I would like to thank the officers and committee of Birmingham National Dog Show Society for the kind invitation to judge, and for their warm hospitality throughout the day. My thanks also go to my hard-working stewards who kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. Finally, thank you to the exhibitors for their excellent entry and for accepting my decisions in such a sporting manner. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable appointment with many quality dogs to go over.

Balanced dog presenting a pleasing outline and overall symmetry. Attractive head and expression, clean through neck and shoulders with good rib and firm topline. Moved steadily and held his shape well on the go around. Nicely presented and handled.

2nd Special beginners dog

Another balanced dog with pleasing breed type. Good depth and rib with firm topline and sound movement both ways. Presented in good coat and condition, just preferred the finish and overall outline of winner today.

1st Minor puppy dog

Moontorn Drops Of Jupiter With Fecimus

Promising puppy who appealed for type and balance. Pleasing head and expression, good reach of neck into clean shoulders and already showing a firm topline. Nicely bodied for age and moved freely around the ring. One to watch for the future.

Nicely balanced puppy dog with a pleasing springer outline and good overall proportions. Attractive head and eye, good neck and shoulders with firm topline and well set tail. Moved soundly and covered the ground well, showing promise for the future.

Quality junior dog with a pleasing outline and good overall balance. Attractive head with kind expression, clean neck and shoulders and good depth through body. Held a firm topline on the move and covered the ground soundly. Well presented and handled.

Well ribbed body with good substance throughout and shown in excellent coat and condition. Moved soundly with good drive and held a balanced outline on the move. Well presented and handled.

Presented in good coat and condition and handled to advantage.

Presented in first class coat and condition and handled to advantage. A worthy winner of the RCC today.
