Puppy

1. Beecham – Rydonmist Bringin it Back 7m b Orange/White – Here we had the 1st of 3 sisters who are all quality youngsters with a lot of potential. She was the steadiest on the move showing lovely reach & drive for such a baby. Beautiful clean head with divergent planes and good proportions, good oval eye and correct occiput and stop. Ears set well.

Good length of neck into well laid shoulder and nicely tucked elbows. Strong straight forelegs with nice bone. And lovely feet. Correct topline and ribs going well back. Good bend of stifle and again lovely feet. BP

2 Beecham – Rydonmist Twistin My Melons 7m b Orange/White – she wasn’t quite as steady on the move but I really liked her head with the correct muzzle to skull length.

Again lovely shoulders and rear angulation, topline and feet.

Junior

1. Beecham – Rydonmist Viva Las Vegas 7m b Orange/white – similar in make to her sisters if a touch more rangy. I would say raw and less collected overall but lots to like.

These 3 sisters will be interesting to watch in the future.

1. Beecham – Inspirations Lorenza Primavera at Rydonmist (imp Swe) nearly 3yo b

Lovely almost square balanced girl with a good spring of ribs and strong hindquarters

Dam of the 3 puppies and she has the lovely head they have inherited. A good size overall and she moved really well covering the ground with the correct Bracco gait.

1. Beecham – Titano Della Casa di Lombardo at Rydonmist (Imp Fra) 3yo d Orange/White Roan – Looking at my records I judged this boy as a puppy, and I really liked him then. I still like him and he has realised his potential. Strong well boned masculine dog with lovely angulation and good feet. Lovely muscle. Powerful ground covering movement. BOB

2. Beecham – Grafskoe Gnezdo Arlo (Imp) 8y d Orange & White Now a veteran but not showing his age at all. All masculine well boned and muscled. Good angulation chest and feet. Still moves well. RBOB

1. Kerr – Latjeata Angel Blue 17m b Blue Belton – correct size well balanced. Lovely lean clean head with correct proportions. Well laid shoulders and good length of rib. Strong hindquarters. Moved freely with ease and drive.

2. Wilkinson-Sargeant – Walshaw Can’t Stop Dancing 2 1/2y Blue Belton d – Nice masculine youngster. Good head qualities with a strong neck into good shoulders

Well balanced overall well-muscled and moved with drive.

1 Phillips & Watkins – Glenmaurangi Celeste 2 yo b Orange Belton – Lovely elegant female fits the standard beautifully. Superb head qualities and a strong long clean neck.

Good shoulders and chest into good well sprung deep ribs going well back. Well muscled hindquarters and hocks well let down. Moved parallel going out and back and with drive. Delighted to award BOB

2 Wilkinson-Sargeant – Phenset Firestorm 5y d Orange Belton – He is as masculine as she was feminine. A strong well muscled male with a nice head and good strong neck.

Good angulation and excellent feet. Moved with purpose and drive. RBOB

1 Sandiford – Hernwood Superstition – 11m b What a gorgeous youngster. So well balanced and sound. Fits the standard so well and everything right for her age. Really lovely head on a long clean arched neck. Well laid shoulders smoothly into a nice level topline and strong hindquarters, hip to hock long and muscle just right. Spot on for movement for such a youngster. I really look forward to watching her progress. BP

2 Phillips & Watkins – Empyreal Desert Tempest at Glanmaurangi 7m b What a personality. Another beauty just less mature. Love her head and expression, neck and angulation. Super feet. Moved well and so easily. She has so much potential especially with that happy character.

2 Sandiford – Hernwood Master Blaster – 11m d brother to 1 and also a well balanced dog. Lovely head and neck. Body will come in time and he should fill out. I wouldn’t expect a male to be any different at this age.

1 Philips & Watkins – Sh Ch Flaxheath Cover girl at Glenmaurangi JW 2 y b – What a stunning Gordon. She has it all as they say. Fits the standard, she’s symmetrical and strong in body and yet feminine. Moves beautifully, steady and true, effortlessly. Delighted to award BOB and to see she went G2 well done.

