SPANIEL (ENGLISH SPRINGER)

 

P 1(0)

1. Wallis/Savell/Osbourne’s Petranella Strike It Rich. Lovely 10 month old bitch, well proportioned head, well set ears, good reach of neck, strong top-line, good croup and tail set, a lovely free ground covering parallel gait, BP.

 

PG 2(0)

1. Weyman’s Spuffing Bellini JW. Well balanced feminine head, correct eye, good reach of neck, preferred the overall balance throughout and the overall angulation which gave plenty of reach and drive on the move, well handled and presented, RBOB.

2. Proctor’s Forgespring Nobody’s Fool at Blissenbea JW. Another bitch with a good feminine head, not quite the angulation of shoulder of 1 and somewhat straight in stifle, additionally as much length of loin as I would like.

1. Weyman’s More Than Amazing Wanna Be A Gangster at Spuffing JW (imp BEL). 3 year old, excellent overall proportions, good shoulder and nice turn of stifle, correct bone, level top-line, good croup and tail set, easy ground covering gait, BOB.

2. Proctor’s Petranella Perfick Blissat Blissenbea. 5 years old, correct head, good reach of neck, moderate angulation, covered fair ground and possesses a parallel gait.

3. Osbourne’s Tiroen Typically Braego (KCJ).

1. Marshall’s Claela Laughter Is Timeless with Soufriere. 18 month old bitch shown in full coat and good condition, well proportioned head, moderate angulation, a little straight in the stifle and as much length of loin as I would like however covered fair ground with a parallel gait, RBOB.

1. Marshall’s Soufriere One Vision JW. 8 year old veteran bitch, good head proportions, moderate angulation, level top-line, correct tail set and carriage, moderate ground covering gait but a touch ‘hocky’ when viewed from behind, BOB.

2. Marshall’s Soufriere Paserelle Bateau. Strong masculine head, a little long in the foreface, balanced angulation, covered good ground on the move, shown in good coat.

   

SHETLAND SHEEPDOG

1. Harrison/Draper’s Myter Moonlight Shadow. 10 month old, well set ears, as much length of foreface as I would like, well angulated fore and aft, shown in full coat and good condition, sound on the out and back and covered good ground in profile, BP.

1. Fagg’s Evad Halloween King at Lynscot. Lovely masculine head and expression on this 17 months old, good overall balance, correct bone, shown in excellent coat and condition, impressive on the move, BOB.

2. Straw’s Evad Halloween Tzarina from Dukeson. Very feminine head, well set ears, good balance and has a sound ground covering gait, I would just like a little more of her.

3. Taylor/Wells’ Shelridge Snowflake at Chelmermead.

 

PG 2(1)

1. Straw’s Dukeson Just Admire. Lovely feminine head and expression, well set ears, fair shoulder and turn of stifle but a little long in loin which affected the overall impression particularly her top-line. Parallel on the out and back.

1. Taylor/Wells’ Ch. Lafitte De Moorstile Chez Shelridge (imp FRA) JW VW. Lovely 10 year old male, good head and expression, correct overall proportions, absolutely sound on the move and a credit to the breed in his veteran years, RBOB.

2. Taylor/Wells’ Shelridge Quizmaster at Chelmermead. Good head, correct bone but not quite the angulation and balance of 1, shown in full coat and good condition.

3. Fagg’s Valdosta Lionking at Lynscot.

 

WELSH CORGI (PEMBROKE)

1. Kubickova’s Great By Lucky Your Love Is Miracle. Correct head proportions, sufficient stop, correct size of ears, good bone, nice feet, level top-line, correct croup and tail set, absolutely parallel on the stand, good shoulder, correct turn of stifle, quick light footed ground covering gait, BOB & BP.

2. Sharp’s Creslow All About The Drama at Affilato. Good head proportions but overly large ears and quite a refined foreface, I prefer a little more reach of neck, covered good ground in profile, plenty of length in the loin and absolutely parallel on the out and back.

1. Kubickova’s Great By Lucky Glow Eternal. Preferred the head of 1, correct flat skull, good shape of eye, on the stand tended to turn her right foot slightly out of parallel, moderate shoulder and good turn of stifle, correct croup, tail set and carriage, RBOB.

2. Coates’ Durrcor Luna Eclipse. Somewhat large eyes that gave a rather staring expression, large ears, good shoulder, somewhat straight in stifle so lacked the drive from behind.

1. Kubickova’s Great By Lucky The Grand Budapest Story (imp HUN). Correct flat skull, excessive stop, correct bone and shown in good coat but has a rather stilted movement due to lack of rear angulation.

1. Watkins’ Baktwins Only Believe. 3 year old bitch, keen alert expression, high set ears, shown in full coat but had clearly spent some time indulging in the cookie jar this week, RBOB.

2. Martin’s Ch. Ragus Oh Boy. Lovely 5 year old male, excellent head and expression, absolutely sound throughout, shown in good coat and good condition, sound parallel driving gait, BOB.

 

AV GOOD CITIZEN DOG SCHEME STAKES

 

1. Ryder’s Shorrocks Game Changer at Finnkova JW. Retriever (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling). A very attractive male, balanced throughout, good shoulder, good turn of stifle, level top-line, shown in excellent coat and condition, a comfortable winner of the stakes class.

2. Giles-Wyatt’s Clarismore Crown Prince JW. Beagle. Another nice example of the breed, appealing head and expression, good reach of neck, balanced angulation fore and aft, strong top-line, moved to advantage.

3. Hill-Lonergan/Duff’s Jodak’s Party All Night with Barnlou. Lhasa Apso.
