Thank you to the Club for putting on a fabulous show. I was overwhelmed with the variety of goodies in the judges bag to take home of local produce. Thanks to my steward Chloe who did a sterling job with so many dogs and classes to get through. Thanks to the exhibitors for their entry and taking the awards with grace and professionalism.



Weimaraner 

Class 40 - Special Yearling (2)
1st Sabsky Karlstejn - Mr and Mrs Kerslake 
A young male just over a year old. Head moderately long, moderate stop. Equal head to muzzle. Long ears set high. Clean moderate neck into well placed shoulders. Straight front, held topline on the stack and on the move. Chest deep, still young and needs time to mature. Everything appears to be in the right place. Excelled today on the move with effortless movement. BOB


2nd Rivertone Athena Over Silbermeer - Miss Jefferies 
A young bitch. Head moderately long, with moderate stop. Medium sized eyes, with long ears. Clean neck into well placed point of shoulder. Topline level chest deep, a little longer in second thigh to hock in the rear compared to 1. Just needs a little more confidence being handled by others. Lovely when stacked.

2nd Rivertone Aurora Over Silbermeer - Miss Jefferies
Same breeding as the bitch 2nd in SY. More confidence in her movement. Effortless when she moved. Correct head proportions. Correct moderate stop. Long ears. Correct clean neck into point of shoulders. Deep chest with good spring of rib. Moderate hindquarters. Firm compact feet. BOS



Class 42: Open (1) 

1st Dartview Formula One - Mrs Goord
Lovely outline to this male. Head of correct proportions with medium stop and medium eye. Long ears. Neck into well placed shoulders. Straight front, and equal leg to body measurements. Correctly slightly longer body to height. Well developed chest with good spring of ring. Moderate angled rear. Well muscled throughout. Would like a little more confidence to him. Effortless movement. RBOB




Spaniel (Cocker) 

Class 43: Puppy (2) 

Two lovely youngest at opposite ends of their age. Liked both these youngsters. 

1st Knightstar Grace Kelly at Tillarn (Imp ESP) - Mrs Adams. Almost 12 months old, a lot more mature then 2nd, and a little more together at this stage. Square muzzle with distinct stop. Dark eyes, ears set low. Moderate neck into point of shoulder. Legs well boned for age. Strong and compact. Firm feet. True movement fore and aft. BP. 

2nd Alisma Alivia at Meakwood - Mrs and Mrs Meaker 
What a cheeky youngster. Merry by nature indeed. Correct stop, bright merry eyes, low set ears, strong jaw. Moderate length neck into well placed shoulders. Strong and compact. When she got moving lovely for and aft. 



Class 44: Post Graduate (2/1)

1st Crimiar Blu Diamond JW - Miss Salmon 
Just over years old bitch. Lovely outline. Correct outline head shape, not chiselled. Full eyes with good dark pigment. Low set ears, correct moderate neck into point of shoulders. Body compact, chest well developed. Could like a little more brisket. Ribs well sprung, true movement, missed out on drive and width behind.

1st Grandtully Biddy Ford - Mr & Mr McCabe-Bell 
Liver bitch, almost 2 yrs old. Square muzzle, with medium stop and well developed skull. Full eyes with lovely expression. Low set ears, strong jaw, moderate neck into well placed shoulders. Straight front, powerful and compact body. True movement throughout. RBOB. 



Class 46: Open (4/1) 

1st Grandtully Eliza Doolittle VW - Mr & Mr McCabe-Bell
Almost 9 year old bitch. Giving the youngsters a run today. Correct square muzzle, with moderate stop. Lovely expressing with moderate neck into well placed shoulders. Short legs, with compact and study body. Well muscled throughout. Straight front with good depth of chest and spring of rib. Well rounded, wide rear with good bend of stifle. True action at all times. Couldn’t stop watching her. BOB & BV
2nd Cachel Pop The Question to Meloneras JW - Mr Green & Mr Brain 
Blue Roan bitch, a little over 6 yrs old. Another lovely bitch. Square muzzle with moderate stop. Long ears set by the ear. Moderate neck into point of shoulder. Would prefer a more straight front. Moderate compact body. Ribs well sprung, level topline held. Firm feet. Nice free action on the move.

