Thank you for the invitation to judge my 1st appointment to the officers and committee and also to the exhibitors for your support with a great entry today. Support from the 2 excellent stewards was greatly appreciated. Both BOB and BP were shortlisted in strong line ups for BIS and BPIS.

Puppy 3

1 Stead’s Bondgate Miss Melodramatic of Settavista

8mth Blue Belton bitch, Pretty head with dark oval eye, ears set low and close to cheek. Scissor bite, lean neck into well set back shoulders, chest deep in brisket, plenty of bone straight forearms into nice tight feet. Short back with good spring of rib, level topline and good tailset. Movement when settled steady and positive. (Best Puppy)

2 Lawson’s Summerseve Cezanne

8mth Blue Belton and Tan dog at a different stage of development to 1. Appealing well proportioned head with expressive dark eye, low set ears. Scissor bite, long elegant neck (preferable to 1), well angulated shoulder placement. Slightly longer in body than 1 but in proportion, well muscled, good rear angulation. Preferred tail carriage of 1 on the move. Moved okay when settled

1 Parrish’s Tawnymeade Moonflower

17mth Blue Belton and Tan bitch, A little unsure at first but quickly settled. Medium sized, head of correct proportions with dark oval eye and low set ears. Correct scissor bite, elegant neck into strong well laid back shoulders, chest deep in brisket, round bone on straight forearms and tightly padded feet. Short back level topline deep in back ribs. Movement true driving from well muscled hindquarters

2 Taylor’s Kanietter Goldmandine of Tattay

15mth Blue Belton dog, Very flashy boy in long silky flowing coat, Head lean with well defined stop, oval skull with neat low ears, Dark melting oval eyes. Scissor bite in strong jaws, Elegant neck into muscular shoulders deep in brisket with elbows close under body, the best of tight feet. Back short and level topline good tailset, strong wide loins, excellent rear angulation with good bend of stifle and well muscled. Sadly wasn’t as settled as 1 on the move.

1 Taylors Kanietter Goldmandine of Tattay. (2nd in junior)

This lovely lad got his act together moving better to win the class. Powerful drive from hindquarters moving straight and true with slashing tail.

13mth Blue Belton and Tan dog. (3rd in junior)

Well grown elegant boy, well proportioned head, dark oval eye with moderately deep muzzle and correct scissor bite. Long neck flowing into muscular well laid back shoulders, good amount of deep chest, Level topline and good spring of rib, Positive front and rear angulation. Head held high on movement with good tail carriage. Again he also moved better in this class.

1 Stead’s Ravensett Illusionist pf Settavista

Just 2yr Dark Blue Belton dog, Masculine head of correct proportions, darkest of eye, melting expression, deep muzzle with no exaggeration, correct bite. Long lean neck into well laid back shoulders and well angulated upper arm leading to straight strong forearms, then tight feet. Topline level, loins strong and wide excelling in muscular 2nd thigh. Driving from strong hindquarters freely using slashing tail in correct carriage.

2 Arkleys’s Oshowa Dream Lover

23mth Dark Blue Belton dog, slightly smaller than 1 but fully in proportion. Expressive dark eye with ears set low in a balanced masculine head. Muzzle moderately deep but no exaggeration of flews, clean lean neck into well angulated shoulder and upper arm, nicest of tight cat like feet. Level topline. Well developed ribs and loins strong and wide. Good rear angulation into well let down hocks. A little unsettled in movement today

1 Dykes Caleydene Connextion

4yr old Orange bitch, very feminine girl with the prettiest of heads, eyes dark and expressive, oval skull with well defined stop, just such a melting expression. Neck long and elegant, excellent front assembly showing positive angulation, chest deep in brisket. Tight feet. Short level topline, with wide spring of rib, muscular loins , well bent stifles and thighs long and strong. Tail carriage correct and used on the move to display grace and elegance my notes say effortless, elegant and true driving from the hindquarters with slashing tail. (Best of Breed)

2 Arkley’s Tattersett Blue Lord JW

3yr old Dark Blue dog, Masculine dog who is maturing nicely, Head long and lean with well developed oval skull between low set ears, muzzle fairly square of correct proportions, eyes dark and expressive, neck lean into very well muscled laid back shoulders, strong forearms, tight feet and deep in brisket, elbows well under body. Level topline and deep in back ribs. Strong muscular wide loins with good bend of stifle. Moved with free action with head held high. (Reserve Best of Breed)
