1st: Wilton-Clark's Shalfleet Gabrielle

A super, moderate 7 month old brindle bitch with a pretty feminine head. Well proportioned and balanced fore and aft with a deep chest that belied her age. Moved well with classic daisy cutting action. One to watch. Pleased to award her BP. Went on to secure Best Hound Puppy & BPIS.

2nd: Sheardown's Collooney Rude Awakening

This 6 month old very affectionate dog was enjoying his day. When stood still he has good head proportions, a long neck set into well laid back shoulders. Angulation is good but he needs to firm up. Stands over enough ground. Moved well when settled.

3rd: Peek & Hatcher's Beetelian Remus Lupin

Class 353 Special Yearling (4,3)

1st: Thomas's Bowdonia Elphaba JW

A 23 month moderate light brindle bitch with a feminine head and the sweetest expression. Super front angulation, well sprung ribs, good depth of chest and deep brisket; all in proportion. Good movement and handled well. RBOB.

2nd: Wilton-Clark's Shalfleet Saros

This 7 month red brindle dog has a super head and muscular neck flowing into well laid back shoulders. Handled and moved well. Preferred the overall balance and maturity of 1st.

3rd: Trigg's Rosalie Beth

Class 354 Limit (3,2)

1st: Pye's Lolani's Under The Influence Of Perromono

This 2 year old fawn/white bitch has a graceful outline and stands over enough ground. Well proportioned head, good muscular length of neck set into well laid back shoulders. A little unsettled but moved well.

2nd: Rainsbury's Shalfleet Chasing The Sun

An elegant 4 year old brindle dog with a particularly good front assembly. Deep chest, well sprung ribs, well balanced. Lost out on movement today.

Class 355 Open (3,2)

1st: Thomas's Brochinbelle Ooh La La At Bowdonia

This 6 year old pale fawn brindle bitch has a lovely graceful outline. Pretty head, correct proportions with a kind expression. Very well balanced with good front angulation; deep chest and brisket and strong hindquarters. Fabulous movement covering the ground in typical whippet fashion. BOB.

2nd: Wilton-Clark's Shalfleet Chilli Cracker

This 4 year old moderate brindle and white bitch presented a pleasing picture. Pretty feminine head and well balanced, a finer example. Moved OK but not as well as 1st today.

1st: Ferguson's Barryann's Precious

This 10 month old short and cobby puppy has a wonderful head, flat between the ears, excellent wrinkle definition with large expressive dark eyes fixed upon her owner. Well sloped shoulders placing her legs well under her body. Gait correct when moving for her age. Would prefer tighter feet but maturing well. BP & RBOB.

1st: Tydeman & Wright's Zuazu One Step Beyond

This 3 year old fawn dog with a black mask is well balanced. Has a good head, dark eyes, velvety button ears with some wrinkle definition. Good angulation, stood well and presents a pleasing outline. Moved OK.

2nd: Ferguson's Purple Stotty At Jimzdazzlaz

This 19 month old black bitch was definitely lively. She has a feminine head, large dark eyes and good wrinkle definition. Strong neck and well laid back shoulders. Unsettled which affected her movement today.

1st: Tydeman & Wright's Jobeile Dream Sparkler At Tartanmops

A 2 year old fawn bitch with a black mask and feminine head. Good wrinkle definition, large dark expressive eyes and square muzzle. Short and cobby, well balanced with good angulation; front and rear and a level topline. Good feet. Moved well with typical rolling gait. BOB.

2nd: Ferguson's Purple Stotty At Jimzdazzlaz

1st: Taylor-Kistner's Frieljoanipa Enya Dreams 

This 10 month old feminine black bitch caught my eye immediately. Presented in good coat she is compact and well balanced with a super head. Dark eyes, good chiseling with a square muzzle and correct proportions. She has a muscular neck, level topline and moved with plenty of drive and attitude. BP.

2nd: Boole's Plaiglen Ziggy's Star Of Arramow

A 9 month old dog with a good expressive head. More compact than the winner but with a lot to like. Stood four square with level back, good angulation and firm feet. Moved well. 

3rd: Bradfield's Ryallcourt What If

1st: Brothwell's Annilann Da Business At Wissant JW 

A merry blue roan 20 month old dog with a fabulous head; well chiseled with expressive dark eyes. level topline, super angulation and well balanced. Moved well with plenty of drive. RBOB.

