Grinham’s Foryd Captain Soul*** 3½ years, masculine in head and expression, good dark mask, well chiselled head with well placed ears, sound front assembly with good enough depth of chest, well ribbed, straight forelegs of good bone, ideal outline standing, held his top-line well standing and moving, lacked a little in condition and muscle today and felt he wasn’t giving his best on the move, lovely temperament.

Foryd Mystic Soul*** 3½ years, masculine head with lovely alert expression, good length of head with correct planes, medium neck into well placed shoulder, he was balanced fore and aft, straight forelegs of good bone and tight feet, he held his top-line well both standing and on the move, liked his overall outline and presence today, DCC.

2. Davis/Gaffey’s Ch. Foryd El Capitan*** Another masculine dog of nearly 5 years, expressive and masculine well chiselled head, he was alert with a sound and lovely temperament, good depth of chest and well ribbed back, correct top-line and well muscled rear, well let down in hock, he moved out with a brisk stride and was presented in excellent coat and condition, RDCC.

1. Curren’s Railtown Aura. Feminine bitch of nearly 12 months who initially wasn’t happy about me assessing her, erect ears, medium neck leading into moderate angulation, feet could be better, decent angles front and rear, she moved quite erratically and for me did lack a little in breed type, presented in good coat, BP.

Grinham’s Alcosetha’s Xantia (imp NLD). 2 years old, feminine head and expression, well placed ears, moderate length of neck into well placed shoulder, would like a fraction more depth in chest, straight forelegs of good bone, tight feet, very unsettled in her movement today and tended to pace, was presented in well muscled hard condition.

1. Mackie/Lester/Smith’s Ch. Foryd Denali at Hawksflight** Beautifully presented bitch of nearly 5 years who I remember judging as a youngster, she has certainly fulfilled all her promise today, the most feminine head and expression with correct head planes and alert, expressive eye, dark mask and well placed ears, correct neck leading into a very sound front assembly, straight forelegs and lovely tight feet, excellent depth in her chest and well ribbed back, she was well muscled throughout and excelled on the move with her brisk, free, ground covering stride, she had the temperament, outline and the showmanship to easily take BCC & BOB.

2. Mitchell’s Ch. Foryd Soul Survivor at Yorvikmali*** P Beg Ex. 3½ years, another lovely bitch of super quality, well chiselled head with well placed ears, good feet and bone, moderate elegant neck leading into a sound front assembly, she had good depth of chest and was well ribbed, short muscular loin and was presented in excellent coat and hard condition, moved out well with a clean brisk stride, RBCC.
