Driffield Championship Dog Show

Breed: Polish Lowland Sheepdog

DRIFFIELD CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW, AUGUST 2026 -POLISH LOWLAND SHEEPDOGS

Thank you to the exhibitors who entered under me on my first appointment awarding CC’s in the breed:

Limit Dog (3/2a) 1st Crosier’s Skaijaks Last N’limitless, presents a nice outline on the stack, good head proportions with dark eyes and pigmentation. Liked his front assembly with well laid back shoulders and good depth to his chest. Solid topline which he retained on the move, super quality to his coat and shown in pristine condition, would like to see him showing more confidence to be considered for top awards. 2nd Squires’ Mybeards Starstruck, another with quality masculine head and correct shape to eye, strong neck, good spring of rib and balanced angulation , moved well in profile but a little untidy from behind.

Open Dog (3/1a) 1st Mottram’s Ch Mybeards Sweep, eye-catching masculine male who is clearly in his prime, typical head of correct proportion to skull and muzzle, good dentition, dark eye and good ear set and shape make for appealing expression. Liked his strong neck, flowing in to level topline, he has a correctly constructed front assembly matched by well angulated hindquarters this and his well muscled thighs give him very sound movement from all directions, his super coat condition completes the picture CC and BOB. 2nd Warwick’s Ch Mybeards Cococabana, chocolate, smaller in type but with good overall balance and shape, attractive head, well laid back shoulders and good depth to chest. Moved soundly but not the drive of number 1.RCC

Junior Bitch (1/0) 1st Mottram’s Mybeards Dolly, very promising youngster and at 15 months not quite in full bloom. Very feminine with good head and eye, correct length to height ratio, another with a strong topline and came into her own on the move with good extension. Pushed hard for top honours just losing out on maturity. RCC.

Limit Bitch (3/0) 1st King’s Skaijaks Last N’ Lumination with Greyona, cobby bitch with good eye and expression, muscular neck and adequate front angulation, straight legs, good bone and substance throughout, took a while to get going but when she did moved well with good footfall, beautifully presented, delighted to hear that this CC was her 3rd. 2nd Churchouse’s Mybeards Trickle, attractive bitch who looks very balanced in profile, typical head, moved well in profile just a little untidy coming and going. 3rd La Frenais’s Skaijaks Just N’joyous Of Ponradosc

Open Bitch (3/2a) 1st Crosier’s Skaijaks Kind N’Klassic, feminine head with good stop, dark eye and pigmentation, well angulated, moved well in profile, shown in tip top condition.
