1st: MORGAN, Lornstone Sijur, 2 years B&G male of top size and good strength, excellent temperament, good mouth, strong head piece with good head planes, would prefer darker eye, well placed ears alert at all times, strong neck into well laid shoulders, steep in upper arm not affording him the desired forward reach on the move, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns and nice tight feet, he was a shade narrower through for me, good depth of brisket and well sprung rib, strong back into well moulded croup, slightly rooting tail set, well-developed hindquarters and strong hocks, He was close away and back, but sound, with a steady side gait showing good reach, held his backline on the move.

1st: DODDS & SWIFT, Monksley Ulkan, 7 months dark b&g male of excellent quality & breed type, medium size and strength, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with good head planes, nice dark eye giving a pleasing expression, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck of good length into well laid shoulders, this male was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, nothing being overdone in any department, good height at wither, stood on ample bone, pasterns need to strengthen, nice tight feet, good depth of brisket and well sprung rib, strong back into well moulded croup & tail set giving a lovely over line, good tail set, well-developed hindquarters with strong hocks and not overlong in second thigh. It took him a long time to settle on the move, however was sound both ways with a lovely side gait showing good reach & drive, just needs to firm up with age, shown in good coat & condition, a very promising youngster.

2nd: BILLSON, Barwoods Matt, 7 months top size b&g male, excellent temperament, good mouth, stronger in head for me with a steeper stop, nevertheless well proportioned, nice dark eye, well placed ears albeit on the large size, strong neck of good length into well laid shoulders, steep upper arm not affording him the desired forward reach, stood on ample bone, pasterns need to firm, good feet, good depth of brisket & ribbing, strong back into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters but a shade longer in second thigh. He is narrower through but of good substance, needs to firm in limbs away and back, steady side gait showing good drive.

1st: CASSIDY & FARLEY, Nikonis Stanley, 15 months’ gold sable male of top size and strong throughout, of good breed type, excellent temperament, good mouth, well balanced head piece with good head planes, nice dark eye giving a pleasing expression, well placed ears albeit a shade on the large side, but alert at all times, strong neck of good length into a well laid shoulders, he was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone with strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket and well sprung rib, good over line into well moulded croup & tail set, tail of correct length, good width of thigh, hocks need to firm slightly. Needs to firm coming & going, lovely side gait showing good reach & drive, shown in good coat and hard muscular condition. Another promising youngster.

1st: & Res CC WADE & MITCHELL, Rico of Julanti, 4 years b&g male of medium to top size and good strength, lovely quality male of good breed type, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with good head planes, nice dark eye giving good expression, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck into well laid shoulders, he was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone, needs to strengthen in pastern giving impression of longer foot. Good depth of brisket & ribbing, lovely over line into well moulded croup albeit a shade shorter, slightly high tail set, well-developed hindquarters with good width of thigh and strong hocks. He was sound both ways with a steady side gait showing good reach & drive. Shown in good coat & hard condition.

2nd: CLINTON, Westlawn Travis, 2 years b&g similar in type to winner, top sized male, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece would prefer darker eye, well placed ears, strong neck into well laid shoulders, he was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone, shade upright in pastern, nice tight feet, good depth of brisket & ribbing, good over line into well moulded croup & tail set, he needs to tighten up behind, sound coming, steady side gait showing good reach & drive.

3rd: 7896 PUCKNELL & PALMER, Nellinka It Ain't Half Hot

1st: BROWN & THOMAS, Ardenburg Bix, this 3 ½ yr old is an impressive black & rich gold male of medium size & strength, excellent quality & breed type, good mouth, lovely head piece with good head planes, nice dark eye giving a pleasing expression, well placed ears alert at all times, strong neck of good length into well laid shoulders, he was well balanced throughout with excellent angles & proportions throughout, nothing being overdone in any department, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket and well sprung rib, strong over line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters and strong hocks. He was sound both ways with a lovely side gait showing good reach & drive, holding his top line on the move. Shown in good coat & condition. However, the character of this male was questionable when he backed off me after being placed, in spite of passing my initial & subsequent temperament assessment, hence the reason for him not being given further consideration in the challenge, disappointing.

2nd: KEEN, Clokellys Ducati, 2 ½ years b&g male pushing top size, super strong male, excellent temperament, good mouth, shade heavier in head for me, nice dark eye giving pleasing expression, well placed ears, strong neck into well laid shoulders, shade steeper in upper arm, not affording him the forward reach of winner, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns and nice tight feet, he was a shade narrower through, good depth of brisket and well sprung rib, strong hard top line into well moulded croup & tail set, good rear angles and good width of thigh, hocks could be tighter on the move, he was sound coming, steady side gait showing fair reach and good drive. Shown in good coat and hard condition.