Loved this bitch. 2 and half years old, really coming into her own. Balanced throughout. Large, square head. Deep stop and square muzzle. No exaggeration in head. Eyes clean. Large ears. Strong jaw with good bite. Long, thick neck into well placed shoulders. Strong sounders with good well boned, straight front. Long body with deep chest and well sprung ribs. Powerful hindquarters. Straight movement for and aft with effortless drive. BOB


2nd Buckram Flossy - Miss Ioannou 
7 yr old bitch, balanced and well boned outline. Large, square head. Correct broad skull. Square muzzle. Could prefer a slightly cleaner eye. Large ears, set correctly. Long neck flowing into point of shoulder. Well placed shoulders. Powerful hindquarters, well sprung ribs carried well back. Powerful movement wouldn’t know this bitch was a veteran. BV

Just over 3 yr old bitch. Steady and bold outline. Large, square skull, medium length with a blandness. Clean eyes, large ears. Moderate neck flowing into correct point of shoulder. Strong well boned front. Long body with good muscle tone. Ribs well sprung. Powerful rear, large feet. Good movement when she got going. Just preferred the straighter front of BOB. RBOB.

1st Sh Ch Nyllaup Akoya Pearl for Grakar JW - Mr, Mrs * miss Stirk 
Almost 2 yrs old, bitch. Its about quality. She might have stood alone in the breed but she oozes IWS type. Smart bitch, presented well. Head of good size, long strong muzzle. Almond shaped eyes, long oval ears hanging close to cheeks. Strong moderate length neck into well placed shoulders. Deep checks down to point of elbow. Lovely straight front with large round feet. Ribs carried well back, and spring giving that barrel shape. Level topline held on the move as well as stood. Powerful rear, well angulated. Movement was free and easy to watch with drive. BOB, Pleased to hear she went BIS as well.

1st Crumbled Cedric Diggory - Mrs Bedford 
2 and half yr old male. Strongly built. Skull wide with a curve from ear to ear. Pronounced stop. Brown frowning. Dark pigment in the eyes with a soft expression. Thick, large ears set low. Moderate neck flowing into point of shoulder. Head carried correctly on the move. Well boned front. Well ribbed. Strong hindquarters. Would prefer him with a bit more weight. True movement with a distinctive roll. Lovely youngster. BOB

What a little cracker. Black, just over 6 month old bitch. Super temperament. Eyebrows and stop clearly defined. Correct head proportions. Muzzle broad. Almond shaped eyes with lovely expression. Low set years. Long neck flowing into well placed shoulder. Correct straight front, strongly built. Elbows set close tot he body. Strong hindquarters for age. Compact feet. Smooth movement when she got into her stride. Enjoyed judging this bitch. BP

Long neck into well placed shoulder. Straight front, strong bone and elbows set close to the body. Ribs deep and well sprung. Short coupling. Strong back and hind quarters. Hocks well let down. Smooth movement, parallel behind. BOB


2nd Furian’s Morning Star - Miss & Miss Reed 
Another lovely male, less mature then 1. But lots to like about him as well. Correct rounded skull. Almond eyes with good dark pigment. Nose open. Clearly defined stop and eyebrows. Just preferred the broadness in skull of 1. Long muscled neck into well placed shoulders. Strong, straight front. Ribs deep and well sprung. Short loin. Well muscled throughout which he used on the move. RBOB

Black bitch, almost 3 years in age. Robust, medium size outline. Strong and equal head proportions, with a slight stop. Correct dark pigment. Oval shaped eyes. Correct v-shaped ears set slightly above the eye. Short, front neck flowing into point of shoulder. Well muscled front. Elbows set close to the body. Deep chest with well sprung ribs. Moderately angled rear. Brisk sound movement. BOB

Almost 12 yr old bitch. Certainly doesn’t act her age. Strong and elegant head, with correct head proportions. Medium size eyes oval shaped. Ears dropped and set slightly above the eye. Short neck flowing into well placed shoulders. Elbows set close to the body. Good depth of chest. Well sprung ribs. Level topline. Moderately angled rear. Well muscled. Just preferred front action on the move of BOB. Lovely bitch. RBOB & BV

Litter sister to 1. Similar comments apply. Just preferred the confidence and free movement of 1. Well proportioned head, with medium size eyes. Lovely strong neck flowing into well placed shoulders. Preferred her depth of chest. Good bone and slight tick up. Firm topline and back. Tight feet. When she got moving long slowing strides.

Bitch, just over 2 yrs old. Nice feminine look to her. Intelligent expression, medium size eyes. Broad high set ears. Moderate neck flowing into point of shoulder. Would like a little more width to her. Well muscled. Correct slight tuck up. Tight feet. Hocks well let down.

