Lowchen (Little Lion Dog) Club

Breed: Lowchen (Little Lion Dog)

I would like to thank the officers and committee for my invitation and the honour to judge the club championship show. It was a lovely show with a friendly atmosphere, it was nice to hear the applause for the winners.

VD (1)

1st: Pascoe’s, Ch. Int Multi Ch Jadechar Flashback Hero. I have judged this dog before as a younger boy, this time as a veteran. A beautiful balanced head with good width, dark eyes giving gentle expression, lovely to good over, moved with good profile and nice hind action, excellent tail carriage and coat of correct silky texture. RDCC, BVIS

MPB (1)

1st: Kirby’s, Jameneli Rita Ora. A cream sable baby with good proportions to outline. A pretty balanced head with expressive eyes, enough neck and bone, moved out well with good tail carriage, front just needs to tighten a little. Well presented coat. BPIS

PB (2)

1st: Pascoe’s, Jadechar Killer Queen. Perfect for size and shape, beautiful balanced head with good width and correct dentition. Good neck into well placed shoulders, straight front and good bone, a black coat of correct silky texture, overall a lovely puppy, it was a shame she was a little overwhelmed with the noise and atmosphere.

2nd: Sproul & Coburn’s, Stoneside Enchantress. Good overall outline, would like a little more neck but good body proportions, nice head and muzzle but not the width of skull of the winner, moved out well when settled.

YB (1)

1st: Skippings & Gough’s, Havens Jim’s Gift. A Feminine girl with nice head and dark eye, good body, tail well set and carried well, moved out well, a little more coat would complete the picture.

PGB (1)

1st: Bush’s, Bindu Spotless. Lovely proportions, very feminine with pretty correctly balanced head, dark round eyes and well set ears, ok for body and ribs, good topline and tail set, moved well.
