1st: 292 IMRIE’S Ch Witchstone Black Hawk At Amalric JW

Exceptionally sound and in excellent condition. He has a strong, masculine head, with small, almond shaped, dark eyes, well set and shaped ears. Strong neck of a good reach into well laid shoulders. Well sprung ribs, and good topline, though a little long in loin for my preference. He is exceptionally sound and moves cleanly coming and going with a reasonable extension in front. BVIB

2nd: 311 SEATON’S Int Ch Lux Ch Witchstone Vanguard En Gardebois JW

Another with a very appealing head and expression, strong jaw, well set ears. Good reach of neck, well laid shoulders. Good depth of chest; carries his topline well with correct tail set. On the move he had a reasonable extension in profile but a little less clean in front than 1.

MPD 5,0

1st: 293 IMRIE & LEONARD’S White Knight At Witchstone

The more mature of the class, he has a nicely developing head with a strong jaw and small and correctly shaped eyes, his ears are well set. A good reach of neck and well laid shoulders, nice depth of chest and spring of rib. His topline is very good, curving gently from behind the shoulder with a strong loin. He carries his tail correctly. He has all the energy of a puppy, but when settled he moves soundly and correctly and has a well coordinated extended trot. RDCC & BPIB

2nd: 289 DEAN-ARMITT’S Etruria I Say

Very nice head, eye and expression, well set candle flame ears. Good reach of neck into well laid shoulders. Good depth of chest and spring of rib, his topline is good when stood but tends to soften on the move which will hopefully correct with maturity. He has a well set tail. He is co-ordinated on the move with a reasonable extension in front.

1st: 302 PARTINGTON-PALMER & PALME’S Winsome Flames Aussie Gold (Swed Imp)

Nicely matured dog, he hangs together well, and is nicley balanced. For a dog his size, I’d prefer a slightly wider skull, but he has nicely set, dark and small eyes, and high set, candle flame ears. Good reach of neck, he maintains his topline well when stood and on the move. A good depth of chest. His movement is clean with a reasonable extension in front,

1st: 307 REEVE’S Royal Emerald Avec Gillings

Preferred his more masculine head and outline. A good wedge shaped head, with strong jaw, small, dark eyes. Well laid shoulders and good depth of chest. Well sprung ribs, a tad too long in loin but he maintained a good topline throughout and moved well coming and going, though he was a little high stepping in front. Well set and carried tail.

2nd: 303 PENDLEBURY’S Ettology Small Gods Of Pendlethrine

Dark, small, and expressive eyes, well set ears. Good lay of shoulder. Correctly shaped overall, with slight curve of topline behind the shoulder. Well set tail, but he carried it too high which affects his outline.

OD 3,0

Three pleasingly masculine dogs in this class.

1st: 296 LEONARD’S Ch Witchstone Nasabe Strikes Back

Masculine and very satisfying wedge shaped head with strong jaw. Dark, small eyes and correctly shaped ears. Strong neck of good length, reaching into well laid shoulders. Good depth of chest, and spring of rib. His topline is ideal, curving gently from behind the shoulders. Well set and carried tail. Ideally, I would like him a little shorter in back. His front and hind quarters are exceptionally well balanced, creating the right combination for a true extended trot. A pleasure to watch on the move. DCC

2nd: 301 PARTINGTON-PALMER & PALMER’S Etruria Hear The Word

Another very satisfying, masculine male, lovely wedge shaped head, flat skull and super expression. Nice long neck, reaching into well laid shoulders, good depth of chest and spring of rib, strong loin. Well set tail, but he carries it a little high. He moves very well co-ordinated and clean coming and going with a reasonable extension in front.

1st: 299 MARSDEN’S Regalriver Big Bad She Wolf

Nicely matured bitch with a very classic head and overall outline, however, I would prefer a little less of her for a bitch. She has a nicely wedge shaped head, good dark and small eyes. Long and strong neck, leading to well laid shoulders, good depth of chest and well sprung ribs. Her topline has just the gentlest curve, well rounded buttocks and low set tail that she carries correctly. A little untidy in front, but in profile she moves with a reasonable extension. BSB

2nd: 310 REEVE’S Gillings Whinsome Winnie

A very immature puppy and lacking in substance. She has a promising head, good jaw and nice small and dark eyes. Her chest needs to develop, and she is untidy in front movement at the moment. Good topline when stood, well set tail that she carried well.

