1. Morgan-Stanley’s Banacek Gianluca. Three nice youngsters just at slightly different stages of development, all have lots to like and I’m sure will be swapping places as the show season goes on. Today, just thought this quality lad had the edge in terms of his movement and maturity. I liked his well balanced, compact and square outline all topped off with a naturally flocked coat. Beautiful head and expression, dense pigment throughout, large dark eyes, correct length of muzzle, well carried high set ears, all giving him a such a lovely expression. He’s still young, but has a decent amount of rib, firm top line and moderate rear angulation. Moved out smartly and freely. Delighted to award him BD and just having the slight edge over his equally lovely female kennel mate for the BOB, but it was a tough decision.

2. Towers’ Enjanicka Toscana Ocio. Hot on the heels of the winner, this slightly smaller built lad has a pleasing balanced and square profile and is also chock full of breed type. Attractive head, with very dark eyes and pigmentation with a pleasing kind expression. Square outline and compact in body, decent neck and shoulders, firm top line and well set on and carried tail. Sporting a well presented flocked coat. Sound and free moving on the go around.

3. Close’s Enjanicka Skyfall.

1. Mulligan’s Donocielo Mattia. Mature lad, I liked his size and profile, compact in body with good bone and substance. Well ribbed with firm top line and carrying a well presented naturally flocked coat. Attractive head and expression with large dark eyes giving a kind expression. He was a bit unsettled on the move today and at times was pulling and dropping his tail, I did see glimpses of sound movement.

OD (4)

1. Thatcher’s Kobanyal Pelyhes Odin with Devonia (Imp Hun). Masculine lad and another nice example of the breed, perhaps a fraction taller, but square and compact in outline, well constructed throughout with good substance and bone. Attractive head with good width to his skull, round dark eyes giving a kind expression with super pigmentation. Decent neck and shoulder, firm top line and good angulations fore and aft. Sporting a well presented naturally flocked coat. He carried himself well on the move with good reach and drive. Reserve Best Dog.

2. Morgan-Stanley’s Little White Wonder Eskimo of Golbourne (Imp Nld). Liked the size of square shape of this lad. Lovely headpiece with good muzzle to skull ratio, lovely dark round eyes with good pigmentation. His neck is of a good length leading to a good front assembly, well laid shoulders, level back, finishing in a well set on tail that he carried well on the move. His well bent stifle and well let hocks enabled him to drive off from behind, also looking good in profile. A close run thing, his well presented coat was in good order, just not quite the more distinctive flocking of the winner.

3. Whateley’s Lyckalotte Enzo Ferrari at Arkadian.

1. Close’s Enjanicka Skyfall. Just 12 months old, so still quite young and he needs to develop his confidence a little more as he was rather reluctant to move today, hopefully this’ll come with maturity and more show experience. I liked his size and squarish shape. Attractive head piece with dark round eyes and good pigmentation. Decent neck into well laid shoulders, firm top line and nicely angulated rear. Perhaps not in his best coat today, but it is flocked in texture. Best Special Beginners.

V D/B(2)

1. Walker’s Aemilia’s Stuart Little Prince George’s from of The Black Orchid. Pleasing for both size and balance. Well proportioned masculine head, high set ears, round dark eyes and dense pigmentation. Ample neck into good front assembly, firm top line finishing in well set on and carried tail. Sporting a well presented naturally flocked coat. It was on the move that he scored well, sound as a bell in all directions. Best Veteran Dog and Best Veteran in Breed.

2. Whateley’s Belstown Beloved Amee at Arkadian. Smaller girl, carrying a well presented naturally flocked coat. Feminine head of good proportions, dark eyes and she’s well pigmented throughout. Moderate neck and decent forehand, well ribbed body and still carrying a firm top line. When she sets her mind to it, she can move well, today, just felt she didn’t quite have the overall balance or verve on the move of the winner. Best Veteran Bitch.

PB (1)

1. Whateley’s Arkadian Laferrari. Eight months old pup, very feminine with a pretty head which is of good proportions, excellent pigmentation and lovely round dark expressive eyes. Could perhaps have a little more length of leg to give a more square outline. Her neck is of a good length and flows nicely into a well laid shoulder, level back and nicely angulated fore and aft. Her well presented coat was naturally flocked. On the move, she showed a brisk stride, just a little bit close going away at the moment, but she put in a confident performance. BPIB.

1. Morgan-Stanley’s Banacek Il Mondo. Very feminine girl with instant appeal, nicely balanced and square in outline. Her very pretty head was balanced, with dark well pigmented eyes and nose, giving a kind expression. Good length of neck leading to a decent front assembly, well laid shoulders, firm top line and well set on tail to complete the picture. Presented in super coat, pleasing flocking and in great body condition, It was on the move that she had the edge in the challenge for best bitch, moving out with a lively and animated gait and sound in all directions. Chock full of breed type and quality, just something about her that kept drawing me back to her, I couldn’t resist her for BB & BOS only pipped by her kennel mate for BOB who was just that little bit mature all round.

1. Towers’ Enjanicka Dance Away. Like the overall size of this quality girl as she was square in outline with a compact body, all topped off with a well presented coat of correct texture. Very pretty head with dark round eyes, her nose pigmentation could perhaps be a little more dense today. Well made throughout, her neck flows nicely into well laid shoulders, good top line and ribbing, finishing with a well set on and carried tail. On the go around she moved soundly and true in all directions.

OB (4)

1. Morgan-Stanley’s Banacek Diamanté Bianco).   Classy girl, who caught my eye as soon as she came into the ring, very pleasing for her overall compact body, size and square profile. Her head is delightfully feminine, her dark round well pigmented eyes smiling back at me, makes her very hard to resist and I think she knows it. She’s well constructed throughout with good angulations, topped off with a super coat of correct texture. It was on the move that she just had the edge in this class, putting on a sound, accurate and animated performance. Pleased to award her RBB

2. Mulligan’s Donocielo Maddalana. Smaller sized girl, square, nicely balanced and all in proportion, with a compact body. Very feminine head with dark eyes and good pigmentation. Felt she was carrying rather a lot of coat which made her look a little stuffy in neck, it was of good texture and well presented. Moderate length of neck into well laid shoulders, good ribbing and firm top line. She moved out well, soundly with a free and active stride.

3. Thatcher’s Devonia’s Calabria
