1st Winuwuk Aint No Sunshine, Pleasing young male whose overall balance and outline appealed. Preferred his shorter body length and squarer proportions, giving a more typical silhouette for the breed. Good forehand construction with well-laid shoulders and adequate upper arm, contributing to a balanced stance and efficient movement. Strong neck flowing into a firm topline and well-muscled quarters.
Head is still developing and requires further maturity to complete the picture, but already shows the breed's characteristic expression and proportions. Good bone and substance without coarseness. Feet would benefit from tightening to improve overall finish and support.
Moved true both coming and going, maintaining his outline well on the move and showing good coordination. Presented in good condition and handled sympathetically throughout. A promising exhibit with many breed virtues, and with continued maturity should develop further. Had he been a little more together he would have been considered further for Best Male.
2nd Misstricks Dartagnan, well-developed dog with good substance and musculature. Head proportions are correct with pleasing eyes and expression, displaying the breed's characteristic alert and intelligent outlook. Tight skinned throughout, giving a clean appearance and highlighting his overall fitness and condition.
Strong body with good muscle tone and adequate depth, although not quite as fluent in outline as preferred. Would benefit from a slightly better lay of shoulder to improve overall balance and front assembly. Feet could be tighter and more compact. Rear quarters show sufficient strength, though I would prefer a little more bend of stifle to enhance both stance and movement. Tended to drop slightly away over the croup.
Moved true both coming and going, maintaining soundness in action. Showed well
Puppy Dog
1st Lorrosa Keeping it Real, good substance and bone, presenting a balanced and athletic outline. Head possesses many of the breed's characteristic features, with deep-set eyes and tight eye rims contributing to a distinctive expression. Well-developed throughout with sufficient strength and substance without losing overall balance.
Firm topline maintained both standing and on the move. Good bone and feet, with sound construction throughout. Moved true coming and going, displaying accuracy of footfall and maintaining a pleasing outline in profile. In stance, tended to place the rear further behind than preferred, which slightly affected the overall balance of the silhouette.
Presented in good condition and handled well.
Grad Dog
1st Jimbren Elite Legacy at Ludic, Well-muscled presenting a clean and balanced outline with good overall breed type. Shown in fit condition with evident muscle tone throughout, giving an impression of strength and athleticism. Decent head properties with a typical expression, although I would prefer tighter lips to complete the desired finish.
Forehand construction could be improved, standing somewhat upright in front and lacking return of upper arm. Would also prefer greater width through the forechest and front assembly to enhance overall balance and support. These points affected front extension on the move, resulting in less reach than desired. Body proportions were good, with adequate depth and substance, carrying itself well. Temperament was typical of the breed, showing confidence and composure throughout.
Open Dog
1st Sultash Prince of Hearts presenting a pleasing outline and good overall breed type. Clean, dry head with correct proportions and expression. Tight lips and dark eye contribute to the characteristic alert and intelligent appearance expected of the breed. Well presented and shown in good condition throughout.
Good bone and substance without exaggeration. Correct, tight feet, a feature often overlooked but important for a working breed. Body of pleasing proportions with adequate depth and rib. Shoulders were a little upright, which impacted forehand efficiency to some extent.
Moved true both coming and going, maintaining a sound outline and demonstrating good coordination. In profile, would prefer greater reach in front and stronger drive from the rear to produce the more powerful, ground-covering action called for.
2nd Winuwuk Under Your Spell, good overall breed type and presented in fit condition. Strong, athletic outline with sufficient substance and good bone throughout. Possesses adequate angulation fore and aft, contributing to a balanced appearance when standing.
Head is slightly cloddy and heavier than ideal, lacking some of the clean, chiselled qualities called for in the breed. Would prefer more chin to strengthen the foreface and improve overall head proportions. Lips somewhat loose, detracting from the clean finish desired. Neck of adequate length flowing into shoulders, though would benefit from a better return of upper arm to improve front assembly. As a result, lacked some reach in profile movement, although remained sound and coordinated.
