TYNE WEAR AND TEES BOXER CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW .02/05/2026.

Firstly I would like to thank the committee of Tyne Wear and Tees Boxer Club for inviting me to judge at their Championship show, I feel this is a privilege. Thank you for their hospitality and for making me feel so welcome. Special thank you to Stewart for taking photos for me. Also thank you to all the exhibitors who entered under me, I appreciate your time and effort, I just wish there were more first places as I was splitting hairs in some classes. It was so lovely to see such happy and well cared for dogs.

Class 2 Baby puppy bitch

1st-Murphin’s Arkeney Infinity at Farvalley

Best Baby Puppy in Show. Brindle/white. Very appealing clean head of correct proportions. Dark eyes with lively expression. Evident stop and lip to lip placement. Elegant neck, showed off with super sympathetic handling. Square in profile and balanced front and rear, super cat like tight feet. Moved out well for one so young , holding topline whilst showing off her correct construction.  

2nd-Woods Arkeney Impulse

Plain brindle. Pretty head, dark expressive eyes and good pigmentation. Mischievous expression. Large black tilted nose and good size nostrils. Long elegant neck. Good proportions front/ rear. Tail set correct and tight cat like feet. Moved well . Presented in super condition.

3rd-Saunby Mantabox Makin Mayhem

Class 4 Minor Puppy Dog

1st-Saafan’s Geovanic Boxa Punch

Best Puppy Dog- Brindle/White. Clean head of good proportions. Dark expressive forward facing eyes of correct shape. Evident stop, large tilted nose with good size nostrils. Well-padded muzzle , wide mouth with large teeth. Lip to lip placement and evident chin from side profile. Elegant neck leading to correct shoulder placement, strong back, short loin and nice shapely tuck up. Deep fore chest and well-muscled rear, balanced angulation with tight, catlike feet. Drove well and at one with handler whilst moving and held level topline. Enjoyed watching him as he enjoyed himself. I will watch this one’s show career with interest.

Class 5 Puppy Dog

1st- Brough’s Limubox Up Yer Kilt

7 Brindle/white. Appealing head with dark eyes of correct shape. Super dark pigmentation. Large tilted nose with big healthy nostrils. Strong wide muzzle, evident chin with lip to lip placement. Wide mouth, correct dentition. Square in profile, held topline on the move and this showed good angulation and construction. Tidy feet and bang on tail set. Showed in super condition. At one with handler and appeared to be enjoying himself.

2nd- Pearce and Francis Longsdale Mystical Magical

Dark brindle/white. Pleasing expression with correct head proportion, dark forward looking eyes of correct shape. Strong , wide muzzle and evident chin. Elegant yet muscular neck and square in profile. Shoulder placement angles correct, shapely tuck up and level topline. Bang on tail set. Good reach of foreleg on the move and covered the ground well. Handled superbly.

Class 6 Junior Dog

1st – Mair’s Lorrosa Dizzy Rascal at Glenauld

46. Brindle/white. Beautiful head of correct proportions. Appealing expression with correct shape dark eyes and dark pigmentation. Evident stop, large tilted nose, powerful padded muzzle with good width and evident chin. Ears lay close. Square in profile with correct tail set. Shapely, strong fore- chest and toned tuck up . Strong back and muscular loin. Level topline with good tail set which he held on the move. Powerful rear drive with muscular thighs and low hocks. showing his fitness on the move and covered the ground well. Super handler.

2nd – Kavanagh’s Marbleton Mix’n Match

Red/White. Well-proportioned correct head. Super intelligent expression when alert. Dark forward-facing eyes of correct size and shape. Dark pigmentation. Wide strong muzzle with lip to lip placement. Deep evident fore chest with good spring of rib and shapely tuck up leading to strong loins. Balanced well-muscled front and rear. Bang on tail set. Tidy catlike feet. Moved out well, holding topline level. Presented in fabulous muscular condition.

Class 7 Yearling Dog

1st- Carter’s CH Farvalley Major Luke at Susancar

Reserve Dog CC Brindle/white. Well balanced correct head, not too much wrinkle when alert. Animated expression with eyes of correct shape. Evident stop, large slight tilted nose with healthy good size nostrils. Strong wide muzzle, lip to lip placement and evident chin. Elegant neck, showed off by expert handling. Correct shoulder placement, well sprung ribs and strong fore chest. Long reach of forearm on the move followed by powerful rear thigh and low hocks. Tight catlike feet and nice short tidy nails. Covered the ground effortlessly. Held topline on the move, demonstrating strong compact loins and bang on tail set. Presented in fabulous condition, this was reflected by his well fitted coat. This boy is a showman. Loved his attitude.

