1st and RBOB House’s Gleadsbury Mad About The Boy. 20 month old Liver and white boy. Lovely head and expression with correct eye colour and shape. Ears lobular and of good length, clean in the neck with good shoulder placement, well laid back. Ribs deep but still developing as I would expect at this age. Hocks well let down and good width of thigh. Moved well.

1st and BOB Merry’s Gleadsbury It is Destiny For Ancapa ShCEx. Lovely compact, liver and white mature dog, happy and very sound on the move. Correct head with lovely expression and good depth to muzzle. Eyes of good colour and shape with ears well set on. Clean strong muscular neck into excellent forequarters. Well boned. Lovely depth of chest and well sprung ribs. Good breadth of thigh and well muscled which showed in his movement. Delighted to see him go Reserve best In Show, Congratulations.

Spaniels (Welsh Springer)

1st and Best Puppy. Critchley’s Luneville Water Marked 10 month old male. A nicely balanced puppy but playing his handler up. Lovely head and expression , nicely defined stop, good eye colour. Ears set moderately low and of correct vine shape, Nice clean muscular neck into well laid shoulders. Still developing in brisket and rib as you would expect at this age. Well let down hocks with width of thigh. Moved OK when settled.

2nd Moore’s Luneville Water Lily. Litter sister to first. Well handled and presented, just preferred head and expression of her brother. Correct scissor bite. Good clean neck into well placed shoulders and of good straight bone to forelegs. Body developing well , deep enough in brisket for her age. Hocks well let down and width of thigh developing. Nice cat like feet and tail set.

Junior (3,2 absent).

1st and RBOB Bennion’s Menstonia Endless Dreams. Very balanced young man. Merry and active on the move. Lovely expression, well chiselled, defined stop, correct eye colour and shape. Ears set on moderately low and of desired vine shape. Correct scissor bite. Clean in throat, with muscular neck. Well laid shoulder, correct length of leg with good straight bone. Ribs well sprung and developing nicely in body. Moved well, with hocks strong and well let down Pushed open winner hard for BOB

1st and BOB Ritchie’s Sh Ch Renascent Bleaberry at Slapestones (imp USA) 4 year old mature bitch, beautifully balanced and moving effortlessly. Slightly domed in skull, defined stop with correct eye shape and colour giving the desired typical expression. Good scissor bite. Long muscular neck, well laid shoulders. Her maturity showed in her depth of brisket and spring of rib, giving the edge over the promising youngster in junior. Well muscled hindquarters with hocks well let down – which showed in her excellent movement.
