I would like to thank the club and all the exhibitors for the pleasure in judging this lovely breed, exhibitors were all friendly and I had a good choice of stunning dogs and bitches to choose from.

Minor Puppy Dog (1)

1st Prout - KANRAI DANNY BOY AT KESSAKU (IKC) Sweet puppy at 7 months at first glance standing long in cast, and in need of his coat, hands on he has plenty of ribbing extending to a short back, he still has some height growth to do, which will eventually balance his overall outlook, he has a nice amount of bone, and already a deep chest, with some width, his head has developed with correctly shaped dark eyes, correct shaped ears giving a mischievous expression, movement was steady. Best Minor Puppy in Show 

Puppy Dog (3)

1st Bliss- CHARNEY JET SETTER - I really liked this dog in profile with his balanced outline and profuse white coat, Just the right size for a male, his head showed a masculine look and not coarse, dark almond eyes placed just right with small thick triangle ears and some width between, well defined stop. He had good width and depth to his chest, excellent ribbing and a short back, good muscle on his thighs and a well plumed tail to finish, needs to tidy up a little on rear movement which will come with experience.

2nd Prout - TINY SNOWBALLS AKI FOR KESSAKU (IMP DEU)- Another nice sized male, with profuse white coat, was a little shy with hands on, eyes were dark but a little round, overall head shape was wedged and had width, neat ears to finish, he had a lovely arched neck into a nice lay of shoulder, lovely tail curled over his back. movement was typical.

1st Prout- TINY SNOWBALLS AKI FOR KESSAKU (INP DEU) RPT

2nd Church -SANYINKO NATSU TAIYO- Nice amount of bone on this dog, with a wedged head, dark almond eyes, large ears and some width between, arched neck into slightly straight shoulders, slightly narrow in chest, and not as much ribbing as 1st place, he had muscle and strength in his hindquarters, front movement tended to hackney, however he had strong rear drive. 

3rd Smith - KESSAKU TROUBLEMAKER AT YOKOSAKA 

Yearling Dog(2) 

1st Dickenson- KESSAKU I PREDICT A RIOT IN BERNAVIA- Like this dogs wedged head, moderately broad and slightly rounded skull, neat ears set just right, almond eyes with dark pigment around rims and lips sets his look, he has width and depth to his chest and good length of rib, profuse coat although biscuit in colour, excellent movement in side profile. 

2nd Smith - KESSAKU TROUBLEMAKER AT YOKOSAKA - smaller in bone than 1st place, could be a tad longer in head, however he had the most appealing dark almond eyes, set obliquely, defined stop and neat ears, he has some depth to his chest and a nicely arched neck into correct shoulders, was pacing when on the move.

1st Pittcock - CH CHEECHANKO AURELIUS JW - Nice sized male of good bone, wedged masculine head with nice sized almond eyes and well pigmented,  a little too wide between the ears for me, but with correct in size and shape, arched neck into correct moderate shoulders, good ribbing, short back, standing on good feet, plumed tail set correctly over his back, lovely coated, won class on correct movement. 

2nd Bliss- CHARNEY MR MARVELLOUS- Loved this dogs head although slightly lighter in eye, but the pigment was so black around the rims, neatly placed correct ears, has depth to his chest although a little narrow, nice shape and length to his body and good amount of bone, in good coat and super tail,  front movement showed his narrow front but had strength in his rear.  

Veteran Dog (1)

1st Bliss - CH CHARNEY TAMATSU - 8 years old and in good condition, liked his spitz head a lot, dark almond eyes correctly placed ears of good shape, dark pigment around eye rims, lips and nose, he had good depth and width to his chest with a lovely arched neck. into moderate shoulders, excellent ribbing, beautiful white coat and excellent plumbed tail, moved very well in all directions, was my consideration for best male, but the puppy had the edge. Reserve Best Male and Best Veteran in show 

Minor Puppy Bitch (2)

1st Jones - LLWYNI BLOOMING LOVELY - Sweet little bitch, feminine all through, dark almond eyes, correct size and placed ears, nice length to head and moderate width, arched neck into moderate shoulders, has some width to her chest but more maturing to do, compact body with a nice pure white coat and her tail completes, movement on side profile was just right although a little close fore and aft at the moment, this will change when she develops.          

2nd Lunn -LLWYNI OOPS A DAISY AT SHIROKORI- Somewhat raw compared to first place, has a lovely head shape, she has dark eyes, although a little round, chest is developing, still a little narrow and some depth, she has the correct ribbing and short back, and stood on correct feet, tail set is bang on, coat is coming but not as profuse as first place, moved slightly better that first place. 

Junior Bitch (1)

1st Church -SANYINKO NATSU AME -Nicely boned bitch of correct size, nice wedged head, dark almond shaped eyes, ears a little large and has some width between, chest was a little narrow but of good depth, lovely arch to her neck, and straight back, rear is of good angles, tail a little low set and held down on the move, very good coat.

Yearling Bitch (2)

1st Jones -CH LLWYNI FANCY THAT JW - A balanced bitch in outlook and ultra feminine, lovely head of correct length and width, dark almond shaped eyes obliquely set, tidy ears, and super pigment, enough bone for a bitch and correct feet, nice rear angles, some width to her chest, nice ribbing and short back, moved very well in all directions.

2nd Church -SANYINKO BARTON'S STARLET- slightly longer in head than first place with almond eyes and good pigment, ears a little large, she has a good width to her chest a good depth, tight elbows, and very good ribbing, moderate rear angles,  tail set and carriage was excellent, out of coat today, she also moved very well in all angles. 

Graduate Bitch (1)

1st Church - SANYINKO CHRISTMAS ANGEL- Nice sized bitch with a nice profile, she has a good length of head and lovely arched neck, dark eyes though a little round, well defined stop, slightly rounded skull, ears a little large, body was narrow all through which showed on her fore and aft movement, but had the correct side gait. 

Post Graduate Bitch (5,2ab)

1st Fraser- TAWVALE GATUSEI- I liked both of these bitches and splitting hairs, took me a little longer to choose between them, this bitch was of a nice size and enough bone, lovely head with correct length, beautiful dark eyes and nicely set ears, arched neck into moderate shoulders, depth and width to her chest, body to height ratio was just right and pure white coat with the perfect tail, moved steadily  around the ring,  Reserve best Bitch 

2nd Roberts -TAWVALE GISEI- A nice shaped wedged head and almond eyes, neat ears correctly placed, arched neck with correct shoulder, tight elbows, good depth of chest, nicely balanced, moderate in the rear angles, in good coat and correct tail, moved in unison with her sister.

3rd Smith - KESSAKU POPPING CANDY AT YOKOSAKA

Open Bitch (4,2abs)

1st Jones -CH LLWYN'S MAGIC TOUCH JW- A lovely bitch and so feminine, excellent head, correct in all aspects, dark eyes and dark pigment, arched neck to correct ribs and short back, scored on depth and width of chest, enough bone for a bitch, correct feet and in good coat with the tail to finish, moved well on side gait very typical for breed. Best bitch, Best opposite  and Reserve Best in Show.

2nd Fraser - TAWVALE LOLA - Another nice sized bitch with a feminine head, nicely set eyes and ears, would like more defined stop, excellent pigment around eye rims and lips, could do with more width of chest but had depth, enough bone, arced neck and moderate rear, good body ratio, nicely coated and correct tail carriage, moved well fore and aft.
