1st L Murray - Gingerfox Curlew At Muireatai

3 year old brown male of good size. Broad head with correct amber-coloured eyes. Ample amount of bone. Hare-shaped feet, but could benefit from shorter nails to tighten them.

This boy was a bit unsettled today, I was informed he is new to showing, so hopefully he builds confidence with experience. I would prefer more front angulation to better balance him. Unfortunately not in his best jacket today. Moved ok once settled. I would be interested to see him develop and gain confidence.

1st Mr D Rigby - Sh Ch Chesepi Waco

7 year old brown male. Lovely broad head with correct eye colour and set. Stood on good bone with excellent tight feet and balanced angulation front and rear. In good coat. Well-sprung ribs, short and strong in body, carrying a good weight. Moved with power around the ring.

Pleased to award this boy BOB.

2nd Mr & Mrs S & C Broomfield - Glaneils Count On Me

6 year old brown male. Good broad head, muzzle similar length to skull. Well set ears. Good bone and excellent topline. In a decent coat today, although not in full. Preferred the overall angulation and balance of 1st. Moved well with ease but not quite the drive I was looking for.

13 month old chocolate dog. Lovely head with good eye colour. Deep chest with well sprung ribs. Strong, level topline. Balanced angulation front and rear. Good bone with an excellent turn of stifle and well let down hocks. Tight, neat feet. In a good coat. A bit of a lively boy, but settled throughout class, Moved well and covered the ring.RBOB

2 year old black dog. Good head with a gentle expression. Good eyes and well set ears. Good bone with neat, tight feet. Well turned stifles with well let down hocks. Good topline with a lovely otter tail.Not in his best jacket. Moved well. Preferred the overall balance of 1st.

2 year old black male. Good broad head with a well defined stop. Good eye shape and colour with well set ears. Good bone with tight feet. Well sprung ribs. Good rear angulation, supported by good muscle. Slightly upright in shoulder.Moved ok.

2nd Miss A Gunn - Exelby Finch

Another 2 year old black male. Broad skull with a good stop and a lovely expression. Strong neck leading into a level topline. Deep chest with well sprung ribs. In excellent coat. Adequate angulation. Excellent otter tail. Moved ok, unfortunately holds tail high on the move, although not set high.

9 year old black dog. A really lovely boy, looking well for his age. Broad in skull with good eye shape and colour. Ears well set back. Strong neck with good fore chest. Deep chest with well-sprung ribs. Good bone with tight feet. Not in the best of coats. Excellent angulation front and rear. Strong topline, finished with an excellent otter tail. Moved well.

1st Miss L Givan - Sudeo Sassy Sapphire

6-month old black bitch puppy. A real eye catcher. For just 6 months, she is so balanced. Lovely head with a gentle, melting expression. Stands on good bone with excellent tight feet. Strong neck leading into a well-developed forechest. Well sprung ribs. Level topline with a good tail set. Strong, well-developed hindquarters with a well turned stifle and well let-down hocks. In an excellent coat that gleamed. Moved with drive, covering the ring.

2nd Miss L Givan - Sudeo In For A Penny

Litter sister to 1st, and a lot of the same qualities apply. 6 month old black bitch. A very well balanced bitch with an excellent otter tail. Moved well and covered the ring, but preferred the reach and drive of 1st.

2 year old chocolate bitch. Broad skull with good eye and ear set. Strong neck leading into a strong topline, with an otter tail that didn’t stop. Nails unfortunately long, so feet were not tight. Would prefer more front and rear angulation. Moved well.

Five year old chocolate bitch which I have judged before. Broad head, medium eyes with a beautiful expression. Well set-back ears. Deep through the body with well sprung ribs. Well-angulated stifles and well let down hocks. Preferred her balance to the second. Moved with purpose once settled.

2nd Miss L Givan - Sudeo Our One N' Only

Yellow bitch with a broad skull and good length of muzzle. Lovely expression, with good eye shape and colour. Good lay of shoulder. Lovely bend of stifle with well let down hocks. Excellent depth through chest with well sprung ribs. Excels in topline. Unfortunately carrying a bit too much weight today. Moved well.
