Judge Lauren Goodbrand (Braesnobel)

Class 175. A Junior Handling 6-11 Years (14 entries, 8 abs)

1st Abbie Smith

This handler worked well with her dog and presented well. Handler was polite and smiled while capable of answering questions and noticing when the dog's hind leg was moved. On the move, the handler completed what was asked very well with good posture and swapping hands when necessary. This handler is ready to move up and hold her own in the older class when she is old enough. The handler was dressed correctly.

2nd Konan Maver

This handler smiled well and worked hard to get the best out of his dog. Handler smiled and answered the question without hesitation. On the move, the handler completed what was asked very well with good posture and swapping hands when necessary. The handler was dressed correctly.

Class 176. B Junior Handling 12-16 Years (13 entries, 6abs)

1st Karsen Maver

This handler not only won his class but also won the best junior handler. This is because he handled and presented such perfection with the best manners and smile, I have seen all day. He may have been one of the youngest in this class, but that did not affect his confidence. The handler was able to answer the questions competently and worked very well with his pup, making sure to reassure her and praise her when necessary. Amazing job.

2nd Mairead Torley

This handler was also of top quality, and it was a close competion for 1st place. Smartly dressed and answered all the questions perfectly as well as correcting the hind leg that was moved. This handler was very neat in swapping hands to ensure the dog was on the correct side. The handler was dressed correctly.

Class 177. C Junior Handling 17-24 Years (6 entries, 3 abs)

1st Chloe Mcdonald

This handler was smartly dressed and showed the dog's teeth correctly, ensuring showing both sides and front. On the move, the handler completed what was asked very well with good posture and swapping hands when necessary. Handler was able to answer one of the two questions asked. When standing in main line up, the handler should try to be more aware of where the judge is to ensure not to stand between the judge and the dog.

2nd Eilidh Cameron

This handler was smartly dressed and was able to swap the lead, when necessary, on the move. The handler was able to stand and show the dogs' teeth well but unfortunately did not know the answers to the questions asked. In future, this may help the handler in handling classes.

Class 178. D Adult Handling 25 Years + (14 entries, 5abs)

1st Erin Logie

This handler made no mistakes and showed her dog beautifully. Handler was polite and smiled while capable of answering questions, showing the teeth correctly, and correcting the hind leg that was moved. On the move, the handler completed what was asked very well with good posture and swapping hands when necessary. This was completed very seamlessly considering she was showing a larger breed. Great handling and dressed correctly.

2nd Emma Mccuish

This handler was also very good and made a close competion for 1st place. Handler was polite and competent in answering the questions correctly. Handler showed the teeth well while on the table and swapped the lead correctly on the move while completing what was asked.