4 yr old bitch. Lovely type just preferred the substance of 1. Head in correct proportion to body. Broad and slightly rounded. Intelligent expression with medium size eyes. Strong neck flowing into correctly angulated shoulders. Chest wide with good depth. Firm strong back, ribs well sprung, slight tuck up. Hips borad, and well let down hocks. Tight feet. Free long striding movement. Just missed out on the drive of the Junior for RBOB.

Only just 6 month old bitch - what a lovely youngster. Strong well balanced for their age. Slight stop, with correct head proportions. Muzzle deep from the side. Oval large eyes. Moderate neck flowing into correct point of shoulder. Strong front with good muscle tone. Correctly angulated front and rear. Long thighs, slightly oval tight well arched feet. When she got moving powerful drive from the rear. Lovely to watch her. BOB & BP.

2nd Canes Coronus at Todlachie - Mrs Dervish-Uman 
Smaller type to 1. 6yr old bitch, not showing her age. Head balanced in proportion to body. Broad skull with slight roundness. Oval, medium sized eyes. Medium ears set high. Strong neck into point of shoulder. Good depth of chest. Hocks square to body. Strong bone. Compact feet. Tail held correctly throughout. Smooth movement. RBOB.

2nd Deltandamba Domino Dancing - Ms Hipkiss 
Litter sibling to 1. Bitch, just over 12 months old. Correct broad clean cut head, moderate neck flowing into point of shoulder. Elbows set close to the body, moderate tuck up, level topline held stacked and on the move. Well muscled rear.

Just over 2 yr old bitch. Smaller in size. Nice shape to her. Wedge shape head. Medium size ears, moderate neck flowing into point of shoulder. Slightly sloping pasterns. Moderate tuck up. Would like a little more bone to her. Level topline. Moved with drive which won her the class.

Young bitch with a lovely outline. Just preferred the front construction of 1. Lovely expression and broad head. Medium stop, well placed ears. Moderate neck flowing into point of shoulder. 4 yr old male. Masculine in looks. No mistaking this is a dog. Just missed out on front and movement to 1. Lovely type. Broad head, well set ears. Moderate stop, medium size eyes. Strong neck flowing into point of shoulder. Deep chest, moderate tuck up, level topline. Well muscled rear.

Just over 6 months bitch. Lovely outline to her. Still very raw but lovely head and expression. Long neck flowing into well placed shoulders. Good bone and substance to her. Level topline held. Straight forelegs. Well muscled for her age. Free flowing movement when she got going.

2 yr old bitch, finer and smaller in type then 1. Lovely expression to her head, slight stop. Medium size eyes with dark pigment. Moderate length of neck flowing into point of shoulder. Elbows set close to body. Well ribbed. Level topline. Preferred the tail set and carriage of 1.

Almost 6 yr old male. What a dog. Stunning head and expression, slight stop with medium size eyes. Moderate neck flowing into well placed shoulders. Lovely deep chest. Elbows set against the body. Well ribbed. Muscled throughout. Moderate bend of stifle, well left down hocks. This dog comes alive on the move. Free and effortless movement. Straight front and back. Couldn’t take my eyes off him. 3 yr old dog. Lovely shape and outline to him. No mistaken he is a male. Long and lean head, with well -defined stop. Correct head proportions. Bright expression, eyes of correct colour. Moderat length ears set low. Long muscled neck flowing into point of shoulder. Deep chest with elbows set close to the body. Body of moderate length, strong and well muscled. Free and graceful action on the move, his drive from behind clinched him BOB. 


2nd Walshaw Watercolours - Mrs Hoskin 
6 yr old bitch, lovely size and shape to her. Feminine expression. Well defined stop, good expression, eyes bright and good pigment. Ears moderate length and set low. Long muscled neck flowing into point of shoulder. Just preferred the front construction of 1. Well ribbed. Moderate body, short and level back. Free flowing movement.

Almost 2 yr old bitch. Less mature in body then winner today. Feminine head and expression. Broad, clearly defined stop. Long neck leading into point of shoulder. Would like a little more depth of chest to her. Shoulder blades sloping back, moderate body length. Level topline. Well muscled rear. Steady mover.

Neck long and clean flowing into point of shoulder. Elbows set close to the body, chest deep. Body of moderate length, level topline held on the move and stacked. Well sprung ribs. Rear well muscled, moderately angulated behind. Free movement with drive from behind BOB. Pleased to see she went G3 too.
