3 year old with plenty of bone and substance, very masculine. Short backed with deep rib & short coupled, strong shoulders and enough chest. A little short in skull but presented well and gave a really nice picture stood, powerful hindquarters but just needed to steady on the move which he did for the challenge so I was pleased to award him Best Dog.

2nd – Webster’s Eimahan’s Phantom Menace of Pepilarue

2 year old black masculine boy balanced throughout. Short backed and coupled with nice head and expression. Good angulation front and back, with enough width and straight well-boned forelegs. Not quite settled enough on the move today but of good type.

Veteran Dog/Bitch (4,1)

1st – Broome’s Liroda Midnight Kiss at Evingbriar VW.

11 year old bitch who was just a joy to watch in the ring, beautifully presented with great teeth for her age. Lovely long head and expression with good angulation front and back allowing for powerful movement. Short coupled with good rib and plenty of substance, I’d prefer her a touch lower to ground and lacking some undercoat today but balanced throughout and of good type, thoroughly deserving of her successes in the ring. BVIS