2nd -Brooks’s Kenleap Rugen

Dark brindle. Kind appealing expression. Pleasing head with dark eyes. Evident stop. Lovely black mask pigmentation. Good length of muzzle with wide mouth with nice large teeth. Elegant neck and level topline with deep chest and shapely tuck up. Balanced front/rear. Cat like tight feet. Lovely condition, moved with enthusiasm, covering the ground well, obviously wanting to please handler.

Class 9 Post Graduate Dog

1st-Huckerby &Dowell’s Norwellbeck Bellchime Belta

Brindle/white. Head of good proportions with a kind expression, dark eyes and evident stop. Strong width of muzzle and wide mouth, Correct dentition. Lip to lip placement and powerful evident chin. Long elegant neck and correct shoulder angles. Evident deep fore chest, shapely tuck up and strong toned loins. Square in profile with level topline and bang on tail set. Used good reach of forelegs and rear muscular thighs allowing him to drive, covering the ground effortlessly. Tidy catlike feet. Showed in superb condition.

2nd- Lafferty’s Jimbren Lives On Through Tauralaord

Brindle/white. Correct proportion head, inquisitive expression. Good rise of skull, dark eyes and evident stop. Black tilted nose, wide muzzle and evident chin with lip to lip placement. Square in profile, shapely tuck up and level topline. Toned loins and correct tail set. Balanced front and rear, low hocks and tidy feet. Moved out well using his rear to drive. At one with handler.

Class 10 Limit Dog

Brindle/white. Clean head with correct proportions. Dark expressive forward facing eyes , evident stop and well-padded muzzle. Large, tilted nose, healthy size nostrils and correct lip to lip placement. Good width of chin. Elegant neck leading to correct shoulder angles. Deep Fore chest and shapely tuck up. Long reach of forearm and tidy , tight feet. Level topline and strong short loins. Good spring of rib. Well-muscled rear thigh and low hocks. Moved well and showed off his great condition effortlessly covering the ground. 

2nd-Brough’s Limubox Scotch Gold

Red/white. Super lively expression. Well balanced head. Dark eyes of correct size and shape. Dark pigmentation on mask. Evident stop, tilted black nose and good width of muzzle. Correct lip to lip placement and wide powerful chin. Square in profile, strong deep fore chest and shapely tuck up leading to strong toned loins. Short glossy coat, low hocks and tidy feet. Expertly handled and moved well showing off his fitness.

1st –Huckerby &Dowell’s Boese L’amore for Norwilbeck Bellchime

Dog CC and Best of Breed. Brindle/white. Super stylish boy who immediately caught my eye and demanded my attention. Beautiful clean head of correct proportions. Lively expression, dark eyes of correct shape and size. Large black tilted nose with good size healthy nostrils. Lip to lip placement with evident chin. Wide mouth with large teeth and good bite. Evident stop and good width of muzzle. Elegant long, yet strong muscular neck leading to withers and correct shoulder angles. Well-developed fore chest and good spring of ribs leading to a Shapely tuck up and short strong loins. Level topline and tail set correctly held on the move. Long forearm with tight catlike feet. Strong rear muscular thighs and low hocks, demonstrating just how well balanced he is. Superb true movement, covered the ground effortlessly, driving well with his rear showing his pads. This boy has a short glossy tightly fitting coat and is in excellent condition. Did not put a foot wrong and showed his socks off. Expertly handled and I am honoured to have awarded him Best of Breed.

2nd Hare’s CH Jimbren The Irishman

Brindle/white. Clean head, lovely kind expression. Dark eye of correct size and shape. Nice dark pigmentation. Correct proportions muzzle to skull, wide mouth and slightly tilted black large nose. Evident chin and lip to lip placement. Super elegant strong neck leading to withers and good shoulder angles. Strong deep shapely fore chest and nicely balanced rear with muscular thighs. Square in profile, level topline with correct tail set. Cat like tight and tidy feet. Drove well on the move, covered the ground effortlessly.

1st Mastaglio’s Alexval Dance in Moonlight

Red/white. Very pretty clean head with the appearance of incredibly soft dark eyes. Has a mischievous expression. Correct proportion head with good wide of muzzle and evident chin. Large tilted black nose and Lip to lip placement. Nice and square in profile, evident fore chest and muscular rear, which was well balanced. Correct angulation with low hocks. Moved very well for her age obviously enjoying herself, covered the ground easily. Love to see her enjoying herself.

2nd Lowery’s Danlow Tutti Fruiti

Red/white. Clean head, dark eyes, evident stop with wide muzzle. Long neck flowed showing her elegance, correct shoulder placement. Shapely tuck up .Level topline which she held on the move. Bang on tail set. Well-muscled rear thighs, correct front and rear angulation. Moved well with enthusiasm. Handled sympathetically.

