RHODESIAN RIDGEBACK – PUPPY – 3 (1)

1st – Salome’s Charm Truly Arte Cassari at Tokwe (Imp Svk) (Mrs E Taylor)

A beautiful 8 month old wheaten girl who oozes confidence and charm in the ring.  Feminine head, dark eyes, correct ear set, lovely front, good lay of shoulder, excellent topline which she held well on the move. Nice croup, strong first and second thigh, good feet, correct tail set  Delighted to award her BP

2nd – Tambyssa’s The Temptress (Miss J Adderley)

How lovely to see a light wheaten bitch in the ring.   A very feminine 10 month girl of good substance who has a lovely front profile. This girl is a slow maturer, however I personally think that is a good thing. Good head, lovely dark eyes, a nice lay of shoulder, well ribbed, good front and rear angles, good first and second thigh and good feet. Moved well.  

RHODESIAN RIDGEBACK – SPECIAL YEARLING – 2 (1)

1st – Kiromol Ain’t Misbehavin (AI) (Mr P, Mrs E & Mrs L Storey & Piehl)

A truly beautiful 14 month top drawer bitch who is a “wee stunner” and shown in “tip top” condition.   She has a beautiful well balanced head - strong and feminine, strong shoulders, lovely level topline which she held beautifully on the move, excellent reach and drive.   Strong thighs, good croup, good feet, correct tail set. Handled beautifully.

RHODESIAN RIDGEBACK – LIMIT – 7 (3)

1st – Kiromol Knight of the Realm JW (Mr A P & Mrs S A Geeves)

A stunning 26 month old mid wheaten boy, classic shaped face handsome without being too harsh. Lovely angulation front and rear with good bone. Excellent lay of shoulder, good front, level topline, strong loins, excellent first and second thigh, correct tail set good dentition. Very well handed. Moved well.

2nd – Kinabula’s Making Magick for Faahac JW (Mrs C L & Miss M L Catharell)

Another beautiful boy of just 2 years old. Slightly smaller than 1 however of excellent type. Lovely face, correct dark eyes, correct ear set, nice strong shoulders, good topline which he held well on the move, good rear angles, good hocks, nice tight feet. A close call between 1 and 2. I personally just prefer the type of 1.   On any other day these 2 boys could swap places.

1st – Diamondridge Dreadnought JW (Miss K J Barnes)

Well what can I say, this is a Stallion of a dog who caught my eye as soon as he entered the ring.   At 3 years of age he commands your attention with a regal presence.  A lovely masculine head, strong clean neck into well laid back strong shoulders, deep chest, good ribs, fantastic topline which he showed off beautifully as he “paraded” around the ring, strong first and second thighs and good feet.   Very well handled. This boy literally “floats” around the ring and delighted to award him BOB.

2nd – Sonnypride Cookies An Cream of Inbajsha (Miss J Digby)

Another excellent example of the breed, this handsome 5 year old boy was a delight to watch run round the ring.   Lovely face, nice dark eyes, correct ears, good strong shoulders with plenty of bone, good topline which was held nicely on the move, lovely rear angles, excellent first and second thigh, good feet. He pushed hard against 1st in Limit to be awarded RBOB.
