1st Am/can Ch Gofetch Peppermint Nob (Mr P & Ms C Coady & O'brien)
I have judged this girl in Canada and it was a lovely surprise to have her under me in the UK. 4 ½ yr old black who was in fabulous condition. Beautiful feminine head with kind eye and expression. Good reach of neck and excellent front angulation which allows her real extension on the move. She has a good spring of rib and was not carrying any excess weight. Short coupled body and moderately angled hindquarters with excellent depth of 2nd thigh. Good bone and neat feet. On the move is where this girl really shines. She has a free effortless movement that covers the ground easily with reach and drive in profile holding a fabulous level topline and this is what won her the class. She has excellent straight foot fall on the up and back. She was in full coat. I was very pleased to award her the CC & BOB.
2nd Sh Ch Binnaig Buppsala JW (Ms C Campbell)
I have always admired this girl and she was very unlucky to meet 1 today. I love her kind feminine head and expression with a cheeky glint in her eye. She flows from her neck to her otter tail, slightly longer cast than 1 but this isn’t a negative. She has an excellent lay of shoulder and upper arm. Another in full bloom with correct coat. Powerful hindquarters. Neat feet. Moves well with good reach. She pushed hard and I was delighted to award her the RCC.
3rd Sh Ch Farnfield Partridge (Mr R A S Stafford)
