I would like to thank the committee of Pollard Canine Society for inviting me to judge myfavorite terrier breeds. I was privileged to judge so many excellent dogs. Your team musthave worked tirelessly to make the day such a success, let's help next year will bring lessrain. Thank you and please thank Jane and Christian for their great stewarding, they mademy day trouble free.Manchester TerrierPG: 1st, Ms L Amblynn’s Magicus Silvestris Prins Peter Pan. BoB BP. A well defined head,hind quarters showing strength and muscle. Moved well with good driving force. Excellentcoat tan correctly distributed throughout the body. 2nd, Miss L & Mr G Bailey & Hancocks’sBacolibay’s Shrike. Good mover, showing strength in rear limbs. Impressive gate. The coatcolour is well distributed. O: 1st, Miss C Lomas’s Axaldarn Viking Wolf. RBoB. An elegantdog with strong facial features. Excellent division between black and tan on coat. A dog ofsubstance. Moved well. 2nd, Miss L & Mr G Bailey & Hancocks’s Rattustrap Crimes at Night.Alert with strong arched neck. Good on the move. Impressed with the distribution of tanmakings over coat, nice and clean definition.Lakeland TerrierPG: 1st, Mr R & Mrs D Blow’s Renevis Serena of Coppatrota. RBoB. Strong powerful headwith well positioned ears. Muscular hind quarters giving rise to a confident gait. O: 1st, Mr R& Mrs D Blow’s Jodean Tennesse at Coppatrota. BoB. Well proportioned body with stronghead carried on powerful neck and shoulders. Impressive harsh coat with good undercoat.Glen of Imaal TerrierJ: 1st, Mrs A & Ms L Hardy & Howell’s Amhard Union Jack. Well set ears on powerfulforeface.Good hind quarters with plenty of muscle for a young dog. 2nd, Miss S Saletti’s Jojase CiaraFirestorm. Another strong head with well set eyes. Walked well showing powerful drive. 3rd,Mrs A Hardy’s Amhard Uschi. For a young dog bone structure is well formed. Good harshcoat walked well. 4th, Mrs A & Mrs J A Hardy & Tune’s Amhard Utterly Upbeat. Good facialfeatures, a cheerful dog which could be shown in enthusiasm to walk. PG: 1st, Miss A & MrsJ Hannington’s Boudivella Love Story. BoB. An excellent head showing strength at foreface.Strong in body structure with muscular hind quarters. A good harsh coat. Moved well. 2nd,Mrs A Hardy’s Jojase Brogan Midnight Blue with Amhard. Well placed ears, strong face,eyes well set. Good coat and moved well. 3rd, Jojase Clancy Thunderstorm. O: 1st, Miss SSaletti’s Jojase Aisling Pixie. RBoB BP. Excellent facial features, strong hind quartersshowing power whilst on the move. 2nd, Mrs A Hardy’s Amhard Rapid Beat. Strong facialfeatures. Coat excellent, harsh texture. Good on the move.
