. GSP. 7 year old GSP, lovely head and expression, good reach of neck, strong top-line, excellent ground covering parallel gait.

3. Sladden’s Khyannes Villette at Canemamans ShCEx (imp HUN).

GUNDOG PUPPY GROUP

 

PG1 Forbes/Sladden’s Silvestre Pop Soda at Canemamans. Bracco Italiano. Took a strong puppy group with irresistible ground covering gait. Well handled and presented this exhibit possesses balance and quality and is a good prospect going forward.

PG2 Brooksmith’s Sharnphilly Lyrical. Pointer. A lovely Pointer puppy which shows great promise, balanced angulation, absolutely sound parallel ground covering gait and a very nice prospect.

PG3 Cowper’s Laurenley Lady Mary for Garmoran. Retriever (Golden).

PG4 Savage’s Libertia Gingerlicious at Silvestre. Hungarian Vizsla.