2nd: Bradfield's Ryallcourt Hattie Tude

A very feminine 16 month old black bitch. Well presented. Good head and expression. Held her topline on the move. Maturing nicely.

3rd: Kent's Laurellakes Mon Amour At Merryvista

1st: Collings Aylesmead Blu Rose At Colmandakev

This 23 month old bitch has a pretty feminine head with dark eyes and enough chiseling. Moderate and compact, she has good front and rear angulation. Well balanced. Moved well with good drive.

2nd: Kidd's Freestone My Serendipity

A 2 year old pretty blue roan bitch with a good head and soulful expression. Level topline, well balanced. Moved well but not quite the drive of 1st today.

3rd: Bradfield's Ryallcourt Hattie Tude

1st: Glendinning's Plaiglen Mojito

This super 3 year old compact dog captured my eye on the go around. Has a masculine head, correct muzzle shape, dark eyes and good ear set. Well proportioned and well balanced with gently sloping topline. Presented well. Has good tight feet and ever wagging tail. Moved with plenty of drive he was a joy to watch. BOB and pleased he was later awarded G1.

2nd: Wood's Plaiglen Biker Babe To Helenwood JW

A 2 year old compact black bitch with a lovely feminine head and expression. Well balanced with good angulation and a level topline that gently sloped to her merry tail. Moved well.

3rd: Brown's Reemif Blue Velvet At Popebel

Class 53 Puppy (3,2)

1st: Hoare's Lymnoares Six Whiskies

This 7 month old liver and white dog has a stunning head with good chiseling and correct ear set. Good length of neck flowing into well laid back shoulders. Elbows close to the body with well sprung ribs. Good front and rear angulation. Well balanced with round tight feet. Good movement complimented with lively tail action. Deserved BP. Pleased he went on to win PG1.

2nd:Hoare's Lymnoares My Distraction

This 7 month old liver and white bitch is a litter mate to 1st. Shown in excellent condition she is equally well constructed with a feminine head, good neck, level topline and well sprung ribs. Well balanced she moved well when settled. One to watch.

1st: Keely's Alhambian's Sally Traffic

A well balanced, very pretty 13 month old liver, white and tan bitch. She has a feminine head, good angulation, good bone and held a level topline. When settled she had good movement with plenty of drive. RBOB

Hoare's Lymnoares Ode To Memory

A well presented 3 year old liver and white bitch. Well balanced with a very feminine head although I would prefer a more almond shaped eye. Neck slightly arched with good length. Good angulation, well boned. Good movement and plenty of drive. A lot to like.

Class 56 Open (3,3)

1st: Weyman's More Than Amazing Wanna Be A Gangster At Spuffing JW (IMP BEL)

A striking 3 year old tricolour (liver, white and tan) dog with a masculine head, good chiseling and dark eyes giving a gorgeous gentle expression. Well balanced with good angulation; fore and aft. Moved with purpose keeping his topline with plenty of drive and lively tail action. BOB.

2nd: Keely's Khaleesi De Les Tres Llancunes With Alhambian (IMP ESP)

This 4 year old liver and white bitch has a lovely feminine head and expression. Well balanced , good angulation with a particularly good front. Not quite the movement of 1st today.

3rd: Hoare's Crackerjanne Cleo Laine At Lymnoares

1st: Howie, Avery & Miller's Quiet Creeks Limelight At Millinery For Marksbury (IMP USA)

Stood alone which was a shame as this cracking liver and tan 14 month year old male is a fabulous example of the breed. Standing over enough ground he presented as powerful, well balanced and fit for function. Noble and dignified he has a great head with correct planes. Good fore chest that filled my hand, well laid back shoulders, good round bone and well sprung ribs. Moved with an effortless elastic gait with tail carried scimitar fashion. He made my day. BOB.

This 10 month old young dog has a noble head with correct planes and curved neck, Well balanced, holds a correct topline and has a good bend of stifle. Moved well when settled. A little loose at the back but will firm up in time. Developing well. BP.

A handsome 3 year old dog that has correct head planes and ear set with a very slight stop. Good neck length, good bone. Upper arm a little short but still moved well. RBOB.

A dignified looking 4 year old dog with good curved length of neck, correct topline, chest broad and deep. Slightly out at elbow. Moved with plenty of drive. BOB.

This 9 month old bitch has a feminine head, good front assembly, strong bone with muscular hind quarters. Has a decent coat. Moved well. BP.

