Only a small entry but plenty of quality here today.

1. Burrage’s Ch Sametova Bacary ShCEx. 6 yr old who is fully mature and presented a very good outline. Excellent neck, typical topline for the breed, cylindrical ribbing which is well sprung, broad loin and tail pleased for set and carriage. Masculine head with slight arch to skull, dark expressive eyes, ears good for size and set, strength to muzzle and scissor bite. I liked his angles front and rear but he could use a touch more breadth in front. On the move, he has the desired propulsive gait, is true when going away and pretty good coming towards. Well presented and handled. RCC.

1. Tobijanski’s Ch Janski Bugurovski VW. Solidly built lad of 8 yrs who has plenty of bone and was very good hands on. Super neck, correct in topline, ribbing carried well back and well sprung, firm muscular loin of good breadth and tail correct for set and carriage. Quality head with good skull, excellent eye and ear, correct stop, strong muzzle and scissor bite with lovely big teeth. Pleasing front assembly with good breadth to chest and firm, muscular hindquarters. Propulsive action of the breed and also pleased when coming and going being parallel as required. CC.

1. Burrage’s Galbraith Galaneia Sametova (Imp Fin). I thought this 8 mth old pup a really exciting prospect and it was a shame she was the only pup present on the day and she is more than worthy of competition. Full of confidence, she makes the most of herself at all times. She has a super outline with neck of correct length to back, typical topline, ribbing developing as it should for age, muscular loin and tail pleased for set and carriage. Feminine head with lovely eye and ear and correct dentition. Purposeful profile action and excellent carriage. Best Puppy.

JB (1,0)

1. Giannetti’s Valgrind Goddess Daughter at Glenaska. This 18 mth old has plenty to like but is still to fill out. She pleased for outline with neck of good length, correct topline for the breed, ribbing carried well back, firm loin and tail good for set and carriage. Attractive head with pleasing skull, expressive eyes, ears set on high and scissor bite. When gaiting, she has the typical propulsive action, is good when going away but just a touch wider when coming towards.

1. Forbes’ Karensbrae Beebop. 2 yr old who was a tad unsettled. Pleasing for type, she has a very good neck, typical topline but with a smidge more length to body, correct ribbing, broad loins and tail set and carried as it should be. Feminine headpiece with pretty good skull, dark expressive eyes, strength to muzzle and correct dentition. She is well off for bone and has pleasing angulation. Moving out well on the go around and ok on the down and back.

1. Tobijanski’s Ch Janski Zara Zipporah. 2 yr old girl who was presented with excellent muscling and was so good hands on. She has an excellent neck which leads into well-laid shoulders, typical in topline, ribbing just right for the breed, broad loins and tail pleased for both set and carriage. Quality head, full of femininity, dark expressive eyes, ears set on just right and excellent dentition. She stands well naturally and has very good feet. Gaiting freely on the down and back and impressed on the go around with her propulsive action. CC & BOB.

2. Burrage’s Komidion Sonata for Sametova JW. 4 yr old who is quite different to the winner and she has a little more length of body. Muscular neck of good length to give desired elegance, topline rises to the loin which is nice and broad, ribbing good but not quite that of winner and tail pleased for both set and carriage. Attractive head with slight arch to skull, excellent eye and ear and scissor bite. She has good angulation both ends and certainly didn’t disappoint on the move.

1. Burrage’s Ch Komidion Prima Donna of Sametova ShCEx VW. 9 yr old who is now in her prime and was excellent hands on. Balanced in outline with strong neck of correct length, the very best of toplines, correct ribbing for the breed, breadth to loins and tail good for set and carriage. Quality head with excellent eye and ear, strength to muzzle and so very feminine in expression. Soundly built all through with a good forechest and on the move, she pleased coming and going and has the desired propulsive gait when viewed in profile. She shows like a dream, giving her all and commanding attention. RCC and Best Veteran. Pleased to see she later placed second in the Veteran Group.