Topline held well and the dog showed with confidence and typical Boxer character. Temperament was pleasing, displaying the alert, energetic and self-assured nature expected of the breed.
Veteran Dog
1st Charlons Perseus, Impressive 8-year-old veteran presented in excellent muscular condition and a credit to its owner. Short, square and balanced in outline, displaying the strength, athleticism and substance expected of the breed. Excellent topline, maintained both standing and on the move, with well-angulated quarters contributing to sound, efficient movement.
Head displays typical breed characteristics, although I would prefer a little more muzzle length and a less pronounced expression to further enhance overall breed type. Neck of adequate length, though a smoother transition into the shoulder placement would improve the overall flow of the outline.
Moved true both coming and going, showing soundness and stability, while maintaining a pleasing profile. Excellent muscle tone throughout, particularly commendable for a dog of this age. Showed with confidence and enthusiasm, demonstrating the characteristic temperament of the breed.
2nd Sultash Prince of Hearts, mpressive 10-year-old veteran male presented in outstanding condition and a real credit to his owner. A dog of excellent breed type with a masculine yet balanced appearance, retaining fitness, muscle tone and enthusiasm that belied his years. Particularly admired his head, which was amongst his strongest attributes. Correct proportions throughout the skull and muzzle, with a clean, well-defined stop and the characteristic expression expected of the breed.
Well presented with good substance and bone, carrying himself confidently in the ring. Moved true both coming and going, maintaining soundness and purpose, demonstrating the athleticism that remains a hallmark of the breed. Temperament exemplary, showing the lively and dependable character so typical of a quality Boxer.
Would ideally prefer a squarer outline, as he is slightly longer in body than desired, but this was outweighed by his many virtues, particularly his excellent head qualities and overall breed type.

Well-developed head displaying good breed characteristics, with correct proportions, pleasing expression and sufficient maturity to complete the overall picture. Strong neck flowing into well-laid shoulders, with good depth of chest and substance throughout.
Well-angulated behind with a well-bent stifle, providing the power and propulsion required for efficient movement. Moved true both coming and going, displaying excellent reach in front and strong drive from the rear while maintaining balance and coordination. Covered the ground with ease and purpose, demonstrating the athleticism expected of the breed.
2nd Winuwuk Pocketful of Sun at Elanbar, Sister to 1, while not as forward in development as the class winner, possesses many of the qualities expected of the breed. Balanced outline with good overall proportions and presented in good condition. Firm topline held both standing and on the move, with correct croup and tailset contributing to a pleasing silhouette.
Good bone for age and size, supported by tight, well-knuckled feet. Head developing well, although I would prefer a little more width to the foreface to complete the desired Boxer expression and strength of muzzle. Nevertheless, head properties are in keeping with the breed and should continue to mature with time.
Movement is still settling and would benefit from additional ring experience and schooling to allow the exhibit to show to best advantage. Despite this, moved willingly and demonstrated sound basic construction. Showed a happy, confident temperament throughout.
Puppy Bitch
1st Mellhawk Coachella for Boese, presenting a balanced and athletic outline with pleasing breed type throughout. Clean, well-developed head with correct proportions, good muzzle to skull ratio and an alert, intelligent expression. Well presented and in good condition, showing the strength and elegance expected of the breed.
Balanced angulation fore and aft contributed to a harmonious overall picture. Good neck leading into well-placed shoulders, firm topline maintained both standing and on the move, and a body of pleasing proportions. Particularly well off for bone and substance without losing athleticism, giving an impression of strength and capability.
On the move, went true and sound away, demonstrating good rear action and maintaining a firm outline. Could be cleaner in front movement coming towards, where greater precision would enhance the overall performance. Moved with purpose and confidence in profile, displaying the characteristic energy of the breed.