1st: CC & BOS HENSLEY, Ch Desjiem Van De Herdesfarm (Imp) Deu, 6 years quality black & rich gold male of good breed type, medium size & strength, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with good planes and proportions, nice dark eye giving a pleasing expression, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck of correct length into well laid shoulders, well angled upper arm albeit it a shade shorter giving him a tendency to lift on the forehand, he was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket & forechest, well sprung rib, strong back into well moulded croup & tail set giving him a pleasing over line, well-developed hindquarters and strong hocks. He was sound both ways with a steady side gait showing good reach & drive. Shown in good coat & hard condition.

2nd: STANLEY, Blanik Kyriacos, 6 years B&G medium/top size, strong male, slightly heavier in build than winner, strong head piece, excellent temperament, good mouth, nice dark eye, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck into well laid shoulders, good angles & proportions throughout, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns, would prefer tighter feet, good depth of brisket, fore chest and ribbing, strong back line into well moulded croup, slightly higher tail set, well-developed hindquarters, strong hocks, he was sound both ways with a steady side gait showing fair reach & drive. Shown in good coat & condition.

1st: KEARNAN & WILSON, Swiss Ir Ch NL Ch Int Ch HR Ch Lux Ch Bel Clynalwi, 10 years excellent quality b&g male of good breed type and top size, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with nice dark eye giving him a pleasing expression, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck into well laid shoulders, he was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, albeit a shade longer in loin, stood on ample bone with strong flexible pasterns and tight feet. Good depth of brisket, fore chest & ribbing, lovely firm over line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters with strong hocks. He was sound both ways with a steady side gait showing good reach & drive, presented in good hard condition.

2nd: SMITH, Portnall Elrick Zu Sarocal Sh.CM VW, 10 ½ years top size male of good proportions height to length, excellent temperament, good mouth, strong head piece with good eye, well placed ears carried erect, strong neck into well laid shoulders, a shade shorter in upper arm causing him to lift slightly in forehand on the move, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns & feet, good depth of brisket & fore chest, well sprung rib, strong back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters and strong hocks. He was sound both ways with a steady side gait showing good drive.

1st: JOHNSON, Kastina Jodie, 20 months, black & light gold female of medium size, excellent temperament, good mouth, strong head piece, with good planes, nice dark eye, well placed ears, strong neck into well laid shoulders, steep in upper arm, stood on ample bone, pasterns need to firm a little and feet could be tighter. Good depth of brisket and ribbing, shade longer in loin, good backline into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters albeit a shade longer in 2nd thigh. She was sound coming, nees to firm in hocks away, steady side gait showing fair reach & drive, shown in good coat & condition.

2nd: GREEN, Boscahaus Friday von Emyzgem, 2 years dark b&g female of medium size & strength, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with good head planes & proportions, nice dark eye giving her a pleasing expression, well placed ears albeit on the large side, longer in neck into well laid shoulders, a shade steeper in upper arm, slightly lighter in bone for me, strong pasterns and tight feet, good depth of brisket & ribbing, level but firm back into short and square croup, moderately angled hindquarters, preferring a little more turn of stifle, strong hocks. She was sound both ways with a steady side gait lacking the reach & drive of winner. Shown in good coat & condition.

1st: DENWOOD, Barwoods Macie, 6 ½ months, medium size & strength female of good breed type, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with good planes, slightly round in eye, but dark nevertheless, closer set ears, carried alert albeit on the larger side, good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, she was well balanced throughout, stood on ample bone, pasterns need to firm, nice tight feet, good depth of brisket and ribbing, a shade longer in loin, lovely firm back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters for a youngster, however needs to firm in hocks a little. She was sound coming, a shade loose away, steady side gait showing good reach & drive, shown in good coat & condition.

1st: & BPIB ELLIOTT, Ellroost Iconic, 11 mths b&g female of medium/top size & good strength, of good quality & breed type, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely feminine head piece with good proportions & planes, nice dark eye giving her a pleasing expression, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck of correct length, into well laid shoulders, a shade steeper in upper arm, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket & well sprung rib, lovely backline into well-developed hindquarters, clean hocks. She was sound both ways albeit needs to firm a little more, lovely side gait showing fair reach and good drive. Shown in good coat & condition, please to see her winning a well-deserved placing in the puppy group. Very Promising youngster.

2nd: FISHER, Sannah Callisto, 10 mths, b&g female of medium size & strength, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece, nice dark eye giving her a pleasing expression, well placed ears carried alert, strong neck into well laid shoulders, she was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone, good pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket & well sprung rib, good back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters and strong hocks. Unfortunately she was not settled and I was unable to assess her on the move, hence her placing, shown in good coat & condition.

1st: & Res CC KIRBY, Nikonis Smigle @ Draycore, 15 months gold sable female of excellent quality & breed type, medium size & strength, excellent temperament, good mouth , lovely head piece with good proportions and head planes, lovely dark eye giving her a beautiful expression, well placed ears carried alert, strong neck into well laid shoulders, she was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone with strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket, fore chest and well sprung rib, good coupling height to length, lovely strong back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters for a youngster, with good turn of stifle and strong hocks. She was sound both ways when settled, excellent side gait showing good reach & drive, holding her back on the move. She was shown in good coat & hard muscular condition. Certainly one to watch.

