1. Ellis’s Soellis Coy Roy. What a lovely puppy dog at just 6 months old. Really liked his type, he has a balanced outline with a good layback of shoulder and length to his upper arm. Good bone and feet and a slight slope to the pastern. Level topline with a short back and slight slope to croup, with a good tailset. Good length to rib and depth to his chest. He has width to his hindquarters and second thigh, and a good bend of stifle. Correct head proportions and a good depth to flew. He moved really well around the ring and had accurate footfall. BPIB and delighted to see him later awarded RBPIS.

1. Hill’s Orchidstar Ruby Sunday. Nice outline on this 14 month bitch who was well balanced. She has a feminine well proportioned head, a good ear set and slight raise to nasal bone, with a good eye colour. Good length of neck, with a slight arch, into well laid shoulders and a level topline, would just prefer slightly more slope to croup for a better tailset. She has balanced angulation fore and aft. She moved out on a good stride around the ring.

1. Ellis’s Soellis Feral Beryl JW. The dam of the puppy and again really liked her type, this 4 year old bitch has a balanced outline and a short back and stands over plenty of ground. She has lovely head proportions and a good depth of flew. Strong slightly arched neck that runs smoothly into an excellent front assembly, with well laid back shoulders and a good length of upper arm. Straight forelegs and a slight slope to pastern. Level topline and a good tailset. Well sprung ribs which reach well back, with depth to chest. Nice rear quarters with a good bend of stifle. She moved out on really good stride with reach and drive. RBOB.

2. Cox’s Cushatlaw Athena JW. Liked this 5 year old bitch for her outline and her proportions. Feminine head with a kind expression and dark eye. Correct length of neck with slight arch that flows into well laid back shoulders, and a good length to upper arm. Good bone, slight slope to the pastern and tight feet. Depth to chest and a level topline. Moved well but not the drive of 1 today.

3. Hill’s Ceilloch Russian.

1. Thurm’s Sh Ch Dappledele First Date at Bryburn. This 6 year old bitch could really move, she had excellent ground covering movement with reach and drive. She has a lovely balanced outline standing over plenty of ground. Feminine head with balanced proportions and a kind dark eye, with a good depth of flew. Moderate length of neck into a good layback of shoulder and length to upper arm, which enabled her front legs to reach out well ahead on the move. Straight forelegs with good bone. Good depth to chest and her ribs reach well back to a short strong loin. Well balanced rear angulation with a good bend of stifle. BOB and delighted to see her awarded RBIS.

2. Cox’s Cushatlaw Serendipity JW. A well balanced 7 year old bitch with a lovely outline. Feminine head with a kind dark eye. Strength to neck with a good length and arch and she has lovely front angulation with well laid shoulders and a good length to upper arm. Level topline and slight slope to croup. She has matching rear angulation with a good bend of stifle. She moved out well with correct footfall but just not the movement of 1. BVIB.
