1ST    460 - Ch Kerman Field of Dreams (Miss F Fricker) a striking, shapely dark brindle 9½-year-old veteran bitch in excellent body condition. She has a well-shaped head with nicely set alert ears, which I preferred over the second. Attentive in expression. Strongly constructed in front with a well-developed fore-chest, and carrying pleasing firm substance throughout her body. Moved soundly with positive action both in front and rear. Best Veteran in Breed.

2ND    467 - Caprian The Vixen JW (Mrs C A Langford) a mature 8-year-old black-and-white bitch of moderate size who, when settled, has a typically satisfying outline. She has a pleasing, feminine head shape that is true to breed type, ears tending to be low set and not appear alert. Good fore-chest and well-covered body, with a level topline. On the move, she would benefit from being tighter both in front and in rear action.

1ST    470 - Ancksunamun Host of Goa’uld with Yecartracey (Mrs T M Smith) a really nice quality 17-month-old male who is well boned and well grown for his age. He has an impressive, masculine head and expression, complemented by firm, well-set, erect ears. Well developed in body with a tight front and sound, strong hindquarters. He presents a pleasing side profile. Moved enthusiastically with a typical youngster’s enthusiasm. One of quality and promise.

1ST    463 - Twinan True Grit (Miss T J Irving) a smart, quality black-and-white junior who is pleasing in side profile. He carries firm substance in body with ideal proportions of length to height, and is well balanced in both front and rear angulation. Pleasing leg length. His attractive head is breed typical, with masculine features, complemented by well-set ears of good shape, firm and erect. He presents a pleasing outline both standing and, on the move, and was the better mover in this class especially in rear action.

2ND    451 - Tamlin Hillbilly Rock (ai) (Ms J & Mr J D Anderson & Thomas) a 22-month-old who is a longer cast black and white young male. He has a pleasing outline and overall body shape and proportions. Tended to appear high over his rear. Masculine and strong features in head which is set on a good length neck. Well-made front and forequarters, sturdy body and long angled hindquarters which needs to strengthen and to be more settled on the move especially in rear action.

1ST    462 - Kerman Wizard of Oz (ai) (Miss F Fricker) a quality 2-year-old black/white male, sharp in profile with clean, quality lines throughout. He has an attractive head and an alert expression, both of which I preferred to the second. Well-constructed in forequarters with a prominent fore-chest and tight elbows. Sound in body with adequate depth, spring, and ribbing. Strong, angled hindquarters of good width and parallel hocks. He moved with steady purpose.

2ND    468 - Gowerston Geriant of Caprian JW (Mrs C A Langford) a 2½-year-old nice quality, attractive black/white male having a pleasing profile both when standing and moving. He has good substance of body and shows a pleasing body outline when settled. Noble head carriage supported by a strong, well-arched neck. He displays masculine head features, with prominent ears that could be carried higher for best advantage. Well made in front and forequarters, with a firm topline and well-defined loin. He moved well, although not with the same steady action as the first.

1ST    474 - Aus Ch Mandene Aston Martin (Imp Aus) (Mr N G Thomas) a super 2½-year-old tri male who has a quality look. Upstanding and smart in appearance having a pleasing outline with satisfying breed qualities. He has a breed typical masculine head having attractive lines, an alert, attentive expression, and well-sized, well-shaped ears that are responsive and pleasing in carriage. His neck is of ideal length, with pleasing strength and shape, flowing into well-placed shoulders. He has more than enough cover of body and would benefit with less but has good depth, spring of rib, and excellent overall length. Satisfying parallel width and stable angulation behind. He impressed on the move with his true purposeful front action and his good width parallel action behind. My Dog CC winner.

2ND    473 - Pol Ch Dom Corgi Easy Boost (Mrs T & Miss B & Mr K Taylor & Taylor & Michalski) an upstanding 6½-year-old black/white male, masculine and well made, who pleases in head, neck, and overall body proportions and length. Good width and well-made in front, with good strength in the hindquarters. He moved with purpose and enthusiasm but not as controlled in action as 1st. A quality male, but I just preferred the overall package of the first. My Reserve Dog CC winner.