2nd: PLATT, Charbonnel Ruma, 13 months b&g female, similar to winner, excellent temperament, good mouth, pleasing head piece albeit slightly longer in muzzle, nice dark eye giving her a lovely expression, well placed ears carried erect, strong neck into well laid shoulders, she was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket and ribbing, strong back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters. She was sound both ways albeit needs to tighten in hocks away a little more. Steady side gait showing good reach & drive. Shown in good coat & condition.

She was sound both ways when settled, lovely steady side gait showing fair reach and good drive. Shown in good coat and hard muscular condition.

2nd: STANLEY, Pinchmill Adira of Blanik, 2 ½ years, top sized b&g female another of good quality & breed type, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece would prefer a darker eye, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck of correct length into well laid shoulders, she was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns, would prefer tighter feet, good depth of brisket & fore chest, good ribbing, strong back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters, she was sound both ways but needs to firm a little in limbs away, a lovely side gait showing good reach & drive. Presented in good coat and hard condition.

1st: CC & BOB KEMBLE & PASCOE, Rumba von Pallas Athene, 2 years b&g female of excellent quality & breed type, medium size and strength, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with well-balanced proportions and good planes, nice dark eye giving her a pleasing feminine expression, well placed ears carried alert at all times, good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, she was well balanced throughout with excellent angles & proportions, stood on ample bone with strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket with well-developed fore chest and well sprung rib, strong loins, lovely back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters with excellent proportions and strong hocks. She was sound both ways with an excellent side gait showing good reach & drive at all speeds. Shown in full coat and good hard muscular condition. Full credit must go to her handler who handled her to maximise her virtues, certainly a VA female in the making.

2nd: WINFROW, Sadira Airkahs, 2 years quality female of good breed type, medium/top size and good strength, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely well balanced head piece with good planes, almond shaped eye but would prefer it a shade darker for me, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck of correct length into well laid shoulders, she was well balanced throughout with good angles & proportions, stood on ample bone with strong pasterns & nice tight feet, good depth of brisket, fore chest and well sprung rib, strong back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters. She was sound both ways albeit needing to firm in hocks, which wasn’t helped by her handler letting her pull, a lovely side gait showing good reach & drive. Shown in good coat & condition.

3rd: O'NEILL, Kidaforce Corin of Dunningwell

1st: CASSIDY & FARLEY, Magic Vom Herbramer-wald (Imp) Deu, 5 years grey sable female of excellent quality and breed type, medium size and strength, for me one of the most workmanlike females I’ve had the pleasure to go over in a long time, nothing being overdone in any department. Excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with good proportions and correct head planes, nice dark eye giving her a pleasing expression, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck of correct length into well laid shoulders, she was well balanced throughout with excellent angles & proportions, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket, well developed fore chest and well sprung rib, strong loins, lovely strong back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters with strong hocks. She was sound both ways with an excellent side gait showing good reach & drive, holding her top line at all speeds, she was shown in good coat and good hard muscular condition, another VA rated female for me. However, she completely threw it away in the challenge, not wanting to stand properly, which was a huge disappointment for me.

2nd: BINDEN & BINDEN, Ch Jasueter Kelsi, 3 ½ years top sized strong b&g female of good breed type, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with nice dark eye giving her a pleasing expression, well placed ears carried alert at all times, strong neck into well laid shoulders, a shade shorter in upper arm causing her to lift in forehand on the move, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns & nice tight feet, good depth of brisket & ribbing, strong loins, lovely back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters. She was sound both ways but needs to firm in hocks, again exacerbated by her handler allowing her to pull. Steady side gait when settled, showing good reach & drive. Shown in good coat & condition.

3rd: BENJAMIN, Ch. Barwoods Ida

1st: & BVIB 7903 SPELMAN, Nikonis Lyra, 8 years sable female of top size and strength, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely well-proportioned head piece with good planes and nice dark eye, well placed ears carried alert, strong neck into slightly upright shoulders, good return of upper arm, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns and nice tight feet, good depth of brisket, fore chest and well sprung rib, strong loins, strong back line into well moulded croup & tail set, well-developed hindquarters. She was sound coming but needs to firm away in hocks a little, steady side gait showing fair reach and good drive from behind, shown in good coat & condition.

2nd: 7899 SHARP, Sharphouse's Jasminorange, 8 years top size female, slightly squarer in outline, excellent temperament, good mouth, lovely head piece with nice dark eye, well placed ears carried alert, strong neck into well laid shoulders, a shade short in upper arm causing her to lift on the forehand on the move, stood on ample bone, strong pasterns and nice tight feet, well-developed forechest, good depth of brisket & well sprung rib, strong level back into a flat croup, well-developed hindquarters. She was sound both ways but lacking good reach & drive. That said she was piloted superbly by her young handler, it was certainly a demonstration of handling that would put some of the adults to shame.
