Cheshire & North Wales Yorkshire Terrier Society

It was a tremendous honour to be invited to judge Yorkshire Terriers at Cheshire and North Wales Championship Show level for the first time, and I would like to sincerely thank the Club and Committee for entrusting me with this very special appointment. My thanks also go to my stewards for their invaluable help throughout the day and, of course, to every exhibitor who entered under me and allowed me the privilege of going over their dogs.

I thoroughly enjoyed the appointment and was delighted with the overall quality of my entry, with some particularly strong decisions to make amongst the principal winners. It was a day I will remember with enormous pride and gratitude.

From the moment she entered the ring she had that wonderful "look at me" quality. A beautiful bitch, balanced throughout, with a lovely head, keen expression and excellent breed type. Her body coat is still developing in colour and the tans are a little darker and still clearing, but her overall quality was undeniable. What ultimately stood out was her movement and sheer showmanship. She moved around the ring with style, confidence and purpose, carrying herself beautifully and demanding attention every step of the way. A true showgirl and one I was delighted to award the Bitch CC.

2nd Ch Bierlyn's Last Promise (32)
