POINTERS

Puppy (3):

1. Blake’s Wilchirmane Flomotion, lovely quality puppy, just turned 6 months, presents a very typical outline on the stack, pleasing head shape, correct eye, well bodied, excellent oval bone, legs and feet with well arched toes, well angulated hindquarters with well let down hock, sound and steady on the move, shall follow her progress, BPIB;

2. Gordon’s Hawkfield Bewitched, another o/w built on clean lines and presented a pleasing outline overall, rather erratic in front movement;

3. Gordon’s Hawkfield Black Comedy

Junior (4):

1. Booth and Oddie’s Lundgarth Fly The Flag, o/w of good type, of pleasing size, masculine without a hint of coarseness, has a pleasing head shape, correct eye, pleasing rib, shown in very good condition, moved soundly;

2. Booth’s Lundgarth Ticket To Fly, b/w litter sister to 1, feminine and of pleasing type, good outline, legs and feet, correct body lines and well angulated hindquarters, would prefer better tail carriage;

3. H Bewitched

Limit (2):

1. Boulton’s Codnorhawk Starlight on Moreoldglen, l/w bitch, whilst her head is not her fortune, I liked her outline and lissom appearance, overall make and shape and soundness on the move, has very good legs and feet, pleasing body lines, well angulated and muscled hindquarters and is sound out and back, uses her tail correctly on the move, BOB;

2. Collins’ Colholme Angelique, feminine bitch of pleasing type, pleasing head shape, good body lines, falls away rather at the croup;

Open Bitch (1):

1. Gordon’s Hawkfield Happy Times, very similar to the other Hawkfields here today, shown in good condition, pleasing body lines, strong hindquarters, moved freely where she went well for her handler, not quite balanced overall;

RETRIEVER (FLATCOATED)

Puppy (2):

1. Salt’s Culcriff’s Ferntower Glen of Wetnses, pleasing type, well grown male of 8 months, pleasing eye colour, good topline, shown in excellent condition, sound on the move, won on overall picture in spite of an ‘if’, BP;

2. Phair’s Elara Orbital Wonder, liver bitch with super temperament and shown in excellent condition, pleasing coat, preferred 1 for overarll type, rather erratic on the move especially in front;

Junior (2):

1. Prior’s Gemswin Wherever I Lay My Hat at Finnashember, very nice bitch who is all Flatcoat in type and temperament, pleasing head shape, correct eye, pleasing bone, correct rib and topline, sound mover who covered the ground well, pushed hard for BOB;;

2. C F Glen of W

Post Graduate (2):

1. Mappin’s Kahoku Endeavour from Ayrewyne, liver male who scored in hindquarters and overall outline, drove from the hock, rather long in loin and would prefer better front assembly;

2. Burrough’s I Know Him So Well at Rokaness, shown in good condition, good legs and feet, pleasing body and rib, rather sluggish and preferred the hindquarters of 1;

Limit (2):

1. Buckley’s Blacktoft Brindisi by Buckleyhill, good type, honest dog of pleasing size, masculine without being overdone, well moulded head, correct legs and feet, correct rib and short loin, strong topline and excellent tail set on correctly, moved sound and true fore and aft and carried his outline in profile, thought he was very good value today for BOB;

2. Blythin’s Angelusparrks V Practice Makes Perfect Julesville, pleasing type and shown in great condition, just preferred the head, feet and tailset of 1;

SPANIEL (FIELD)