1 McDonald – Sh Ch Roanjora Cremant D’Alsace JW 2y b - Well balanced correct size female with a very pleasing head. Moderate strong neck into well laid shoulders and good upper arm. Good bone and ribs going well back with strong loin. Nice hindquarters which gave lovely drive on the move with head & tail held correctly. BOB

2 Taylor – Laoirebay Monte Carlo VW 8y d Fit dog not looking like a veteran at all. Good head properties and strong moderate neck. Good front and rear and moved well. RBOB

A very nice class of quality puppies.

1 Hyslop – Gwendariff Little White Lie (IKC) – 11m d Cracking youngster full of quality.

Lovely head proportions showing masculinity and refinement. Moderately long clean arched strong neck. Good shoulders and upper arm and well boned straight forelegs.

Nice length of rib and depth of chest and correct topline. Strong hindquarters with good angulation and width. Fab feet. Moved true and sound with drive and tail carried beautifully. BP

2 Shepherd & Stallion - Casachared Joleens Lady Red 11m b – Nice mature youngster with a feminine head. Nice eye shape and low set ears. Neck and shoulders all good.

Would prefer a touch more bend of stifle. Moved well.

3 & 4 were also very nice especially the 6m b who has so much potential

1 Mutch - Astleyview Crimson Moon – 16m b Loved her straight away. Nothing exaggerated correct size and femininity. Head of correct proportions and good eye shape with low set folded ear, melting expression. Good sloping shoulders and good return of upper arm with the right amount of chest. Ribs going well back and nice topline with good strong wide hindquarters which for me won the challenge. Moved with ease and covered the ground well with reach and drive. BOB

1 Harrison - Clonageera Summer Dreams at Millpoint JW – 22m b Absolutely love this one. I’ve judged her before and she has matured so well. Fills the eye with quality and fits the standard. Flows from head to tail and moves so well. It was really splitting hairs in the challenge. RBOB

2 Murray - - Quensha I Know Him So Well - nearly 2y m Good head properties nice squareness to muzzle. Masculine dog with good shoulders, depth of chest and strong loin and hindquarters.

1 Murray - Henaleas Maximilian with Derrydore JW – 2y m I preferred this male to the one in the last class. Nice head proportions. He flows well from head to tail and keeps his topline on the move which is free and sound. Strong hindquarters and lovely feet.

Retriever (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling)

Thank you for the lovely entry of quality dogs. Nice to see a couple whose sire or dam I have liked have produced lovely offspring.

1 Trickett - Tollpepper Celtic Zephyr – 9m d Lovely well balanced youngster. Good wedge shape head with correct eye shape and ear set. Good length of neck and nice front assembly. Good length of rib and strong loin. Good hindquarters and tail set and carried well. Just needs to fill out and I am sure has a good future.

2 Hipkiss - Deltandamba It's Asin – 9m d He’s a lovely type and full of quality he is just going through a bit of a growth spurt. So good head and ears with nice shoulders and quarters and feet.

Junior

1 Hipkiss - Deltandamba Domino Dancing – 9m b sister to 2 in previous class and just right for age. Overall very well balanced. Loved her head and expression, eye and ear.

Good length of neck and beautiful shoulders. Nice rib and loin and quarters. Just needs to fill out but lots of quality and potential. Moved very well. One to watch.

1 Surrall - Danehaven Freshwater – 5y b I liked a lot. Compact medium sized and well muscled but still feminine. Nice wedge head with alert expression and nice ear set. Good shoulders and well sprung ribs short back and moderate tuck up. Moved very well and carried her tail correctly. Happy to award BOB

2 Tester - Gingafing Best of You – 2y b Very pleasing moderate feminine girl. Well balanced and moderate. Lovely head and shoulders. Nice topline and hindquarters which give her nice movement. I judged her dam a while back and liked her. Nice quality breeding.
