Thank you to the society for the invitation to judge at their wonderful friendly show. I was blessed to have two great stewards – Anya and Paula who kept the ring running efficiently. A huge thank you to all those who entered under me, very much appreciated.

Special Yearling (6,2)

1st Vegas Blackjack of Baiwells Royal Aussies (Miss F Martin) 21 month old Tri male. So well balanced all through, everything very moderate with a lovely masculine headpiece. Well defined stop. Dark, almond eyes. Good ear set. Lovely length of neck into a well laid shoulder. Great forechest and ribs well developing. Standing on straight legs with a nice tight foot. Level topline, slightly falling away at croup. A light, easy, true mover. BOB

2nd Sparkaway Gets My Goat (Miss T Cowley) 6 month old red merle dog. Obviously there is a very bright future ahead. Lovely head and eye. Standing on straight legs with tight elbows and feet. Topline still to firm up but that will come. Moved very well for age. BPIB.

1st Zuni Someone U Loved Fallcat JW (Mrs J Knott) 2 year old tri male. Liked his head proportions. Nice eye shape and colour. Lacking nose pigment. Good neck and forechest. Standing on straight legs. Well developed rib and level topline. Rather square in outline. Good for bone. Moved well.

1st CH/Bel CH Caronlea Celtic Fire Starter for Takhisis JW OSW Bw24 (AI) (IKC) (Mrs S L Wray-Ramsden). 5 year old red dog. Masculine dog with a lovely head and nice eye. Excellent bone, tight elbows and good angulation all round. Strong, level topline. Moved soundly. Preferred the overall balance of the yearling winner.

1st Potterdale Prime Rose JW (Mr M, Mrs J & Mrs D Lewis & Moreland) 13 month old bitch and lovely proportions. A delightful head of equal lengths with lovely dark eyes, giving e beautiful expression. Good length of neck into a level topline. Strong loin. Well angulated front and back which allowed her to glide around the ring with style. BOB

2nd Tamjenta Ghost Protocol at Kaycee (Mrs C Twinning) 8 month old dog who is coming together nicely. Masculine head of good proportions. Good length of neck into a firm, level topline. Ribs developing well. Angulated well front and back. Moved well once settled. BPIB

1st Tamjenta Jewel of the Nile at Kaycee (Mrs C Twinning) 3.5 year old bitch. Mature bitch of good overall proportions. Head ok but has a lovely eye. Enough neck into a well placed shoulder. Well sprung rib and level topline. Moved soundly.

1st Fostebrie Pure Binoche for Badgerhurst JW (Ms J Ryan) 20 month old fawn bitch. Very feminine bitch with a lovely dark eye. Good front and ribs developing nicely. Tight elbows and good for bone. Level strong topline and well angulated at rear. Moved well with drive. Should have a bright future as she matures.

2nd Vallonne Magical Illusion (Mr I & Mrs T & Miss G Trimnell) 7 month old fawn bitch with everything how it should be for age with personality plus! Forechest developing well with a lovely topline already. Good angulation all round. Moved well for age. BPIB.

1st Tant Mystique De La Chaume Du Bois Dieu to Badgerhurst (Imp Fra) (Ms J Ryan) 3 year old black bitch. Pretty head with good width to muzzle. Lovely dark eye. Good length of neck, forechest ok. Standing on good bone and feet. Level topline and strong loin. Lovely flowing side gate, ok in rear movement.

1st Fostebrie I Am Mika at Kimarlaz (Miss K D Kass) 4 year old fawn of great proportions. Masculine head with nothing overdone and a lovely dark eye. Good length of neck into a correct shoulder and good forechest. Standing on good bone and tight feet. Correct spring to rib and a lovely short and strong loin. Level topline and enough angulation which allowed him to move with ease around the ring, a real picture to watch him go. BOB

1st Arianrhod Havukruunu (ai) (Mrs T T Lloyd). 2 year old dog that I judged as a puppy previously and still like him today! The most delightful of heads, no mistaking his sex but not course in any way. He has a lovely expression and creates the most wonderful outline when stood. Well boned and standing on good feet. Level topline into a high set tail. Unfortunately, had his mind on other things today so did not show himself off as well as he could. BOB

1st CH Kashbeluli There We Are Then JW ShCEx OWS (Mrs L J & Mr K D Cowley) 4 year old dog which creates a beautiful square outline. Slightly domed skull with correct length of muzzle. Correct length of neck and high set withers. Well sprung rib and good tuck up. High set tail and moved effortlessly around the ring. All covered in mature cords. BOB

1st Schnaubern Fawaris (Mrs B Edwards) 4 year old white dog with great pigment. Square in outline with a good length of neck. Level topline and high set tail, carried over the back. Enough angulation front and back allowing him to move with a light brisk action. Carrying maybe a little more weight than I would like. Very breed typy and couldn’t deny him BOB.

2nd Pumiden White Said Fred (Mrs D & Mrs L Cooper & Lyn) 2 year old white dog. Lovely head proportions and dark oval eyes. Correct ears. Good length of neck and standing square. A little soft in coat. Good tail which was up on the move. Moved with a correct short strided gate. Front pasterns sloping a little too much.

1st Cseresznyeskerti-Csalfa Zajos (Imp Hun) (Mrs B Edwards) 12 year old dog in wonderful condition, no one would ever know his age! On his toes and raring to go! Typical square outline, a little over angulated in rear but allows him to move very lightly on his feet. Correct tail. A real credit to his owner and to the breed!

