Thank you to the committee of the SBFBA for the invitiation to judge at their show and to the exhibitors for a lovely entry.
Baby Puppy Bitch (1) 1 Lovatt’s Lovjens Waltzing Halo, 5 months, pretty head with good ration of muzzle to skull. Dark, round eyes with good pigment. Ear set correct. Well arched neck into well set shoulders. Still to mature in body as expected. Tight feet with black pads. Tail set level with topline. Moved OK.
Minor Puppy Dog (1) 1 Parkinson’s Delbrupar The Gambler. He presents a balanced profile. Handsome male, pleasing head, correct ratios, with ears sitting in the right place, dark expressive eye. Correct neck into good shoulders. Good forechest, straight legs, good loin with good tuck up. Well bent stifle. Tight feet. Tail set on level with topline. Very sound mover with lots of promise.
Puppy Dog (2)
1 Moss’ Quissmar Lighting Chaser. Really liked this boy. He is so well balanced. Correct muzzle to skull ratio with correctly set ears, dark eye, all contributing to a pleasing head piece. Good depth of chest. Good neck into well placed shoulders. Super loin, and rear angulation. Correct tailset, carried over the back on the move. Tight feet, black pads and standing on good bone. Pleasing mover, BPD, BPIS.
2 Treanor’s Ardmoyles Ring Of Fire. Another pleasing exhibit, just not as mature as 1. Well balanced Pleasing head and expression. Nice straight front and pleasing rear angulation. Sound mover.
J (3,1) 1 Beater’s Yngles Jago Van De Dyksteinhoeve of Starforth, 13 months, Ice white coat with the darkest of pigment. Well balanced head with the correct rations, dark eye giving the desired triangle. Good neck into well placed shoulders. Well muscled, and he has a good depth of chest. Tail carriage is correct and set on well. A pleasure to watch on the move, he has excellent carriage and maintaining his level topline. 2 Parkinson’s Freaking Awesome Made By Angel (imp SRB), losing out on maturity here but he presents a lovely shape, shown in good coat, pleasing head for age, dark expressive eyes and well placed ears. Strong neck into good shoulder placement. Good length to body. Strong rear. Very sound mover.
LD (2) 1 Mault’s Limartine Stand and Stare JW – 16 months and caught my eye immediately for his shape and balance throughout. On his toes, and his handler has a hard task keeping up with him! Appealing head, with correct length of muzzle, rounded skull, dark expressive eyes, ears hanging low. Straight front, tight feet, black pads. Pleasing reear angulation which helps he float round the ring. Tail is well plumed, set high and carried over the back. Shown in excellent coat with those typical soft curls. Pleasing mover with excellent carriage. Loved him BD & BIS. 2 Reid’s Wolimorb Cosmic Star over Dixido. Neck of good length, correct tail set and carriage. He has a good skull to muzzle proportions, dark round eyes, ears set correctly. Good angulation front and rear. Sound mover but preferrered the topline of 1.
OD 1 Bromilow’s CH Wolimorb Top Gun JW SCHEX OSW, super boy, and can see why he is titled. Presented beautiful with soft curts on his white coat. Well-proportioned head, correct muzzle to skull ratio. Dark, round eyes and well set ears. Good length to neck into excellent shoulders. Good depth to chest. Well angulated rear. Moved out soundly with excellent reach and drive. RBD.
VD (3,1) Aspinall’s Sherrosea Future Hopes, taller than I prefer, well pigmented, good length of neck. Straight front, tight feet. Correct shoulders, good balance to body. Moved soundly, handled very well by his young handler. BVIS 2 Marsden’s Winharleigh Magic of Music, well balanced boy, lots to like but not moving as well as 1.
MPB (4,2) Two sweet puppies.1 Hill’s Deizi Miss Tik Tok, presents a smart outline. Pretty head with dark round eyes, ears are well set completing a pleasing headpiece. Decent neck into good shoulders and correct firm topline and tailset. Good rear angulation. Small feet. Moved out well with good carriage. 2 Richardsons Delbrupar’s Chatahoochee, exuberant girl full of life. Again with lots to like, head is coming along nicely. Pretty dark round eye. Good topline and tailset. Moved well.
PB (4) A nice class. 1 Pike’s Cartikes Dreamer, female of a pleasing size, and so well balanced. Pretty head, correct muzzle to skull ration, dark round eye with excellent expression. Good arch to neck into well laid shoulder. Straight front, good feet. Forechest is well developed for age, good length to body. Tailset level to topline. Super mover with good reach and drive. 2 Marquiss Quissmar Rising Lighting another super puppy with lots to like, correct muzzle to skull ratio and well set ears. Good body with firm topline and correct tailset. Lovely free mover. 3 Lovatt’s Quissmar Lighting Xtreme.
J (3) 1 Coad’s Limartine Wait And See at Pamplona , eye catching female who I see is the litter sister to the BIS winner and she shares many of the same qualities. She is very well balanced throughout, gorgeous head & dark expressive eyes, ears are well set completing her head piece. Straight front, standing on super feet. Good forechest, body length and rear angulation. Excellent pigment. Really sound mover and looked a picture, shown in excellent coat and condition. I’m sure her title isn’t too far away. BB, RBIS. 2 Price’s Louisianna Bonnie Wee Lass, smaller than 1, she has a pleasing head, with a good coat. Good body length, correct topline and tailset. Moved OK.
Y (1) Wisniewska’s Amelia’s Angels Adele (imp Pol). Nice neck, and has a firm topline, good body, short loin, and tail is set and carried correctly. Nicely proportioned head with feminine expression, good skull, dark eye. Presents a pleasing picture on the stand. Moved well.
PGB (4) 1 Stokes’ Keymakers Face Of A Doll, a balanced feminine girl with pleasing head proportions and dark eyes. Good neck and correct front assembly. Well angulated rear. Level topline which she keeps on the move. Excellent pigment. 2 Pike’s Wattlemaede Mazikeen at Cartike. Well presented bitch of a nice size. Balanced head with dark eyes. Well arched neck running into well laid shoulders. Correct topline and tailset. Rear could be stronger but overall moved OK. 3 Larkin’s Sherrosea Shooting Star.
LB (5,2) 1 Carr’s Petit Countin’ On A Miracle Bowiechons. Judged her as a puppy and gave her BP then. She has matured into a lovely Bichon. She has a lovely head with dark eyes and excellent pigment. Super body and good rib. She moves freely, but not as positive in front as the BB winner today. RBB. Pike’s Cartikes After Midnight JW, substantial bitch, but would prefer a slightly longer neck for overall balance. Feminine head with correct ratios dark expressive eyes. Correct ear set. Nice depth of chest. Good shoulders into firm topline. Correct tailset. Nice tight feet. Really sound mover. 3 Wilson’s Brokengates Rebel Heart at Kantosky.
OB (3) 1 Anderson’s CH Brokengate Mam’selle up to size but well balanced throughout. Lovely muzzle to skull ratio with her skull being slightly rounded. Ears are well set and are of a good length. Lovely neck into well laid shoulder, straight front, good depth of chest. Level body and correct tailset. Rounded muscular thigh, with good turn of stifle. Moved with good drive. 2 Stoke’s Delbrupar Jamaican Me Crazy at Anneymar, mature with a well balanced head and sweet expression, dark round eye and nice haloes. Good length of neck and body. Correct tailset and carriage. Well muscled hindquarters. Moved well.