1st: 295 INCH & INCH’S Edalene Never Let Me Go VW

10yrs. A bitch in fine form, full of energy and character. She has a very classic, wedge shaped head, small and dark, expressive eyes, good reach of neck and well developed chest. Stood, her outline is good with good underline and slight curve over her back from behind the shoulder. Well set tail, though she carried it too high.

MPB 3,0

A class of very promising young bitches. I preferred the overall outline and balance of 1, but both 1 and 2 have very good, and well balanced front and rear action which is very satisfying to watch in the puppy classes.

1st: 306 PENDLEBURY’S Lasagesse A Kind Of Magic Of Pendlethrine

A nicely developing wedge shaped head, well set and carried ears, good tan and markings. Good length of neck and well laid shoulders. Good width of chest and well sprung ribs. I would prefer her loin a little shorter for balance. Well set tail that she carries well when stood and on the move.

2nd: 313 WILLIAMS’S Sharex Dragons Black Opium

Good head and ears, with small and dark eyes. Candle flame shaped ears, good reach of neck. Nicely developing chest. I would prefer a more typical curve to her topline, well set and carried tail. Moved clean coming and going, and though full of puppy energy, I think her front movement was well coordinated.

Litter sister to 3rd in MPB class. Needs time to mature, but she is full of promise. She has a nice head and expression, dark and small eyes. Chest needs more time to drop and develop but that is to be expected at this age. She moves well, full of energy, balanced between front and rear. Look forward to watching her and her sister as they progress.

1st: 282 ATTFIELD’S Grayswish Time Of My Life

Good for overall size and outline, would prefer a bit more width to her skull to give a more classic head. Dark eyes, nicely shaped ears. When settled she was coordinated on the move, with reasonable reach in front.

2nd: 298 MARSDEN’S Galvizach Royal Amethyst Of Regalriver

Nicely shaped ears. Good reach of neck, well developed chest. She has a nice outline when stood. Lacking in front extension and is a little untidy coming and going. Well set and carried tail.

3rd: 308 REEVE’S Gillings Future Star

PGB 1,0

1st: 309 REEVE’S Gillings Chiffon Black

Her head is not her fortune, the skull is too rounded and the eyes a tad large, round and light eyes. Ears a nice shape but too widely set. Her body is more appealing and quite typical, she has a well laid shoulder, good depth of chest, well sprung rib, good cut up. Rounded buttock, low set tail, correctly carried. She had good front action, and reasonable drive from hindquarters.

1st: 290 GREEN & LEONARD’S Three Times A Lady

A very nicely balanced bitch overall. Her head is too narrow, but she has dark, small and expressive eyes, well set and lovely candle flame shaped ears. Good reach of neck into well laid shoulders. Good depth of chest and well sprung ribs. I’d prefer her loin a bit shorter. Well set and carried tail. Her movement is well coordinated, with sufficient extension in front and drive from hindquarters.

2nd: 294 INCH & INCH’S Edalene Scoops Ahoy

I really liked her head, very classic, clean wedge shape with well set ears and good strong jaw. Good reach of neck, well laid shoulders. Good depth of chest and spring of rib. Stood, she has a good outline with curves in all the right places, however, her topline tends to exaggerate on the move.

OB 3,0

1st: 314 WOOD & LEONARD’S Lady In Black At Witchstone

A classic, feminine bitch from the top drawer. She has the ideal small and almond shaped eyes, well set ears with a lovely candle flame shape. A long and graceful neck leading to correctly laid shoulders. She has a good depth of chest, lovely underline with good cut up. First class topline, curving gently from behind the shoulder to a rounded buttock and a low set tail, that she carries perfectly when stood and on the move. Her superpower is her movement, which is absolutely correct, her fore and hindquarters are in perfect balance which gives her what she needs to flow around the ring with a perfect extension in front, coordinated with strong drive from hindquarters. Her head is very narrow which is not to my taste at all, but despite this, this is a quality bitch in all other aspects, and I was happy to award her BCC & BOB. We first met at Crufts where I awarded her RCC as a puppy, very pleased to see how she has blossomed, a credit to her breeder and previous owner Angie Green.

2nd: 297 LEONARD’S Ch Witchstone Silent Prayer JW

Lovely for size and femininity. A classic head and expression, small and dark eyes with lovely set to her candle flame shaped ears. Good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, gently curved topline, well rounded buttock, low set tail that she carried correctly. On the move she is nicely balanced and coordinated and has some extension and good drive, but she lacked the pure fluidity of 1. RBCC
