MAREMMA SHEEPDOG

1. Wetherden’s Milwyr Iduna. Almost two year old bitch who is well grown, just needing to fill her frame. Good width of skull, decent length of muzzle, mid brown eyes, correct length of neck into a strong, firm topline which she held on the move, enough angulation both ends, well off for bone, front feet could perhaps be a tad tighter, changing her coat at present, covered the ground well. BOB.

1. Powell’s Riversrock Silver Ghost. This seven month old male has a masculine head, broad between the ears and well proportioned, well placed dark eyes and good mouth, he has a strong well muscled neck into a firm topline, compact body and well angulated front and rear, stands on good feet and moved well for his age. Shown in super coat and condition. RBOB and BP.

2. Sylvester’s Teigan Massachusetts. Six month old male, strongly made and well put together, broad skull and enough length of muzzle, well boned and tight feet, level topline, just a bit loose on the move but time is on his side and I am sure he will tighten up as he grows.

3. Twigg’s Riversrock Silver Princess Von Teffys.

1. Sylvester’s Teigan Missoula. Litter sister to 2nd in previous class and a feminine version, with a pretty head and expression, well balanced throughout and holds her topline on the move, excellent rear angulation and moved well once settled into her stride.

2. Docherty’s Fantasa Just In Time For Xmas. Thirteen month old male, masculine head, well grown and good bone, topline not quite as firm as the winner, and needs to firm up behind.

1. Vanson’s Pasko Du Temple D’Adranos Von Tiesto (Imp FRA) ShCEx. Six year old all male, fabulous head of excellent proportions, strong well arched neck, good front and stands on nice feet, well bodied and holds a level topline, good rear angulation, movement was a joy and he was shown in superb coat and condition. BOB and Group 1.

2. Docherty & Dunhill-Hall’s Fantasa Juste Voiture Noire VRELX2 BH. Three year old male, masculine head with darkest of eyes, strong neck, level topline, good bone, feet could perhaps be tighter, good rear angulation, tailset a tad high, moving a bit close behind.

1. Green. Green & English’s Waldershelf Abracadabra (Entlebucher Mountain Dog). Two year old bitch, balanced head and lovely expression, dark eyes, excellent front assembly, well proportioned body and level topline, well angulated, moved very well, nicely marked. BAVIBR.

1. Smith’s Oldeely Swiss Etziken Rubin (Portuguese Water Dog). Eyecatching seven month old male, well grown and balanced throughout, good width and depth of head, dark eyes, good front and well sprung ribbing, good depth of chest, enough angulation and moved very well, coat coming along nicely. RBAVNSC & BP.

2. Hawkin’s Mellhawk Azizam (Boxer). Nine month old brindle male, masculine head with a keen expression, good underjaw, well arched neck into a slightly sloping topline, good underline, balanced throughout with excellent angulation, moved well.

3. Meakin’s Angelrain Everlasting Love (Bernese Mountain Dog).

1. Love & Johnson’s Gorsebern Mister Twister (Bernese Mountain Dog). VHC in previous class.Well grown fifteen month old male, balanced head with well placed ears, bite could be better, good front, level topline, enough angulation, moved well.

O (4, 1)

1. Downing & Seastrom’s Northpier’s Non Ducor Duco (Imp USA) (Newfoundland). Very striking seven and a half year old male Landseer, fabulous head and expression, well grown and balanced throughout, well off for bone, good feet and moved with an easy action. In lovely coat and condition. BAVNSC and Group 3.

2. Thomas & Bull’s Phoria’s Eden (Bullmastiff). Three year old bitch with a balanced head, good neck into a decent topline, well proportioned body and moved well.

3. Williams & Newton’s Ch Rarjo Captain Curl Macduff JW.

1. Northpier’s Non Ducor Duco (Imp USA).

2. Smith’s Ch/Int/Ir/Swiss Ch Gemson Alfamar Of Oldeely ShCEx (Portuguese Water Dog). Seven year old male, lovely head and expression, good front and balanced throughout, moderate angulation and moved ok.

3. Parkin-Russell’s Tamarackgsmd Coral Pour Spaclere (Imp CAN) (Great Swiss Mountain Dog).

AV RARE BREED WORKING VETERAN (5, 1)

1. McLure’s Kanukalos Burletta VW (AI) (Hovawart). Ten year old black and gold bitch, lovely head and expression, well placed ears, well proportioned throughout, still holding her topline on the move, shown in excellent coat and condition, covered the ground well.

2. Int/Ir/Nld Ch Harpan Charlotte Bay Ir/B JCH (Canadian Eskimo Dog). Seven year old bitch, my notes say ‘in good voice’ and she was out to enjoy her day! Balanced throughout with a good topline, well angulated both ends, moved well and unlucky to meet the winner in such top form.

3. Hemsworth’s Hightimbers Travel Tickets (Hovawart).

WORKING GROUP

1. Pasko Du Temple D’Adranos Von Tiesto (Imp FRA) ShCEx (Rottweiler). Headed a very strong group but stood out for me today in this line up.

2. Byrne’s Aavuuta Qimmiq Akiak ShCEx (Imp CAN) Bel/Ir JCH (Canadian Eskimo Dog). One I have done well before, stunning four year old male who pushed hard but had to give way to the winner on such top form today.

3. Northpier’s Non Ducor Duco (Imp USA) (Newfoundland).

4. Kanukalos Burletta VW (AI) (Hovawart).

WORKING PUPPY GROUP

1. Robertson’s Cockneyoka Commander (Dobermann). Eleven month old male, well grown and with a fabulous head, well arched neck into a decent topline, balanced throughout, well muscled and handled to advantage.

2. Hooley’s Akna Zira (Canadian Eskimo Dog). Seven month old white/grey bitch, balanced head and well proportioned body, enough bone and in good coat, well handled to take this place.

3. Riversrock Silver Ghost (Rottweiler).

4. Oldeely Swiss Etziken Rubin (Portuguese Water Dog).