Dark brindle/white. Very pretty appealing head with correct proportions. Dark expressive correct shaped eyes. Nice width of muzzle .Large tilted nose, lip to lip placement and correct bite. Elegant in profile and square. Evident fore chest with long forearm and tight feet. Well angulated front and rear, shapely tuck up with good tail set. Lovely condition. Moved at one with handler and covered the ground effortlessly. Appeared to enjoy showing off ! 

2nd-Van-Beck & Taylor A’Diddle Respect for Newlaithe

Brindle/white. Appealing expression with expected proportions for just 6 months. Dark appealing eyes of correct shape/size, large nose and good mouth. Elegant and square in profile with long neck. Showing off a shapely tuck up, well balanced front/rear with low hocks and tidy cat like feet. Held topline on the move, correct tail set and covered the ground well, taking it all in her stride. At one with handler.

Best puppy Bitch . Red/white. Lovely clean head, lively expression when alert. Dark , forward facing, correct shaped eyes. Ears lay close to cheeks. Evident stop with wide powerful muzzle, large tilted black heathy nose and correct mouth. Has lip to lip placement and powerful broad chin. Long arched neck leading to withers and correct shoulder angles. Muscular fore chest and well-balanced rear , taut muscles showing off her fitness. Well sprung ribs, shapely tuck up and toned loins. Tidy catlike tight feet. Moved true fore and aft, driving out and held topline. Carried tail high on the move demonstrating that she was enjoying her time. Handled superbly. 

2nd-Mair’s Longsdale Stormy Lovers at Glenauld

Brindle/white. Clean head with an appealing expression. Dark eyes of correct shape/size, forward facing. Balanced head proportions with good width of muzzle and dark pigmentation. Evident chin and lip to lip placement. Well arched long muscular neck , correct withers and shoulders with strong fore chest and muscular balanced rear. Low hocks and showed in super condition. Moved well at one with handler.

Long length of foreleg and tidy cat like feet. Glossy short coat. Moved well driving from the rear to cover the ground effortlessly. Handled well.

Brindle/white. Pretty appealing head. Dark eyes, correct shape with large nose and healthy nostrils. Well-proportioned wide muzzle, lip to lip placement and evident chin. Strong muscular neck, yet elegant. Shapely tuck up and well-toned. Held topline level on the move, carried tail high and covered the ground well enjoying herself. Nice low hocks. At on with handler.

Long strong neck, evident fore chest showing off a shapely tuck up. Appeared well balanced set up, square with good front/rear angulation. Low hocks and cat like tidy feet. Toned and showed in lovely condition with short glossy coat. Moved out well, effortlessly covering the ground, holding topline.

Nicely balanced front/rear with correct angulation and low hocks. Moved well reaching at the front whilst driving from her well-muscled rear , moved true. Covered the ground effortlessly .

2nd- Flintoft BoxaniaEbony Eyes

Plain Brindle. Very feminine appealing pretty head. Well-proportioned and dark pigmentation, with dark eyes of correct shape. Lip to lip placement and good chin. Feminine girl with nicely arched neck, correct shoulder angles and evident deep forechest. Square in profile with correct high tail set. Good angulation front and rear with cat like tight, tidy feet. Moved well, held topline and covered the ground effortlessly.

Good reach and drove well outwards, had true movement. Handled sympathetically.

Moved powerfully around the ring securing her first place.

Moved well showing her pads whilst driving out and holding her lines. Handled well .

Bitch CC . Stunning Bitch who took my breath today, she has matured beautifully as I remember I awarded her the Reserve CC in 2024. Today was her day. Brindle/white. Very pretty correct head with dark expressive eyes of correct shape and size. Evident stop and excellent proportions with good width of muzzle. Large tilted black nose with good size nostrils. Lip to lip placement and strong chin. Good dentition with correct bite. Elegant feminine neck leading to withers and correct shoulder angles. Deep fore chest leading to a shapely tuck up with good spring of ribs. Level topline and bang on tail set. Short muscular loins, well-toned in fabulous condition. Lovely reach of foreleg and drove so well on the move showing her pads from the rear. Moved true and with elegance that I very much admired. This bitch just melts one.

2nd-Flintoft’s CH Boxania Make Me Smile

Reserve Bitch CC. Lively expression, clean head with not too much wrinkle. Dark eyes, evident stop and correct proportions. Large, tilted nose with good size nostrils. Wide muzzle and evident chin. Lip to lip placement. Feminine elegant neck and correct shoulder angles. Deep forechest and shapely tuck up with well-toned loins. Good reach of foreleg on the move and used nicely muscled rear to drive. Held topline well. Balanced front /rear angulation, low hocks and Tidy feet. I have admired this bitch from the ring side on many occasions and having gone over her she did not disappoint. Handled very well to her RCC.
