Darlington and District Premier Open show

Thank you to the committee for my appointment to judge Pointers and German Shorthaired Pointers, and thank you to my exhibitors for entering and travelling in the adverse weather conditions. I had a great day and thank you for the joy of judging your wonderful dogs, all had fantastic temperament.

Puppy (5)(1)

A class full of lovely happy puppies, was all a delight to judge

1. Miss M Saunders & Mr R Newton’s Corotine Velvet Tuxedo. 8 month B/W dog. Absolutely loved this puppy, he has a lovely gentle expression and a strong head of good proportions. Clean neck leading into well placed shoulders. He has a good deep chest with plenty of heart room and his brisket is well developed. Pasterns slightly sloped, and lovely oval feet with arched toes. Overall he has a beautiful shape, with good turn of stifle and hocks well let down. He moved beautifully with a lovely lashing tail, I feel he’s one with a bright future.