2nd Winuwuk Kiss Me Quick at Charlons, presented in good condition and showing a pleasing temperament throughout. Finer in overall make and shape than preferred, but possessing many of the characteristics associated with the breed. Head could be more typical, with a little too much length of muzzle and a somewhat domed skull, detracting from the desired Boxer expression and proportions.
Would prefer greater width through the front assembly and more depth of brisket to enhance overall substance and forehand development. Neck of adequate length flowing into well-angulated quarters, with sufficient bone and a firm outline.
Moved true both coming and going, maintaining balance and soundness in action. Showed willingly and handled well throughout.

Strong body with good depth and substance, supported by sound construction. Neck of good length flowing into well-laid shoulders, firm topline and well-muscled quarters. Moved true both coming and going, maintaining a balanced outline and demonstrating the soundness expected of the breed.
Would prefer tighter feet and stronger pasterns to complete the picture, but these were minor considerations in an otherwise quality exhibit. Presented in excellent condition and showed with confidence throughout.
2nd Sultash Inspiral, balanced outline and many qualities typical of the breed. Well presented and shown in good condition. Pleasing overall construction with balanced angulation fore and aft, allowing for a harmonious picture when standing and moving. Firm topline maintained throughout and supported by good body condition and muscling.
Head possesses the essential Boxer characteristics, although would prefer less chin to achieve a cleaner, more balanced finish to the foreface. Good strength of muzzle and expression otherwise. Tight, well-knuckled feet, which are so important in the breed, and good bone throughout without coarseness.
Moved soundly, maintaining a balanced profile and demonstrating the athleticism expected of the breed. Temperament was typical, alert and responsive throughout.
Novice
1st Casemates Witch Time, still very much a youngster and has plenty of time to mature. Presents a clean, balanced outline with good proportions and breed type. Well boned throughout with sufficient substance for age and showing a decent body, although still a little raw in places as expected at this stage of development.

Moved true both coming and going, maintaining a clean outline in profile and demonstrating sound construction. Carried himself well throughout and showed with confidence and enthusiasm. As maturity develops, should continue to strengthen and complete the picture.
Grad Bitch
1st Miofrey Shooting Star, Pleasing example and, in this class, the exhibit I felt possessed the better overall construction and balance. She did not make my task easy, appearing somewhat unsettled by the flooring and lacking complete confidence throughout the assessment. However, she did enough to allow me to appreciate her many virtues.
Feminine yet substantial, with good bone and a well-proportioned frame. Correct head properties with the characteristic expression expected of the breed. Good neck and shoulders, balanced by well-angulated quarters, giving a pleasing overall outline. Soundly constructed throughout and carrying herself with typical breed character when settled.
On the move she travelled true both coming and going, displaying correct angulation and maintaining her shape well in profile. As her confidence improved, she showed more of her quality and demonstrated why she appealed in this class.
2nd Joru Time For Change for Ludic, Feminine Boxer of pleasing breed type, presented in fit condition with excellent muscle tone throughout. Compact in outline and displaying good overall balance. Correct ear carriage which complemented her expression and contributed positively to breed type. Strong body with good substance and evident physical condition, reflecting careful preparation and conditioning.
Would prefer greater return of upper arm to improve forehand construction and contribute to more efficient reach. In head, would like a little more fill beneath the eyes and additional width through the foreface to complete the desired Boxer expression and strength of muzzle.Moved true both coming and going, maintaining a balanced outline and showing soundness in action. Carried herself well and displayed the lively, confident temperament expected of the breed. A well-muscled exhibit.
Limit Bitch
1st Sultash Charisma, Elegant and upstanding female, presenting a pleasing outline and excellent breed type. Clean head with correct proportions and good width throughout the skull and muzzle, giving the characteristic expression expected of the breed. I would not wish for any more chin, the current amount being sufficient to maintain balance without exaggeration.
