1ST Hipkins Charismatic RBOB (Mrs V A & Mr B Wheeler)

Smart brindle lady to begin with today, a lovely youngster. Her head is of good shape and well proportioned, depth to skull and muzzle, super dark eyes all combining to give a feminine expression. Arched neck into well set shoulders. Good depth of forechest for her age, stands on good legs and neat feet. Good through the ribs, holds her topline well. Well made quarters, tail set on well. Needs to settle on the move to complete the picture, which she should do with maturity. Reserve Best of Breed.

Smart bitch who impressed on the stack. Well made head piece, correctly proportioned, correct eyes and well set ears all which gave her a feminine expression. Arched neck in to well laid shoulders, stands on well boned legs and good feet. Well made in body, decent spring of rib, depth to her loin and into a well angled rear. Needs to settle on the move. Liked her and pleased to award her Best of Breed.

1ST Ch Kashbeluli There We Are Then JW ShCEx OSW (Mrs L J & Mr K D Cowley)

Stood alone but what a fantastic dog, full of quality and I am not surprised to see he has his title. Super outline on this chap, fabulous corded coat presented in super condition. His head is balanced and well proportioned, super dark eye and ears well set giving a masculine expression. Good through the neck, his shoulders are well laid back, and he is correct in elbow. In body he is of correct proportions and well angulated quarters. He moved out so well, covering the ground with excellent footfall. My Best of Breed and was later thrilled to watch him top the group, congratulations. Thank you for bringing him.

1ST Aliceinwonderland Absolem De L'etang De Pincemaille at Piparlo (imp) (P M Davies) Best Puppy

Eight months old, full of life and coming together nicely. Pleasing head and keen expression, ears set on well and a kind eye. Moderate neck in to well set shoulders. Would like him a little tighter in elbow but this should happen as he drops in to his front. Well made in body for his age, good through the ribs and quarters developing well, stifles well bent. Needs to find his feet on the move as rather loose, but that will happen in time. Pleased to award him Best Puppy.

1ST Parabar Pelatory's Pichu (Miss J Grant-Parkes) RBOB

This bitch was more together than the second place and put in a cleaner performance which gave her the edge. Head is well proportioned, good shape and well-shaped eyes giving a pleasing expression. Moderate neck, decent front assembly but would like a tad more return of upper arm. Well made in body, ribs springing nicely, level topline and good quarters with well turned stifles. Scored in profile movement to take the class and later Reserve Best of Breed.

2ND Piper's Remembrance Day with Parabar (Miss J Grant-Parkes)

I really like this one, but she would not settle on the move today and had to give way to her kennel mate. Her head is well made and of good proportions, good shape and a kind eye with a hint of mischief. Well assembled front, shoulders well laid, elbows firm against ribs which are well sprung, topline OK. Hindquarters well developed, well turned stifles. Scored on the up and down with a tidy action.

1ST Selestar Lemon Drizzle (Miss L & Mr G Bailey & Hancocks)

I liked the overall shape and size of this young Black and Tan lady. Her head is well proportioned with a good shape, flat skull, moderate stop and well-shaped eyes. Good through the neck into a well assembled front, still needs to drop in to her front a little but she has time on her side. Well made in body, firm in topline, would like a better finish to her croup. Scored in movement, sound fluid action. Coat in good hard condition.

2ND Parabar Posy's Powwow (Miss J Grant-Parkes)

I liked this one on the stack, impressive outline but not a good on the move as the winner. Well made, he has good overall proportions, head masculine with a pleasing expression. Good through the neck into well laid shoulders, would like him a little tidier in front. Well made in body, good spring of ribs, topline OK. Decent quarters with well-turned stifles. Looked good in profile action but not as tidy as the winner on the up and down.

1ST Parabar Posy's Pawnee JW (Miss J Grant-Parkes) BOB

Very smart black/tan dog with a lot to like about him. He is balanced, strongly built and presents with a clean outline. I liked his headpiece, masculine and of good proportions, good width of skull, ears well set on and super expressive eyes. Decent front assembly, shoulders well laid back, elbows close fitting, good depth to forechest, held his topline well. Well made hindquarters with hocks well let own. Moved well with good carriage. Pleased to award him Best of Breed.

1ST Oldeely Swiss Etziken Rubin (Mr N & Mrs W J Smith)

Very promising puppy, eight months old and full of life. Well-made head, developing well for his age, eyes well shaped and of good colour, ears set on well, all giving a pleasing expression. Smart outline on the stack, good length of neck, shoulders well laid. Well developed in body, still needs to drop in to his front, good through the ribs, short in loin and tail set on well. Good rear angulation. Moved well in profile, just needs to tighten up in front action, a promising puppy. My Best Puppy.

1ST Ch Rarjo Macduff Making Waves with Megulcie JW (Miss Md & Miss Lg & Mr Bc Slack & Newton & Williams)

What a fabulous class, two topflight exhibits and not surprised to see both have their titles.

A super girl on the stack, presenting a clean flowing outline, Super headpiece, large and strong but still feminine, eyes well set and tapered muzzle, beautiful expression. Short strong neck, leading into a well assembled front, good depth of chest and good through the body. Stands on well boned legs and neat feet. Well ribbed up, short loin and well made quarters. Scored in movement over second with a better front action, held her shape well and had a fluid action. Pleased to award her Best of Breed and then watch her later top the group – congratulations and thank you for bringing her.

2ND Ch Rarjo Captain Curl Macduff JW (Mr B C & Ms L G Williams & Newton)

On the stack this boy was my winner, he presented with the most super outline, his coat is in fabulous condition. His head is super, strong, broad and masculine with a well defined stop and furrow. Super eyes well set and dark, ears well set and totally balanced. He is well made with a short neck into well laid shoulders, super depth of chest. Body proportions are excellent, well ribbed up, short loin and strong well angulated quarters, tail set on well. On the move he had plenty of drive but was just a tad exuberant and his front action wasn’t as tidy as I wanted, so he lost out to sister today. – A fabulous dog and not surprised to see he has his title. Reserve BOB.
