A big thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge at this lovely breed show. There was a very friendly atmosphere and I was well looked after. Thank you to my 2 Stewards Joe & Paul, for keeping the classes flowing. Thank you to all those who kindly entered their dogs and supported me.

Veteran Dog or Bitch (1,0) 1. Wynters’ Ch Robelroy Many Dreams at Furlongfox Shcex. 9 years old. Beautiful condition. Lovely outline. Good spring of ribs and tailset. Looked balanced. Moved well. Lovely front end. Good bend of stifle. Coat condition was spot on. BD. BV.

Puppy Bitch (1,0) 1. Everards’ Stagwire Soul Sister. 6 months old. Nice young bitch in good coat. Lovely head & eyes with a nice neck going into well placed shoulders. Good front assembly. Nice tailset with enough behind. A little raw at the moment.

Junior Bitch (1,0) 1. Haighs’ Topazwire Tiger Rose. 12 months old. Nice head. Dark eyes. Good shoulder placement. Lacking enough body coat on the day. Enough behind the tail. Tail carried over back.

Special Beginners Bitch (1,0) 1. Watkin-Jones’ Nethertonion Moonglow. Sweet little 2 year old bitch that oozed character. The grooming needs a bit of improvement. Nice head & dark eyes. Good mouth. Nice size. Was a bit excitable on the day. Tail carried slightly over the back.

Special Pet Bitch (1,1)

Novice Bitch (1,0) 1. Watkin-Jones’ Nethertonion Moonglow. Critique as above.

Post Graduate Bitch (5,2) 1. De Munter-Uiterwijks’ Xanadu Van Foliny Home. Lovely 2 year old bitch with flat back. Typical head and dark eyes. Good spring of ribs and correct tailset. Nice shoulder placement. Moved well and in lovely condition. 2. Hughes, Gill & Duesmanns’ Be’s Party Time. Another lovely 2 year old. Not a lot between these 2. I just preferred the outline and shoulder placement in my first place winner. Good head, mouth & dark eyes. Tailset on top with enough behind. On the tip toe of expectation and in lovely condition. 3. Fowlers’ Stagwire Fair And Sassy.

Limit Bitch (2,1) 1. De Munter-Uiterwijks’ Your Song Van Foliny Home. Really smart 2 year old in lovely condition. Short backed. Lovely shoulder placement. Didn’t walk as well as she could but I could see she had good movement when she settled. Tail carried slightly over her body. Good spring of ribs. Beautiful feminine head. Used ears well. BB. BIS.

Open Bitch (3,1): 1. Williams’ Alkinra Gossip Gal. 5 years old. Lovely sized bitch. Shorter cast than 2 and I preferred her movement on the day. Dark eyes. Good ear set. Straight short back. Carried herself well and in good coat. Nice shoulder placement and tailset. I thought she had a more feminine head. RBB. 2. Wynters’ Travella Steel A Kiss At Furlongfox. Nearly 4 years old. Longer bodied and up to size. Having said that, she was nicely balanced with a good shoulder placement. Well presented and in lovely condition. Good tailset. A little excitable on the day.