Well constructed throughout with good neck length flowing into correctly placed shoulders. Strong body with adequate depth and substance while retaining elegance. Presented in excellent condition and shown to advantage.
Particularly impressive on the move, displaying the better reach in front and covering the ground with ease. Moved true both coming and going, maintaining a firm outline and balanced action in profile. Temperament was typical of the breed, alert, confident and responsive throughout.
2nd Lorrosa Senorita, good breed type with a clean overall outline. Broad skull as required, with good strength throughout and presented in fit condition. Expression could be more typical and appealing, but retains the characteristic alert and attentive demeanour expected of the breed. Slightly stuffy through the neck and would prefer a smoother transition into the shoulder assembly.
Body proportions generally pleasing, although the withers were a little more pronounced than preferred, which interrupted the desired level topline. Good depth and substance without excess, with sound bone and well-developed musculature.

Best class of the day and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
1st Sulez Teaser, A most impressive female Boxer and one that immediately appealed for her overall shape, make and balance. Short, square and compact, presenting the classic outline so desired in the breed. Beautifully proportioned throughout with excellent substance without any coarseness, combining strength and elegance in equal measure.
Clean, well-sculpted head with correct proportions, good width of muzzle and a pleasing expression. Neck of good length flowing into well-laid shoulders, firm topline and strong loin. Well developed musculature throughout, carrying excellent condition and fitness, which was evident both standing and on the move. Particularly admired her clean lines and balanced construction, creating a very pleasing silhouette from all angles.
Moved with purpose and efficiency, maintaining her shape and firm topline at all times. Well angulated front and rear allowing for sound, balanced movement. Presented and handled to advantage. To be critical, I would prefer slightly tighter lip fitting, but this is a minor point on an otherwise superb female.
2nd Winuwuk Ghlostly Affair, Smart, clean and well-muscled female presenting a pleasing outline and good overall balance. Feminine throughout whilst retaining the strength and athleticism expected of the breed. Attractive expression with good pigmentation and presented in excellent condition, displaying hard muscle tone and fitness.
Well constructed with sufficient substance, good depth of body and a firm topline. Moved true both coming and going, maintaining her shape on the move and demonstrating soundness throughout. While possessing a typical Boxer head, I would prefer a drier finish with slightly less wetness through the head planes. In profile movement, lacked the reach of my class winner, which ultimately separated the two on the day.
Veteran Bitch
1st Winuwuk Minerva Mena at Pinedown, I have judged this female in her younger days and gave her BOB then. Her outline and style has remained and I was pleased to see her. Quality example, presenting a clean, flowing outline with excellent balance and breed type. A very well-muscled exhibit, shown in superb condition and a credit to her owner. Particularly impressive for her age, retaining fitness, muscle tone and enthusiasm throughout her assessment.
Feminine head with pleasing expression and correct proportions overall, though I would prefer a little more width and fill to the muzzle to fully complete the desired Boxer head qualities. Good neck and shoulder placement leading into a firm topline, with well-developed quarters and ample substance without coarseness.
Moved true and clean both coming and going, maintaining her outline on the move and displaying the sound, athletic action expected of the breed. Carried herself with confidence and showed a willing, outgoing temperament throughout.
2nd Boese Jiggery Pokery, Substantial female with plenty of breed character and good overall presence. Well off for bone and substance without appearing coarse, giving an impression of strength and athleticism. Correct head properties with good proportions, width of muzzle and expression, although carrying rather more lip than ideal which slightly detracts from the clean finish desired.
Adequate neck flowing into the forehand, although would prefer better shoulder placement and layback to improve overall balance and front reach. Body of good proportions with sufficient depth and spring of rib. Croup could be better developed and more correctly angled to complete the outline and assist rear action. Presented in good condition, although would benefit from harder muscle tone and overall fitness to maximise the picture.
Moved soundly enough and maintained breed type throughout. Temperament was typical of the breed, remaining alert and attentive.
