Thank you to this hard working committee for inviting me to judge at this show which was a real pleasure. Also a big thank you to my stewards; Jean and Claire for their work keeping the ring moving with a smile. Finally huge thanks to the exhibitors for the privilege of allowing me to evaluate their dogs.

1st: Mrs S & Miss K Wrigley's Kattandale Black Highlander (AI)
This 6 year old bitch has balance and substance. A blocky head with enough chiselling, good lips, flews and nose with a decent reach of neck. Correct dark eye and low set ears. Good angulation, deep chest, good depth of brisket, well sprung ribs and short back. Shame she stood alone today. She looked her best on the move with head held high, holding her topline with plenty of reach and drive. BOB.

1st: Milner's Tideflight Warrior Of Kent
This 18 month old dog has a good masculine head and neck. He was rather enthusiastic, but when stood showed a great balanced outline with substance and good matching angulation with good strong bone. Shown in decent coat. Although his owner did not do him justice on the move today; he paced a lot of the way round the ring, I saw enough potential in the few parts when he didn't pace to award him the win today. Shows great promise.
