1. Allenby’s Rangali Franknfurter. Just 8 months, slightly domed skull with defined stop, strong underjaw, oval eye, fine ears set low and of correct length, good reach to his neck, well placed shoulder with neat elbows and straight forelegs, good forechest, level top-line which he held well standing and moving, good body proportions, he moved out well with a free stride, lovely rough coat developing well, RBD, BP & delighted to hear he was awarded PG2.

2. Bartley’s Erylan Astraeus. Only 6 months but promising and well presented, he took it all his stride today, lovely masculine head and expression with low set ears and slight dome to his skull, good depth in chest with straight forelegs, neat elbows, ribs extended well back, well muscled ear, he moved well in profile, just needs to tighten in his rear movement going away, in excellent coat.

1. Gilluley/Allen’s Ballencrieff Berneray. Liked this young man of 16 months who was presented well and had a good outline standing and moving, could be a shade more compact, he was masculine in head with dark eye, he had good forechest, straight forelegs and good length of neck, well set ears of correct length, good ribbing and level top-line, moved out with a free, ground covering gait.

2. Brookes-Smith’s Probert’s Rapture. 9½ months, preferred the head of 1 and would like a shade darker in eye, good length to neck and deep in chest with straight forelegs of good bone, level top-line that he carried well, he just looked a little unbalanced moving and was loose in hock on the move.

Lovely mature male who had a well balanced head with dark oval expressive eye, clean through his neck and shoulder, neat elbows, straight forelegs, he had balanced angulation fore and aft and carried a firm top-line standing and moving, he had depth to his chest and neat elbows, he had good breed type and moved out with a free, ground covering gait, BD.

2. Brown’s Vysaris Baccus Dieu De Vin JW Cpw25. 22 months, masculine head and expression, low set ears, strong muzzle, could be better in his shoulder angulation and carry a firmer top-line, good depth to his chest with straight forelegs, showed some steady movement in profile but could be tidier going away.

1. Bartley’s Erylan Zeus Roi Des Dieux ShCEx VW. 8 years, masculine head and expression with well set ears and dark eye, good head and body proportions, he was well bent in stifle with well let down hocks, he moved well when he settled into his stride, coat could be in better condition, BV.

1. Allenby’s Rangali Columbia. Very feminine puppy of 8 months and litter sister to my BPD/BP, she had a pretty head with well placed ears and strength in her muzzle, expressive eye, good length to her neck and well placed shoulder, good depth of chest and well ribbed, she was animated and free on the move, presented in excellent coat and condition, RBB.

2. Foote/McAulay’s Erylan Terra Mater. Just 6½ months, obviously just not as mature as class winner, feminine head with dark expressive eye, nicely angulated front and rear, chest developing, well ribbed back and she carried a firm level top-line, good muscle in her rear quarters, tail was a little long, she was quite ‘aware’ of her surroundings and needs a little more confidence to see a better picture overall.

1. Foote/McAulay’s Erylan Queen Maeve. 9 months, very smart standing and on the move, she had a feminine expressive head with well placed ears of correct length, straight forelegs and good depth of chest, good ribbing, well bent stifle and strong hocks, tail a shade long but she carried a level top-line and moved out with a ground covering stride, well presented in good coat and condition.

2. Wyllie’s Tangaer Jemima Puddleduck at Callydena. 13 months, preferred the overall proportions of 1, feminine head with expressive eye, well placed fine ears of correct length, good layback of shoulder with depth in her chest, straight forelegs, she could improve in top-line and would prefer a better tail set, she moved out with a free gait.

OB 3(1)

1. Allenby’s Ch. Soletrader Fun Times for Rangali JW. Ultra feminine bitch of 4½ years, liked her balanced head proportions, dark eye and well set ears, good length to her neck leading into a pleasing front assembly with good depth of chest and neat elbows, straight forelegs, sound in top-line, good tail set and carriage, strong, well muscled rear that she used to good effect on the move, excellent free side gait, presented in good condition, BB & BOB, pleased to hear she was short-listed in the Hound Group later in the day.

2. Wyllie’s Callydena Mowdie Miss Chief. 6½ years, feminine head and kind expression, well placed ears, dark eye, well laid shoulder and deep in chest, good ribbing, level top-line although tail set could be more improved, lacked animation on the move and was a little wide when coming towards me, presented in a rough coat of harsh texture.

1. Brown’s Erylan Iris Dame Arc En Ciel VW. 8 years, she had a feminine head and lovely expression with well placed ears, could have a better lay of shoulder, deep in chest, well ribbed, she could have a better top-line, she did move ok in profile but tended to ‘crab’ on the out and back, presented in lovely coat of good texture.
