I would like to thank the committee of the Lichfield Canine Society for the kind invitation to judge. I was very happy with my entries and appreciate the support of all exhibitors who brought their dogs under me.

Puppy (entries: 9, abs: 4)
1st Nordicfield Lady Jaeger (Mrs R Warner) – really appealing, elegant 7-month-old girl with correct proportions, enough substance. Lovely frame, excellent topline, typical head, very good angulation front and rear, strong back. Moved superbly for her age. Best Puppy
2nd Glenbrows Blush at Tantaraviz (Miss C M & Mr T D & Mrs H L Ward, Harrison & Harrison) – almost 10-month-old girl with a little more substance than the 1st. Super head, nice broad back, good colour. A little steep in pasterns with slight knuckling over. Super forechest, good angulation at the back, expertly handled.
3rd Lindenwood Witchcraft (Miss N Steeden)

Junior (entries: 2, abs: 1)
1st Nordicfield Lady Jaeger (Mrs R Warner) – repeat from Puppy Class.

Post Graduate (entries: 7, abs: 2)
1st Nordicfield Desert Gold (Mrs R Warner) – quality docked female of a nice deep colour, well proportioned with elegant feminine head. Well-sprung ribs and chest reaching the elbow, level back and good feet. Moves freely with a lovely open stride. Reserve Best of Breed
2nd Roughshoot Tiffin (Mrs P & Mr A Connolly) – lovely girl of good type and proportions. Pleasing head with kind expression and good eye colour and shape, good tight feet, on the move slightly out at elbows. Just needing a little more confidence to shine.
3rd Vizash Hunor (Mrs C M Sharrocks)

Open (entries: 6, abs: 3)
1st Sh Ch Danton Obsession with Tantaraviz ShCEx (Miss C M Ward) – mature bitch of longer cast with striking outline. Great head and depth of muzzle, straight legs and super angulation. She firmly grips the ground when stacked. Good bone but nothing overdone, though she is slightly above her ideal weight at the moment. Super mover, an absolute joy to watch her trotting effortlessly around the ring in complete sync with her handler. Best of Breed
2nd Nordicfield Dawn Run (Mrs R Warner) – another quality robust bitch with excellent build. Deep chest with ribs carried well back to a short muscular loin. Nice clean neck, croup slightly sloping. Would prefer a little more squared muzzle. On the move tends to overreach.
3rd Bournehouse Romeo (Mr R & Miss C Williams & Gillard)
