1. Convica Fast and Furious (Mr & Mrs R C Oorloff) – 13m red & white of an excellent size and proportions. Correct head with good wrinkle, correct ears. Good length of neck. Balanced angulation. Moves well in profile but somewhat wide going away. Would prefer tighter feet.

2. Jessella Milo Sunfyre (Miss J E Palubicki) – Smart red & white. Good head but ears a little wide set. Good ribbing and well boned. Moved well especially in profile. I am sure when this young male relaxes more on the table and stack he will come into his own.

This class had three lovely boys in it which all had much to admire.

1. Ch/int/nld Ch Mawali Going Four Gold (Mr Gj & Mr N Williams & Wright) – Red & white who never put a foot wrong, loved his head and ear, good length of neck leading into well angulated shoulders. Good ribbing extending well back with short strong loin. Well angulated rear with well let down hocks. He has a super tail with plenty of shelf. On the move he was accurate and had super profile movement. He really impressed for his typical breed type and his stylish movement. Pleased to award him the CC and BOB in super company.

2. Ch/am Ch Klassic's Cloudside Walker (Imp Usa) (Mr P & Mrs S & Mr J Hallam & Kite & Gillespie) – This lovely red and white dog pushed hard in this class, he has an excellent head albeit a different type to 1 and correct hooded ears. Very good front assembly with straight legs and good feet. Well ribbed back and strong loin. Balanced rear. Moved soundly with good straight action but I preferred the rear drive of 1. RCC

3. Ch/int/multi Ch Bushwacker Oceans Eleven (Mrs A & Mr N Carrington)

Such a lovely class to judge with different types that needed some sorting out. As a non-breed specialist to get such a quality class to work through was a real delight and I really was splitting hairs.

1. Ch Akmar Napatan Gold for Westlawn JW (Miss A A Clinton) – This smart tri bitch never stopped showing for a second, everytime I looked at her she was standing or moving correctly. She has excellent proportions, a classical head and ear with arched neck leading into well angulated front assembly. Good ribbing and strong, compact loin. Super rear and tight tail with good shelf. Her movement is as required by the breed standard and she put on a super performance to top this strongly contested class. Thrilled to award her the CC.

2. Ch Mawali New York New York (Mrs S Dunsdon) – Close up red & white who pushed hard. Excellent for breed type with a good head and ear, lengthy neck, stands on excellent legs and feet. So sound on the move with a long swinging stride. Just preferred the proportions of 1 overall but another lovely bitch who well deserved the RCC today.

3. Ch Tokaji Moon over Miami with Mutoko JW ShCEx OSW VW (Mrs P Nash) – A favorite of mine who was in no way disgraced to stand 3rd in this super class, she comes to life on the move and despite her advancing years was strongly in contention. When she came back in to challenge for Best Veteran in Breed she really upped her game and could not be denied. BVIB