1st Vandreem Imperial Ocean for Frostia (Mr P & Mrs D Mcgreade) 10 month old bitch, so typy and impressive. Loved her head, and has the most beautiful dark oval eye. Correct ears which she used well. Standing well on straight front legs and well cushioned well. Great for forechest and ribs developing well. Well balanced with good angulation front and back. Could strengthen on front movement yet, but that will come! And when it does I think she’ll be unstoppable! BPIB. Pleased to see her take puppy group 2.

2nd Angelicus Chiquitta (Mr C & Miss R Webb & Bates) delightful 7 month old bitch. No mistaking her femininity. Most lovely eye and expression. Forechest developing well. Standing well on good bone and nice feet. Level topline and good rear angulation. Stil to develop in rear on the move, but she has plenty of time for that!

1st Angelicus Sam Diablo Guapo at Rosskaja (Mr C & Miss R Webb & Bates) 20 month old masculine dog. Well developed head with flat skull. Almond shaped eyes of good colour. Forechest developed well. Level topline with short strong loin. Well set tail. Rear angulation ok. Would like a little more body. Moved soundly in all directions.

1st Rosskaja Ginato Clementino (Mr C & Miss R Webb & Bates) 22 month old bitch who was a delight to judge today. Loved her head and expression. Well set ears. Good length of neck and correctly well laid shoulders. Square in outline and enough angulation front and back. Well sat, plumed tail or good length. Moved elegantly and sound around the ring. BOB.

1st Milesend Dancing Master at Ketim (Mrs R Morrison) 8 month old sable and white dog. Most delightful expression with a beautiful dark oval eye. Good length of neck, still to develop a little in front. Correct bone, standing on good feet. Liked his rear angulation. Superb outline and moved so well. BPIB. Pleased to see him go puppy group 4.

2nd Holamber Gold Blonde Diva (Mrs D & Mr I Sutherland) 10 month old golden sable bitch. Extremely pretty with a lovely expression and good ears. Good length of neck and one of the best forechests of the day for me. Developing well in rib, rather square in outline. Good angulation in rear although a little narrow in rear on the move.

1st Kishdigra An Irish Blessing for Clairavelle (IKC) (Miss M D Jackson) 22 month old shaded sable and white bitch. Really loved this bitch, and she pushed hard in the challenge. Most beautiful heads and delightful expression. Good length of neck and well laid shoulder. Standing on straight legs and good oval feet. Well sprung rib and short strong loin. Correct topline into a low set tail of correct length. Moved effortlessly around the ring – one I will watch with interest as she matures.

2nd Sanscott Late Edition with Ketim (Mrs R Robinson) 18 month old sable and white bitch. Produces the most lovely outline, slightly longer than tall. Feminine head, but preferred expression of 1. Good ear. Good length of neck. Standing on good bone. Level topline. Moved with a smooth gait.

3rd Iskander Behemia Classic for Oakcroft JW (Imp Cze) (Mrs V Winfield)

2nd Auberswell Andante (Mesdames D & G Bastiani & John) 2 year old sable and white dog. Well coated so you do have to get your hand on him to appreciate his length of neck. Lovely masculine head and dark oval eye. Ok for bone. Good front with a well sprung rib. Short strong loin and good topline. A little narrow in rear movement.

3rd Beechmere Beautiful at Holamber (Mrs D & Mr I Sutherland)

1st Oakcroft The Mandalorian JW (Mrs V Winfield) 4 year old mature, masculine shaded sable and white dog with nothing overdone. Liked his head a lot, with a lovely eye and ear. Correct front and standing on enough bone. Correct topline. Moved with precision, and so moderate in everyway. pipped the yearling bitch to the post in the challenge on maturity. BOB

2nd Sanbrakel Sunshine Breeze (Misses E & J Allen) 4 year old sable and white bitch. Very pretty bitch although a little unsettled which ruined it a little for her today. I could still appreciate her overall type and style. Good neck and well placed shoulder. Standing on good bone and straight legs. Level topline, correctly falling away to tail set. A little longer in loin. Moved soundly.

1st Levisbrooks Lunar Eclipse (Miss J Young) 11 month old tri dog. Producing a wonderful outline. Liked his head proportions and good eye shape. Using his ears well. Liked him for leg length and holds his topline well. Moved well. BPIB. Pleased to see him go Puppy group 3.

2nd Durrcor Luna Eclipse (Mrs P F Coates) 15 month old bitch. Foxy expression and good length of neck. Good forechest and well boned. Not always holding her topline as well as I’d like. Good overall body proportions. Moved well with drive.

1st Ermyn Lionheart (Miss J Young) 2 year old dog. Really liked his head and expression. Strong neck into well laid shoulders. Close fitting elbows and excellent for bone. Firm level topline. Moved well with drive and keeping his topline.

1st Haresfoot Fates Align (nbt) JW (Miss A Cutts) 4 year old dog and loved him as soon as he walked in the ring. Surprised he hasn’t got his title as he was a real treat! Absolutely adored his expression, masculine without coarseness. Delightful dark eye. Good length of neck and strong, level topline. In the most wonderful condition. Ribs coming well back and with a strong loin. Loved him for bone and his movement was faultless. Possibly, my star of the day! BOB. Pleased to see him take group 4 in a strong group.
