Basset Hound Club Of Scotland

Many thanks to the committee for inviting me to judge this lovely show, the hospitality was second to none and there was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Thank you to the exhibitors for giving me a lovely entry, sadly marred by the dreadful storm which prevented many from being able to attend on the day.

Puppy Dog – 6 entries, 3 absent

1. Cudlip’s Deucecoup Good Vibration at Harvidene – 6 month red & white. Super type, well grown for age. Excellent head with good eyes, good bone throughout. Good angulation which he used well on the move for one so young. Liked his ground clearance. Best puppy in Show

2. McLachlan & Gandy’s Blevwil Legacy of Zenn – Tri of 6 months with an excellent head, good length of neck leading into correctly angulated shoulders. Good ribbing extending well back. Slightly long in 2nd thigh which exaggerated his rear slight but he may grow into this. Excellent feet. Reluctant on the move for his individual but moved well with the rest of the class.
