Championship Dog Show 10/06/2026

Judge Chris Wilson (Hamiltonhill)

Many thanks to the committee for inviting me to judge the Deerhounds at this well organised show. Also to the exhibitors for a really good entry. Sadly some absence’s. The weather was against us, but the show had it covered organised rings inside. I found the dogs were well muscled well kept and well presented. The teeth were clean and bite was correct the nails short. In a structured view the dogs fronts were correct, the hind view on some of the dogs were sadly close behind. On the whole movement was easy, active and true in keeping to the breed standard.