A masculine 7 month old dog with a strong head. Well balanced with a strong, muscular neck. Good fore and aft angulation, strong bone. Fabulous coat. Moved well.

A 5 year old bitch with a feminine head. Good front angulation, correct tail set, good bone and bend of stifle. Shown in good coat. Moved well. RBOB.

A moderate, well balanced 3 year old bitch with a lovely feminine head. In good coat. Particularly good front with well laid back shoulders pacing legs well under body. Has good bend of stifle. Fabulous movement with ground covering reach and plenty of drive from behind. BOB.

2nd: Turner's Oakmarsh Haunting Melody (AI)

A 6 year old bitch with a pretty feminine head, good muscular neck, deep chest. Would prefer a firmer topline. Presented in good coat. Moved well.

A well balanced 17 month old black bitch with a pretty wedge shaped head complimented by her dark eyes. She has a particularly good fore chest and front angulation. Super coat of tight curls. Well muscled and standing true. Good, effortless movement. BOB.

A beautifully presented black 1 year old bitch with a very pretty, feminine head. Correct dark almond eye with a kind expression. Good reach of neck flowing into well laid back shoulders. Balanced fore and aft angulation. Neat feet. Moved well with good reach and drive. Clearly enjoying herself shown by her enthusiastic, constantly wagging tail. BOB.

A 3 year old confident black dog with a masculine head and gorgeous expression. Well balanced and presented. Particularly good front assembly and good bone. Would prefer tighter feet. Moved well with enthusiastic tail action epitomising this friendly breed. RBOB.

1st: Campbell & Brown's Ronevorg Firefly Fantasy

This happy 4 year old black dog was enjoying his day merrily wagging his tail. Not as broad in front, but chest deep enough with a gradual spring of rib. Good tight feet. Moved with drive whilst holding his topline.

1st: Aldridge's Meadovillabs Now See Me

This yellow 8 month old dog immediately caught my eye with his free movement and balance. Developing well with excellent angulation; both fore and aft. He has a masculine head and correct broad skull with dark brown eyes and a kind expression. Very well balanced with a good dense coat, tight feet and happy wagging otter tail. A promising youngster. BP & BOB. Pleased to see he went onto win PG4.

2nd: Seymour's Gallybob Xanthus

Another promising youngster. This yellow 11 month old dog is well constructed with a particularly good front. Good strong bone, nice round, compact feet with a short, dense coat. Moved well when settled, but a little close behind on the out & back. On the day preferred the movement of the younger dog.

A 13 month old yellow (fox red) dog. Rangier, more finely built, looking fit for function. Good head, broad skull, hazel eye and good chiseling gives him a gentle expression. Clean neck flowing into well laid back shoulders. Chest should deepen with maturity. Of sound construction with a good dense coat. Moved well with good drive. Well handled. RBOB.

This lovely 18 month old bitch is well balanced with a pretty wedge shaped head, correct ear set and super front and rear angulation. Strong, straight forelegs and tight round feet. Correct tail set and carriage. She moved well with good reach and drive.

2nd: Rice's, Miss E J, Tamara Toasted Marshmalo

Another super 18 month old dog. Litter mate to 1st. Equally well constructed, albeit slightly wide in front. Enjoying himself but was a little unsettled on the move. Developing well.

This nearly 3 year old bitch has a wedge shaped feminine head with expressive dark eyes. Well balanced with a deep chest, strong, straight forelegs, good tight round feet and a level topline. Good free and flowing movement. Well handled. RBOB.

2nd: Heys, Mrs S, Danehaven Deeks

A 3 year old moderate dog with masculine wedge shaped head and correct ear set. Well balanced. Fabulous tail. Not quite the movement of 1st today.

Loved this happy, playful nearly 6 year old bitch. Correct wedge shaped head and ear set. Very attentive to her owner. Very well proportioned and angulated. Strong, straight forelegs and tight feet. Good double coat. Stood and moved well today. BOB.

An aristocratic looking 1 year old bitch with clean neck, good back length and well sprung ribs. Well balanced with good fore and aft angulation. Moved well with power whilst holding her topline. BOB and pleased she went on to gain G2.

2nd: Porter-Manning & Porter's Wallaroo Betelgeuse

A 20 month old moderate sized dog. Moved well. Not quite the balance of 1st but maturing well.

A 4 year old bitch with a good front and well laid back shoulders. Narrow at the back when moved which ultimately lost her the class today.
