Confident and well presented young liver spotted dog of 7 months, masculine head developing well, flat skull with well placed ears, lovely expressive amber eye, strong muzzle, straight forelegs of good bone, strong neck and well placed shoulders, well set tail with good carriage, just needs to settle on the move which maturity will address, BP & PG3.

1. Pearson’s Kelevra Beam Me Up Biscotti JW. Eye-catching black spotted male of 2 years who appealed for his outline and balance, masculine head with correct head proportions, lovely expressive dark eye, flat skull and high set ears, level top-line, good depth to his chest and well ribbed, balanced angles throughout, well muscled and fit, carried himself well around the ring, excellent coat and condition, BOB & G1.

2. Leak’s Tamilanda Continental Icon. 6 years old, black spotted, not as masculine in head as 1, strong muzzle and flat skull with well placed ears, expressive eye, initially not keen to be assessed, deep in chest, well ribbed with firm top-line, not the bone and angulation of 1, moved ok in profile but a little close in his rear on the out and back.

1. Pearson’s Swiss Ch. Kelevra Dill Or No Dill JW. Lovely male of 4 years, black spotted, masculine all through with good length to his head, well set ears and and bright expressive eyes, straight forelegs of good bone with compact feet, good forechest, strong neck and shoulders, balanced angles front and rear, a lovely example but just preferred the overall outline and balance of my BOB today.

1. Wylie Silvester’s Poshdelights After Eight for Arcaneon. Very smartly presented black male of 2½ years in immaculate coat and condition, long head with well chiselled foreface, good chin, dark expressive eye, strong neck and well placed shoulder, well sprung rib, feet could be tighter, balanced angles, sound, light and free movement, in beautiful coat but could have a little more muscle tone, BOB & G4.

1. Bailey’s Sagrael It’s A Kind of Magic. Gold sable bitch of 7 months with dark expressive eye, very feminine in head, slightly domed skull with well set ears, correct mouth, well laid shoulder, good body proportions with spring to her rib, firm back, strong hindquarters, well placed tail, she moved with confidence and was presented in lovely coat and condition, BP & PG4.

1. Duncan’s Susu Appley Ever After JW. Beautifully presented and handled gold sable male of 23 months, masculine and expressive head with dark eye of good shape and size, well placed ears, slightly domed skull, nicely balanced front and rear, good spring to his rib, well set and carried tail, in excellent condition and muscle tone, moved out well.

2. Bailey’s Oldcharm Deep In Love with Sagrael. Gold sable male of 11½ months, more up on his leg, masculine head with a lovely expression and dark eye, well set on neck with sound shoulder assembly, well set and carried tail, a little unbalanced at this stage all through but I’m sure maturity will address.

1. Irvine/Reid’s Tulibell Monty’s Girl. Eye-catching gold bitch of 4½ years in immaculate coat and condition, darkest of expressive eye and very feminine throughout, medium length of well cushioned muzzle, good chin and bite, well placed ears, strong neck and well placed shoulders, good body and height proportions, strong hindquarters and firm top-line, she moved out with a steady, free and positive gait, BOB & G2.

2. Thomson’s Tibbiestars Time Lord JW. Red sable male of 4 years, masculine head and lovely expression with dark eyes and well placed ears, strong neck, good forequarters and balanced throughout, firm top-line with good spring of rib, well developed hindquarters, moved out well with a positive gait, just lacked the coat and overall presentation of 1 today.

Cream male of 8 months, compact and well balanced in outline, broad skull with dark eyes of good size and shape, small thick ears, good bite and pigment with correct coloured tongue, strong neck and well placed shoulders, strong bone and round feet, moved well when settled into his stride, in good coat, Best AVNSC(P).

1. Fawcus’ Live Wire Making Magic. Poodle (Standard). Well presented white bitch of 3 years, head of good length with dark almond shaped eye, good length of neck set into a well placed shoulder, ribs well sprung, straight forelegs of good bone with tight feet, moved with a free stride covering the ground well, could have a little more confidence overall.

2. Gavin’s Violaceous My Girl. Miniature Schnauzer. P/S bitch of 15 months, really liked this smartly presented bitch who was compact with good overall outline, feminine head of good length, dark expressive eye, neat well placed ears, well placed shoulder, straight forelegs and compact feet, firm top-line, she really let herself down today on the move however saw enough in profile for her to warrant a 2nd place here, good coat and condition.

Black male of 8 years, masculine with broad head, good mouth and pigment with correct coloured tongue, small ears well set, strong muzzle, eye could be better for ideal, sound proportions throughout, he had good bone and compact strong feet, tail well set and carried, moved with a free short gait, rough coat of good condition and well muscled, Best AVNSC.

UTILITY PUPPY GROUP

PG1 Schuckardt’s Frenchlands Midnight Star. Lhasa Apso. Really promising black male of 10 months who was both eye-catching and balanced all through, lovely expressive eye and correct head proportions, well placed shoulders with straight forelegs of good bone, firm top-line, well ribbed, in excellent quality coat, he was free and confident on the move, pleased to hear he was later awarded BPIS, many congratulations.

PG2 Longstaff’s Carlita’s Passion To Love at Shihmali. Shih Tzu. Gold/white bitch of 11½ months, feminine but broad head of correct shape, lovely expressive eye, long ears with furnishings, correct mouth, good neck and shoulder placement, well padded feet, high set tail well carried, lovely attitude, she moved out well.

2. Black’s Otterbobs Garnett at Brandycrag. Border Terrier. Smartly presented grizzle male of 8 months with a lovely temperament, masculine head with good breadth, strong muzzle, dark eye and well placed ears, easily spannable, good pelt, straight forelegs and well padded small feet, he moved with a brisk free gait, in excellent coat and condition.