1ST    459 - Under Moonlight Ferarry Stile for Caiedw (Mr R Field) a well-developed nearly 12-month-old youngster who is attractive in appearance and possesses many breed and conformation qualities. She is well boned, well grown, and of pleasing proportions length to height, with all the desirable basic construction for promising onward development. Typy and beautifully feminine in head and expression. She is well grown in body, ribbed well enough back with spring of rib, and good width and angulation in the hindquarters. A promising puppy who moved well and the better of this class, Best Puppy in Breed.

2ND    456 - Lidoffad Tiwlip for Brynlluan (Mr B J & Mr H D Essenhigh & Bishop) an attractive, sturdy, well-grown black and white puppy of 11 months, longer in body with stronger features in head than 1st, and still developing bite. She is well boned with good body development for her age, showing a fairly long outline with plenty of substance and a firm, level topline. Moved with a free and easy gait, although her front action still needs to settle—something not unusual for a developing puppy.

She has an attractive head shape, length, and proportion. Well-made in front and forequarters, she possesses a desirable fore-chest, sturdy and well-boned pleasing forelegs, and well-laid shoulders. She has tight elbows, well-sprung ribs of good length, and a broad, strong loin. Her hindquarters are stable and nicely angulated, with good width vertical, parallel hocks. Once settled, she moved well—free and purposefully. My Reserve Bitch CC winner.

She has firm substance with ideal proportions of length to height and is well balanced in front and rear angulation. She has a most attractive head—feminine and true to breed type—with well-set ears of good shape and size. She presents a striking profile both standing and moving, which overall I preferred to the second. She was the better mover in the class.

2ND    450 - Tamlin Boot Scoot Boogie (ai) (Ms J & Mr J D Anderson & Thomas) a very nice-looking 22-month-old heavy marked b/merle of notable body substance; overall good conformation. She has an attractive head, with prominent ears that tended to appear low set, affecting her expression. She has a strong neck, a sturdy body, and pleasing angles both front and rear. I would prefer her hocks to be more parallel in width, both when standing and on the move.

1ST    464 - Twinan Truly Outrageous (Miss T J Irving) a quality junior dark sable bitch who is well defined in profile with clean, quality lines all through. She has pleasing head qualities and expression, which I preferred to the second. Her forequarters are well constructed with a prominent fore-chest. She is sound in body with good depth, spring, and ribbing, complemented by pleasing leg length. Her hindquarters are strong, nicely angled, and of good width with positive and purposeful movement, the better of the class.

2ND    471 - Ceranda Gower Diamond JW (Mrs T M Smith) a nearly 4-year-old shapely bitch with a head of good shape and an alert expression. She has erect, prominent ears, well set, and a strong, well-developed neck flowing at a pleasing angle into her shoulders. She is well-made in front and stands on good feet. She has satisfactory overall length and body proportions, with ok angulation both front and rear. She moves with a free side gait but is unsettled in front on the move.

She is well made all-through, with firm substance and soundly made throughout. A real eye-catcher, she has a beautiful head and expression which is of pleasing shape, proportions and balance. Well made in front with obvious fore-chest and tight elbows, firm body and stable hindquarters. She presents a very eye-catching appearance with excellent length of body, proportions and balance in profile. She moved impressively with a free, positive and purposeful action. My Bitch CC and Best of Breed winner.

2ND    461 - Kerman Who'l Come A Waltzing (ai) (Miss F Fricker) a 2¼-year-old dark brindle of similar in appearance to the first, with an attractive head and pleasing expression. She presents a well-defined outline with a firm topline, along with good overall length, proportions, and balance. Her ideal leg length allows for free, purposeful movement, although she still needs to settle a bit in front action.
