Dachshund (smooth haired)
Puppy (4/1)
1st - Fredanna Moonlight Cyprus at Hamoura (Mrs W Starkey) - This dog has a super head and expression, his shoulders are set at the correct angle, and he would benefit from a tad more length and return of upper arm to enhance his prosternum. He moved with great reach and drive, but a tad loose in his quarters which may firm up with maturity. BPIB
2nd - Melriding Kaiserine at Ravold (Mrs S L A Graham) – A promising puppy who has a typical head and expression. A firm topline and well made in the front and quarters. Needs more confidence and ring training.

Post graduate (2/0)
1st - Madrebambino Slinky Gal at Skipsar (Mrs K Turton) - A lovely type, size and well balanced. Conical head with correctly shaped and placed eyes and ears, attributing to a typical expression. Enough neck into a well angulated forehand, ribs extend well back and her quarters are nicely angulated. She was expertly handled by her young handler to win BOB

Open (1/0)
1st - Rayol Dallas Cowboys at Jaxinorydax JW (Miss E Ashby) – A decent type who has a clean head of good proportions, well-proportioned front assembly and well boned legs, although I would prefer tighter feet. I would prefer more length and return of upper arm and tighter elbows to her frame. Her ribs extend well back and her quarters are correctly angulated. She was in between jackets and is a touch slack in her topline. Moved true going away.

His head is of the desired proportions, and he has a good reach of neck into a well-constructed forehand. His ribs are carried well back and he holds a firm topline. His quarters are correctly angulated, and he has a good tail set. He was presented to the minute and moved soundly both out and back, RBOB

1st - Sonham Fire Cracker (Mrs A D Matthews) This male ticked all the boxes for me as I liked his size, balance and his outline commands your attention.
