1st: 1480 BAKER, Mr Nick Hallberd Ivor (alfie). Lovely shape on this 2 year old brindle boy, having a good length of back and strong topline. Handsome masculine head with wide nostrils, kind dark eyes and expressive brow, broad flat top skull and well used ears. Great width and depth of forechest, ribs well sprung and body well balanced. Good tail set and hind quarters

2nd: 1479 WILLIAMS, Mrs Catherine Savarow Alton. 19 month dark brindle boy with correct head proportions, strong neck, filled front, substance and plenty of bone. Alot to like about this boy but my first moved a little steadier. Movement was difficult on such a hot day for most exhibits

Class 584 LD (3 Entries) Abs: 2

1st: 1473 HARRIS, Mrs Louise Quincy Of Seven Oaks (Imp) Deu. Almost 2 years old, this fawn lad with super dark mask and pigmentation was really lovely to go over. Pleasing expressive head of correct proportions held well on his strong muscular neck. Good ear set with clear, tight, hazel eyes and broad deep muzzle. Good all over size, great length of torso and topline held on the move. Good set and length of tail, tight feet, good angulation producing driving movement.

Class 585 OD (5 Entries) Abs: 2

1st: 1475 HERRING, Mrs Emma Int Ch Bel Ch Lux Ch NL Ch DK Ch Womlu Worth The Wait With Heffalump Lux/NI Jun Ch Djw24 Bw24 Hcw25. Gosh, what to say about this 3 year old, all male, fawn, super example of the breed. His titles tell it all, having the sweetest temperament, but what alot to fit on his award card. Super dark mask on his broad flat head, having expressive wrinkling, pleasing stop and well proportioned muzzle, good mouth and neat ears. A lovely chunky lad with correct lay of shoulder, great width and depth of chest and brisket, balanced by a rise over the loin and strong muscular hind quarters. Pleased to award him DCC

2nd: 1481 ZADEH, Mr G Ch Suncamo Kayden With Faynad Not the size of 1 but equally impressive. A tad shorter in height but having super angles fore and rear, producing a very pleasing balanced outline. Great condition and robust throughout having plenty of muscle, enabling smooth movement. RDCC

3rd: 1467 BURGOINE, Mrs Sarah & NICHOLAS, Miss Daisy Ch Hallberd Finbar

1st: 1466 BOWDERY, Miss J M & NICHOLAS, Miss D M Morganlefay Naughty Girl . Nothing naughty about this sweet, bold, happy 8 month old fawn pup who, I'm sure, will have an amazing future ahead. No problems going over her, stood like a rock. A dark mask and sparkling dark eyes on a feminine head, good teeth with ears tipped forward. Her neck arched, nothing overdone, just pleasing lay of shoulder and everything in the right place. Plenty of body and so balanced side on. Daughter of 3rd in LB. Moved well around the ring. BP

1st: 1477 ROWLEY, Mr Chris & RILEY, Mrs Kerry Savarow Athena. This 19 month brindle bitch, presented in gleaming condition, is a lovely example of the breed. Good head, having pleasing expression and proportions, balanced body with good length and width of back. Sprung ribs and depth of flank. A pleasure to go over.

2nd: 1469 DICKENS, Mrs Vannessa Anne Cyberus Posed To Impress. 2 year old fawn girl with the blackest foreface and kind eye. Well filled body and strong bone holding her topline n the move. Pleasing outline, side on, with good angles and tailset

3rd: 1465 BOWDERY, Miss J M Morganlefay Sentinelese

Class 592 OB (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 1462 BARRETT, Mr Phillip & BARRETT, Mrs Denise Phoebe Of Seven Oaks At Valdenton (Imp Ger) Fit for function and fabulous, this 2 year old fawn girl, viewed from any angle exudes quality and great strength. A typical head piece, feminine, alert and interested, having a good stop and expressive wrinkle, broad and deep in muzzle. Then, as you run your hands over her, you feel correct angles and hard condition. Her rear assembly and muscular second thigh enable driving action. Handled to perfection and thrilled to watch her in the group BCC & BOB

2nd: 1464 BOWDERY, Miss J M Ch Morganlefay's Iron Maiden. Well if she had been in the puppy class I wouldn't have been able to tell that this was a 7 year old, almost 8 year old. This brindle girl bounced around the ring (the weather was boiling) and her handler could barely keep up. If I could describe her face as smiling and her enjoyment of showing, what a girl. Fit, sound as a fiddle and well deserves her title RBCC
