Very nice puppy class, just preferred the overall balance of 1.

1. Kilgour’s Gempeni Heartbeat of Kilmorbeag. Masculine head, correct reach of neck, level top-line, good tail set and carriage, well angulated fore and aft, elbows tight to chest, correct feet and pasterns, parallel on the move, BP.

2. Hardisty’s Blunderhall Gunpowder Guy. Another nice puppy, just a little up behind at this stage, good head and expression, correct ears, moderate balanced angulation, good bone, correct feet and pasterns, nice prospect.

3. Leader’s Davricard Artemis.

1. Cottrell’s Blunderhall Moonrock in Helidale. Very nice 9 year old veteran, absolutely sound on the move, feminine head, good shoulders, correct tail set and carriage, good depth of chest and correct ribcage.

2. Smith’s Vigor Luscious for Sandbryvale’s. 2 year old bitch who is/was carrying extra condition on the day but balanced angulation, correct bone and parallel on the move.

1. Hardisty’s Blunderhall Jackson JW. Just preferred the head of this 20 month old male, correct well set ears, nice reach of neck, powerful shoulders, strong top-line, correct balance, moderate angulation fore and aft, good ground covering parallel gait, BOB.

2. Parker/Stevens’ Serenaker Liberty Belle. Nice bitch with a little extra length of loin, balanced fore and aft, good top-line, tail set and carriage, RBOB.

1. Mortimer’s Laakso Reinstorm. A lovely youngster, I preferred the overall profile and balance of 1 on the day, correct head and expression, well set ears, strong top-line, good angulation fore and aft and a lovely prospect, BP.

2. Tress’s Treskha Veuve Clicquot. Nice youngster, good head proportions and shown in good coat and condition but just a little untidy in front on the out and back.

3. Mortimer’s Laakso Lumi.

1. Hennessey’s Laakso Esko at Elskerdeg. I preferred the overall balance on the move of 1 on the day, relatively strong masculine head, good bone, strong top-line, lacking coat but even ground covering gait, RBOB.

2. Stephenson’s Kamgaard Kyffin for Brawdor. Good head and expression, nice shoulders but straight in stifle which resulted in uneven movement in profile, shown in good coat and condition.

1. Threadgold’s Laakso Katja JW. Lovely 2 year old bitch, square in profile, balanced angulation fore and aft, absolutely sound on the move, a nice example of the breed, BOB.

2. Hennessey’s Bowerhinton Bombette VW. Another nice bitch, not quite the balance of 1 but nevertheless well angulated with good bone, correct feet and pasterns and sound on the move.

3. Mortimer’s Laakso Julaften.

 

AV PUPPY STAKES

 

1. Buxton’s Cloudside Xena of Mereblake. Dachshund (WH). A very nice youngster, lovely head, good pro sternum, correct ground clearance and good length to height, good tail set and carriage, absolutely sound on the move.
