My sincere thanks to the committee for both inviting & giving me the honour of judging and awarding my first set of Champion Certificates in Bulldogs.

A special thanks to the lovely steward whom single handedly kept the ring running like clockwork (and me).

It is important to remember that there is no perfect dog, so when judging i like to remind myself of a comment made to me.

     'To their virtues be kind and to their faults a little blind'

Thank you to all who entered under me, i appreciated all the exhibitors on the day, i noted all were presented in excellent condition, overall movement was good, nostrils open, the dogs gave their all in the ring doing each and every owner proud. Thank you all for giving me a memorable day.

Special Beginner Dog 

1st - 3577 - Miss J Bond's Kenbloom Denethor

1year and 3month old Red and White well presented compact boy. Good width of skull with well rounded cheeks, open nostrils, strong neck, wide chest and deep brisket with forequarters square. Good topline and tuckup with excellent tailset and angulation of hindquarters ok.

8 month old Brindle & White very well presented compact & standard. Broad skull with defined furrow to prominent stop.

good layback with a nose rope that did not impede nostrils or dark round eyes. Lovely expression and correct eye position size & pigment. Strong neck, tacked on shoulders leading down to a square front straight legs with strong pastons and neat feet. Wide chest deep brisket, typical topline & tuckup for breed, nice angulation of hindquarters, moved well.

2nd - 3590 - Mr f Dalfra's Bull And Grape Coconut Man.

7 month old White & Brindle, well presented with a flat skull and correct ear placement &a defined furrow down to stop.

good layback, dark round eyes with good pigmentation, nice width of jaw with a strong neck and square front.Very deep brisket and wide chest. Good topline and ok angulation on hindquarters, moved ok.

Puppy Dog

1st - 3582 - Mr and Mrs S Bragger's Pride of Bully Red One.

10 month old White very well presented, mature for age, broad skull well defined furrow to stop. Correct rosed ear placement with a full nose rope that does not impact the large open nostrils or well pigmented dark eyes. Nice layback, good width of jaw and strong thick neck with tacked on shoulders square front, wide chest and deep brisket. Well boned with neat feet, good tuck up & nice angulation of hindquarters & good free tail set, moved very well with power. BPIB

12 month old Red and White. Well presented broad flat skull correct ear placement, defined furrow to stop. Full nose rope that did not impact nostrils or dark round eyes with good pigment. Well padded cheeks, strong neck tacked on shoulders down to straight feet. Very good tail set and good angulation of hindquarters. moved out well.

12 1/2 month old White and Red presented in excellent condition. Compact in size, matured well. Flat skull with defined furrow down to stop. Dark round eyes & correct rose ear placement. Full nose rope that does not impact dark round eyes or open nostrils with lovely pigmentation. Nice width of jaw, strong neck with tacked on shoulders. Square front leading down straight legs to neat feet. Wide chest with deep brisket. Good topline and tuckup, strong hindquarters with good angulation. Tail set free & correct, Moved out strongly and effortlessly. Happy to have awarded RCC.

15 month old Brindle and White in lovely condition. Flat skull, rose ears of correct length. Furrow down to defined stop. Full nose rope the does not impact on dark eyes or nostrills that have good pigmentation. Very good width of jaw with well padded cheeks. Strong neck and tacked on shoulders, straight legs leading down to neat feet. Wide chest with deep brisket, nice tuck up strong hind quarters with a good free tail set. Moved very well.
